Sérgio R O Martins (9/5): - A localização é excelente, ao lado da Corrientes e muito próxima a restaurantes, mercados e padarias. Uma boa opção para quem aprecia segurança, facilidade de acessos e cozinhar. O sofá-cama estava danificado, requerendo cuidado em sua utilização, o que gerou certo desconforto. A acomodação poderia estar mais preparada para quem gosta de cozinhar.
