Posee un buen nivel de seguridad. La propietaria, muy atenta. Identificar mejor las características de cada departamento en el anuncio.

walter (8/5): - Cómodo. Limpio. Relación calidad precio muy buena Mucho ruido. Portazos y gritos en el edificio... mucho ruido en la calle. lamentablemente no depende de los dueños pero molestaba bastante.
Florencia (9/5): Buen departamento - Lo que más nos gustó fue lo prácticticidad de como se maneja la entrada y salida del departamento. Nos aviso donde estaba la llave, el código, transferimos, despues nos fuimos y listo no tuvimos demoras en esperar que venga alguien abrirnos o esperar para irnos para darle la llave. Además el departamento estaba calentito, todo limpio y ordenado y era amplio. Tiene buena ubicación y una cochera a dos cuadras que nos resultó bastante práctico.
