• Matteo.1978 (9/5): Sistemazione comoda e strategica per un soggiorno a Yerevan - Sophie è stata gentile ed estremamente disponibile. La casa si trova in centro a soli dieci minuti a piedi da Piazza della Repubblica. Ci sono tutti i confort necessari per un buon soggiorno, anche prolungato. La camera da letto è piccola, ma il letto comodo, forse un po' stretto per due persone di medio/alta statura. Mashtots Avenue è praticamente l'arteria principale della città ed è trafficata e rumorosa anche di notte. Può anche capitare che dei simpatici tizi si fermino a discutere sotto la finestra della camera fino alle tre di notte.

• Demianenko (10/5): - Впервые посетили Ереван, выбирали расположение для проживания вблизи основных достопримечательностей, чтобы было атмосферно и чисто, и наши ожидания оправдались! Мы прилетели в Ереван, заселение было удаленным! Квартира находится в историческом доме, в квартире создана уютная атмосфера, чистота и комфорт! Имеется все самое необходимое и даже больше для комфортного проживания (стиральная машина, капсульная кофемашина, кондиционер и прочее)! Рядом с домом находится крупный магазин с огромным ассортиментом как продуктовых, так и разные хозяйственные товары. Расположение идеальное, на расстоянии 30 минут пешком находятся основные достопримечательности. Огромная благодарность хозяйке за созданную атмосферу в квартире! Фото квартиры соответствует реальности.

• Евгений Улазов (10/5): - Все просто замечательно, София заранее написала, объяснила как добраться. Апартаменты хоть и не большие, но уютные, чувствуешь себя совсем как дома. Милый балкон, на котором можно в любое время наблюдать за движением в городе, за людьми, и просто выпить чашку утреннего кофе. В следующую поездку мы знаем к кому обратиться!

• Máté (10/5): Absolutly worth it - The accommodation is located on the edge of the city centre, within walking distance of all the sights. The apartment is very cosy, well equipped and the air conditioning was very efficient. Free parking in the enclosed back yard. The host was very helpful, all our requests were met promptly. In the evenings it was nice to sit on the balcony and watch the city bustle. the bathroom could use a renovation

• Rossella (9/5): Fabulous stay in Erevan! - Really great design, spacious, and well-kept! The kitchen has everything you need. Amazing host, who picked up us at the airport late at night! If you are staying in Erevan, this place is perfect! There is a drying machine, washing machine, coffee, tea, sugar, boiler and so on. Maybe the bathroom is a bit small, but that’s it. Other than that, everything was super!
• Ali (9/5): In general, this property is very good. - The environment of apartment is great. It has types of different facilites. Everything is clean. There are three devices that make the air in the apartment warm and pleasant. The outdoor environment somtimes gets crowded during the day.

• Anna (10/5): Great appartment! - Lovely apartment in a great location. There is everything you need, kitchen utensils, shampoo, shower gel, washing liquid, salt, pepper, sugar, tea, oil, and even coffee capsules. And thanks to the host for the late check-out!
• Ekaterina (9/5): Superb - Centrally located, very attentive and friendly hostess, cosy inside. We were a little disturbed by the noise from the large avenue and the creaks of the neighbours, but otherwise everything was excellent.

It is located very centrally - next to a huge supermarket with money exchange, farmacy etc working 24/7. The owners are very nice people always in touch, communicating clearly and always ready to help. We would stay here next time we come to Yerevan. Matress and pillows are a bit too soft. Would be nice to upgrade them.
