• Julian (4/5): bitte renovieren - Lage hervorragend. Balkon. sollte dringend renoviert werden. die Ausstattung der Küche war mäßig. viele alte Sachen und stark verschmutzt. teilweise eklig. die Spülung im Badezimmer ist quasi defekt, da man sie 10 mal betätigen muss. Warmwasser zum Duschen reicht nur ca 5-10 Minuten. alle Wasserhähne tropfen. Steckdosen offen. der Boden und die Betten waren sauber aber die allgemeine Sauberkeit war eher mangelhaft. das Wlan ist sehr schlecht und schaltet sich alle 15 Minuten für 5 Minuten ab.

• Benitez (9/5): - El dpto es muy cómodo, tiene todo lo indispensable y la limpieza excelente. La ubicación está súper ya que se encuentra cerca de todo! Lo volveríamos a elegir si nuevamente visitamos la cuidad. Lo único que no nos agradó es la ducha, ya que por momentos no había tanta presión de agua fría y cuando chorro salía había que pegarse bien a la grifería. Deberían revisar eso. Pero el resto impecable!

• Tiago Ezequiel (1/5): Mal mantenimiento - Los enchufes sin protección, mi cuñada durmió en el sillón cama y le pego una patada el enchufe, paredes con humedad tapada con una simple pegatina , no te recibía el dueño , te mandaba un código y tenias que entrar solo , ducha sin agua caliente , ni encendedor ni nada de condimentos ( ni una pizca de sal ) , sábanas y ollas sucias , no esta tan cerca del centro como dice , lo único rescatable fue la zona de afuera que tenía una plaza linda , pero el tema de los enchufes salidos e incluso que unos no agarren bien lo que conectes es muy peligroso , no volveria

• Maximiliano (10/5): Excelente experiencia - La presentación cuando uno llega, eso nos llamó la atención. Las toallas sobre la cama con el jabón, la limpieza, eso habla muy bien del lugar. Si tendria que buscar un defecto, seria que le falta una linda parrilla y seria perfecto.

• Daniel (7/5): Bien relacion calidad/precio - La ubicacion. A 20 metros de una plaza muy linda. A la vuelta hay un supermercado muy completo. El lugar es muy tranquilo, viven estudiantes en los otros departamentos. Tiene un balcon terraza amplio, que es lo mejor del lugar Lo que menos me gusto es que la cama doble estaba rota en su parrila de madera, que estaba reparada (mal) y no la pudimos usar. La habitacion deberia tener cortinas oscuras por que es muy luminosa y molesta a la mañana para dormir. Vendria bien un microondas en la cocina y renovar la vajilla. Estacionar cerca es muy complicado en los dias de semana laboral.

• Phillip (9/5): Superb - Great apartment in a great location. Easy check in and check out. Friendly and responsive owners and a big outdoor patio. Great place. Could use some more items in the kitchen to help future guests cook more easily. Otherwise it was great!
• Isobel (7/5): Good - Nice space, with good amenities in the kitchen. Easy to check in and really liked having the balcony. The shower & bathroom need a refresh & the shower was quite difficult to use.
