Friendly and attentive security staff. Nice and dark at night to sleep. Coffee etc provided. Good heater. Great shower. Palermo is a great neighbourhood and you’re just outside of the busy areas with millions of bars, cafes, parilla’s etc Very noisy at night with street noise (air vents straight outside), and neighbours next door had young crying babies and yapping dog that started early and finished late - you could hear all of them like they were sitting next to you. Ear plugs are a must!. Evenings will mostly be fine if you adjust to Argentinian dinner times!
Jeffrey (10/5): Awesome Apartment in Palermo - The apartment is clean, spacious, more than adequate storage, very well-equipped, and nicely decorated. It was a real pleasure coming "home" every day. The location is great with easy access to stores, restaurants, parks, buses and the subway. The building has 24/7 security. It is a modern looking building, with an attractive lobby and a nice pool and gym. The best feature is the attentiveness of the owner. Juan makes sure everything is going well. He is super responsive and timely with any requests. Sometimes, city noise can be disruptive.
