• Daniel (8/5): Enjoy a cozy view from Gente del Sur at the "End of the World"! - This cozy little apartment was situated in an ideal part of town, with only a short walk to the main streets and the pier meeting points for tours. The view was lovely, the appliances all worked great, and the bed was relatively comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it! We are a family with a baby and a stroller. As such, we encountered two daily challenges. First, there was no ramp for the stroller leaving the apartment. We had to pick up the stroller and the baby each time we left and returned. We also faced the challenge of a very steep hill on the street 25 de Mayo. For young families or the elderly, both of these issues may be challenging.

• Cheri (9/5): Staff very responsive, great location particularly as launch point for tour activties and downtown shops and restaurants - Amazing view and super convenient location. Bare bones but very functional. Not a lot of comfortable places to sit.

• GILLES (9/5): - Appartement super bien situé, à proximité du centre ville et des commerces. Super vue sur la baie d'Ushuaia. Appartement très clair. Difficulté pour payer, Nécessite d'aller payer au bureau à 30 mn à pied.... Pour les gérants : la cafetière fuis et est inutilisable.

Osvaldo no hizo otra cosa que ayudar, muy recomendable ir a este apartamento que tienen unas vistas preciosas, está muy bien equipado, y tiene una calefacción muy buena, cosa de agradecer en un sitio que puede llegar a ser muy frío. Además tuvo flexibilidad para late check Out Nada, todo genial

Lock box slightly difficult to open. Need to arrange a time to make payment with manager. Rate they exchange at slightly higher so that it ended up slightly higher than quoted rate in dollars. (as it seems with rate used by all hotels here).

La ubicación y la comodidad también estuvieron muy bien Es muy mala la forma de comunicación para el proceso de entrada al departamento. Nos fueron pasando de contacto en contacto, e incluso ya habiendo llegado a la ciudad no teníamos confirmación de quien nos iba a recibir y como íbamos a entrar. Lo mismo a la vuelta, si no nos comunicábamos nosotros no sabíamos como ni con quien dejar la llave.

• Mariane (7/5): Excelente custo benefício e localização muito boa! - O apartamento possui excelente localização a apenas duas quadras da SAN Martin. A limpeza do apartamento deixou a desejar e senti falta de taças, além de faltar louças melhores. De modo geral o apartamento está precisando de pequenas reformas mas nada que prejudique a estadia.

Nothing major, but personally, I would change the kitchen stools which are rather uncomfortable and secondly, speak to the necessary people as to why the Hard Rock Cafe consider it acceptable to keep their flashing lights on throughout the night, several hours after it has closed?
