• Juliana (10/5): - De tudo!!! Pablo e toda equipe foram sempre muito atenciosos e compreensivos, mesmo quando nosso voo atrasou e, consequentemente, nossa chegada ao apartamento. O apartamento é lindo, assim como a vista e, embora esteja localizado em frente aos pontos de ônibus, o que pode gerar algum ruído na sala e cozinha, isso não comprometeu nosso descanso nos quartos. O apartamento é bem equipado, encontramos tudo que precisávamos. O Bairro de San Telmo é um charme e a localização do apartamento nos permitia ainda ir a pé para Puerto Madero. Recomendo muitíssimo! De ter que partir.

• Nemesia (7/5): Very nice location in San Telmo! - There was no breakfast, but this property was very near San Telmo, walking distance only. Our main concern was the absence of the elevator, it was really hard using the stairs considering we were mostly seniors. Someone met us to give the keys even if we arrived very late in the middle of the night. No elevator.
• Karen (8/5): New York style chic in Buenos Aires - Very cool building- really spacious and full of character features. Well equipped kitchen. Three toilets / two showers. Comfortable beds. Not far from the Colonia Express ferry. Helpful owners. Bit of traffic noise in the lounge/kitchen as you are facing a busy road but the bedrooms are at the rear and very quiet. Unfortunately for us the lift was not working and two flights of stairs were a challenge for our 90 year old father but we were met at the site and they helped carry our bags up.

• Emiliano (6/5): Amazing apartment. Not family friendly. - The property itself was amazing. Very comfortable and with very well-thought-out amenities, so it was a really great apartment, with everything you may need for a great stay The surroundings were dirty, and the area didn't feel safe at night for a family. The kids were not welcomed by a neighbour who was creepy and problematic, forcing us to leave mid-stay. The place is clearly not kid-friendly. If I were traveling alone or with friends, it would be an amazing place to stay.
• Traveling Cat (9/5): - Huge apartment with a homey feeling, two blocks from the heart of San Telmo. High ceilings, very light, well equipped. Friendly host, very reactive, good communication. The rooms are in the back so it's quiet to sleep - the living room is on the busy street The internet was quite weak and the oven didn't work. We don't care but others might: it's on the second floor (3rd for Americans) without an elevator..

• Elizabeth (9/5): We had a fantastic time and highly recommend--lovely apartment, perfect location, wonderful host! - This is a lovely, spacious apartment in a wonderful part of town. The apartment is well-equipped, very comfortable, and it was easy to get around town. We took a lot of taxis, but it was also right on a major bus line, so it would have been easy to use public transportation, too. We LOVED San Telmo neighborhood. In addition, our host, Pablo, went above and beyond to make us comfortable. He was easily reachable by WhatsApp when we had questions about the apartment and was so helpful with tips on how to get around town and restaurant recommendations, etc. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend! The biggest issue was that we sometimes ran out of water in the shower. I actually think this had to do with the building, not the apartment, but I'm not sure. (We lost temperature a bit, but mostly, there was just zero water pressure at certain times....) To be fair, we didn't flag this issue for Pablo at the time, because we just managed around it, so there might have been an easy fix that we didn't make use of. Oops! Also, the street outside can be a bit noisy with traffic, garbage trucks, etc. But it wasn't too bad, and the other pros made up for this.
