• Haydee (3/5): 1. Good location that's all. - The location was good. I had a few problems at the airport and was given a time to arrive. According to the rules I could check in from 3 to 10pm . But when I rang from the airport (Ezeiza) I was told to arrive within the hour as the host was leaving soon and could not wait for me. I had to rush and get a taxi as the traffic was getting bad. The fotos were nice but the room was dark (had to switch the light on during the day. Also had to pay cash in in US$, but this wasn't advertised.
• Axel (8/5): Bien pero algunos detalles - Comodo, se ve lindo Solo pequeños detalles. Agregar algunos amenities. No habia azúcar, ni jabon. Las almohas eran muy delgadas y las sabanas de mala calidad.

• Narvaez (9/5): Punto estratégico para moverte en BS - La ubicación es excelente, me pude mover a todos los puntos turísticos de BS. El TV puede ser un poco más grande y renovar las toallas que ya están viejitas
• Ricardo (7/5): Para pocos días - La amabilidad y diligencia de la propietaria y personas involucradas en la gestión del departamento, en resolver algún tema planteado, además la ubicación y la limpieza La ropa blanca (sábanas y toallas de muy baja calidad.) Es estado de los colchones también es un punto a revisar. En lo que se refiere a los elementos de cocina, está bien equipado con heladera grande, cocina a gas con horno, microonda, tostadora, cafetera, etc., pero en lo que respecta a utensilios, en mi opinión deja mucho que desear, lo ofrecido es un rejunte de muchos juegos y de calidad baja. Un rollo de servilletas y lo mínimo para preparar un café o te (había recipientes pero casi vacíos), sería un detalle que se apreciaría y mejoraría la relación calidad/precio. También disponer en el depto repuestos de PH. Poca luz porque da a un patio interno.

• Cecilia (1/5): Lo señalado arriba - Vino la dueña, pero con muy malos modales, parecía molesta. Mucho mas amable fue la administradora con la que mantuve contacto vía whatsapp Aseo deficiente, lo mismo que las instalaciones del baño Loza disponible estaba rota Pero sin duda lo más grave es que había una obra contigua y el ruido partía a las 8 am, comunique lo que estaba sucediendo y la solución se me dio dos después, un día viernes cuando ya estaba ad portas de venir el fin de semana y las obras se suspendían. Hubiese esperado alguna retribución en dinero, porque desde un principio señale que eran vacaciones, por tanto descanso, el que claramente no se cumplió.

• clerc (9/5): Excelente ubicación. Amplio. Moderno y cómodo. - Excelente ubicación. El departamento es amplio, tiene buena ventilación porque las ventanas son muy grandes en el dormitorio y en el living. La baño es cómodo. Me atendieron muy bien! Es apto para estancias largas también. Podrían mejorar la vajilla y utensilios de cocina.

• MARGA (6/5): Lindo lugar. Tranquilo - La zona y la ubicación del dpto. Que al llegar no estuviera preparado mi sofacama. Faltaba un toallon, que despues lo acercaron. Que hubiera una sola llave, lo que dificultaba si queriamos andar por separado (eramos tres) lo que hubiera facilitado si el edificio tendria portero. Papel higienico escaso. Solo un roolo, para tres personas y tres dias y medio. El repasador de la cocina no estaba limpio.

• Suszek (4/5): Disappointing. - Location. We recently stayed in the apartment from January 2nd to January 9th, and I feel compelled to share the bad experience. Here's why: Deceptive Pricing Tactics: Despite the apartment clearly has the option for accommodate three people, the host decided to pull a bait-and-switch. I was asked to cough up an additional 10% for the third person, even though I had evidence, in the form of screenshots, proving that the initial payment was intended for three guests. Shockingly, both Booking and the host conveniently chose to ignore these proofs, and I ended up paying more for no valid reason. Unethical Payment Practices: The host's payment policies were not just questionable; they were almost illegal. While the advertisement accepted payments via Paypal and Bank Transfer, the host conveniently waited until the last minute to reveal an additional 10% fee for both methods. This, despite the fact that fees on Paypal typically hover around max 3,5%, and any bank transfer fees were entirely my responsibility. To add insult to injury, the host hinted at a discount if I paid in cash (only USD or Euro, of course). This is not just unethical. Misleading Advertisement: The advertised pictures of the apartment were a gross misrepresentation of reality, far from what was promised. The bathroom was infested with mold, the floor was broken and clumsily concealed with a small, old, and dirty carpet. The bed was a haven for insects, and the entire array of furniture, from the air conditioning unit to the fridge, was nothing short of shameful. Lack of Hospitality: As if the above wasn't enough, the so-called "superhost" failed miserably in providing any semblance of hospitality. Not even a basic welcome gesture like a bottle of water was extended to us upon arrival. In over 15 years of extensive global travel, this experience easily takes the cake as the worst. Do not make the same mistake I did – avoid this place at all costs.
