- Maria (8/5): Comfortable apartment, good wi-fi. All you need for a single or a couple visiting Ushuaia-short stay - Very good communication over mobile phone messaging with the building administrator. Tobias was quick to communicate and respond to my messages, always polite and efficient. I received instructions over the phone on how to access the building and the key to the apartment. There was a security person at the door who was uninterested in the customer's needs. Basic customer services' gestures, such as holding a heavy front door when someone is walking through with heavy suitcases, or trying to find out where are the lockers to store luggage afterhours (instead of saying 'I don't know') would have been much appreciated.
- Dean (8/5): Excellent value for money - Service from staff was excellent and the facility was secure. The staff kept in contact via whatsapp and helped at every request. was a bit out of town; however, the flip side was you got your steps in.
