• Alejandra (6/5): Hermoso departamento, muy buena vista. Amplio y luminoso - Muy buena ubicacion, el departamento hermoso y grande, comodo, confortable. Buena predisposicion de los hospedadores ante algunas dificultades que surgieron y consideracion ante mi solicitud de check out. LA vista es maravillosa. Hubo desperfectos con la cocina y el secador de pelo, que resolvieron con buena predisposicion, pero demando tiempo 2 dias de 4 de mi estadia para su resolucion, luego, por ello si bien demoraron en contestarme, accedieron a que pueda hacer late checkout 2 hs despues sin cargo. La higiene podria ser mejor, sobre todo en la vajilla, poco ventilado. Hay una obra en construccion justo al lado de la habitacion, si bien las aberturas son dobles, creo que deberian avisar ya que uno va en busca de descanso. La cortina de la habitacion por ese motivo debia permanecer permanentemente baja ( blackout). Vecinos muy ruidosos, a los gritos en el palier. El agua de la ducha salia tibia y oscura. El extractor del baño muy ruidoso. Si bien ushuaia esta construida en altura, el acceso al depto es por una calle muy pero MUY empinada, seria bueno saberlo de antemano , tambien para personas con dificultades motrices. La caja de las llaves no tiene identificacion con numero de depto, una pavada que mejora la experiencia, ya que las instrucciones dicn que busques esa caja, y eso genera confusion.

• Yvette (10/5): Geweldig appartement - Mooi nieuw, schoon en ruim appartement in het centrum met uitzicht op het Beagle kanaal. Het maakte ons niet veel uit maar je moet een flink steile straat omhoog om bij het appartement te komen.
• OFELIA (10/5): Recomendable - Ubicación, a una cuadra y media del centro. A tres o cuatro cuadras ,de donde salen las excursiones de navegación. Un dpto nuevo, bien ambientado. Colchón muy cómodo Baño excelente. Con buen espacio y todo lo necesario en la cocina. El edificio está muy bien, todo nuevo. Super recomendable. Nada. Todo estuvo muy bien

• Laís (10/5): Apartamento ótimo e bem equipado - O apartamento é bom, tem sistema de aquecimento no piso, isolamento, tem todos os eletrodomésticos básicos, é bem confortável O ralo da banheira escoa muito devagar, então se tu toma banho fica acumulando muita água na base. Não chega a ser um problema, mas eu acho que está entupido pois já no primeiro banho foi assim.

• Leandro (6/5): - Por empezar, cuando fui a buscar la llave a 4 cuadras, no sabian el piso en el que estaba. Cuando llegue la entrada era con clave, la cual me dieron a la media hora de estar esperando, la agencia que lo alquila no tiene trato personal. Con respecto al departamento, Si bien es muy lindo y espacioso, no estaba limpio. Habia pelos en el piso, platos guardados sucios. Ademas, la buena vista que tenia, ya la estan tapando porque estan construyendo otro edificio en la esquina.

It was a struggle to get answers to our questions, sometimes waiting a long time. They were argumentative and they even said that we didn’t pay the full price when we did (only later they apologized)

• Florian (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the place. It was clean, new and had a great view and location. A minor improvement could be to provide some basic condiments in the kitchen. It often doesn't make sense for travelers staying a couple of days only to carry salt and pepper etc.

• Iulia (10/5): Great stay - We arrived early at the property, and the owner met us there. As we entered the apartment, the cleaning staff was just finishing, so we were allowed to check in earlier. The apartment has truly incredible views, it has everything you need, and is very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was great, the heating was working great, and it was very clean. I would stay here again.

• Emilia (10/5): Great apartment in the city centre. - The property has a central location, beautiful view over the city, specious rooms and it is warm and quiet. Julio was super helpful and I was able to reach him at any time. It would be helpful if there were some salt and pepper so it’d be easier to prepare own meals.
