• Micaela (10/5): Excelente - La ubicación es perfecta y está muy bien distribuido, es como para una o dos personas. Está cerca de líneas de colectivos, subtes y avenidas principales. El apartamento está muy cómodo. El personal es muy amable. Tiene seguridad por las noches y si necesitas dejar coche al lado hay una cochera. Mi estancia ha sido muy buena y repetiría sin dudas.

• Steve (10/5): Exceptional - The district is very calm and safe. Transport links for subte and buses are excellent. There are plenty of good places to eat in BA but locally La Cocina for great empanadas and Bao kitchen for Chinese are worth a visit. The host had some great suggestions for BA and trips further afield. Thoroughly recommend. Nothing

• Keith (10/5): Great Apartment In Palermo, Buenos Aires - This cute and efficient apartment is located in the Palermo neighborhood and near metro and bus stops. It is on the 13th floor which helps with street noise. It is a secure building in a safe location with many restaurants and coffee shops within an easy walk. Wifi and air conditioning both worked well, and there is a kitchen where we occasionally did some home cooking. Owner Irina was very kind and helpful as we pre-paid for our stay and she answered any questions we had. She allowed us to stay longer in the apartment on our last day so we didn’t have a long wait at the airport for our flight. She has a property manager, Emmanuel, who was also very helpful. We stayed a month and that was a good amount of time for our first visit to Buenos Aires. It is an interesting European-style city to visit with something for everyone. We were a little sad to leave as it had become our home; we are pleased to highly recommend Irina and her Santa Fe apartment. Nothing, really as everything was great.

• Ian (8/5): Great apartment in central BA - Really enjoyed our six night stay here. Lovely, comfortable, quiet apartment in central Buenos Aires, well equipped and coffee, wine and nibbles to welcome you. Outside balcony but the weather wasn't very kind so a bit cold during our stay. Small supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Great base to explore BA. We walked to the main square (cathedral and Casa Rosada) then the tango square in San Telmo and back, exhausted but really enjoyed it. Walked to the stunning old docks area, had an amazing lunch and got a taxi back (really cheap and so much easier than trying to get a metro pass!). As a fan of the late 70s musical Evita after Casa Rosada had to do the pilgrimage to Recoleta where Eva Peron is interred (short walk from apartment). Getting in was a bit confused. A message from Booking.com took 48 hours to arrive and in the interim I had the owner and local representative trying to get in touch to check we were in country. All sorted and local representative said he'd check our flight and meet us at the apartment. Arrived at the apartment and no response from him or by ringing the apartment bell. Meanwhile I'd had a Whatsapp in Spanish which I'd ignored but responded and a different person let us in. Car Parking was interesting, non-Spanish speaking Brit trying to pay in USD negotiating with a non-English speaking Argentinian. Not too happy having to surrender my rental car keys and finding the car on a different floor each day with the keys by the wiper blades. The Booking.com details say washing machine but that's a communal laundry in the basement which as we travel fairly light and had been in hotels for a week was disappointing and we didn't use.
• Ed (8/5): Very good - Manegment ordered maintenance of pool 22nd, just before christmas, they worked only a day, and continued on 26th, so we couldnt use it, despite there was no big issue with the pool, just change some mosaic tiles.
• Wendy (10/5): Haven in the city. - The apartment is in a very safe area of town. The subway and buses were on the doorstep, very convenient. There were 2 supermarkets within easy walking distance. The bed was incredibly comfy. The shower was fantastic. Kitchen well equipped. Balcony with chairs gave a much needed private open space. Really spacious living area. Bonus of pool on the roof to cool down in after busy day seeing the city. Welcome bottle of water & and bowl of fresh fruit much appreciated. Wonderful haven to come back to. Can not recommend highly enough. Thankyou Nothing. Perfect apartment.
• Jeremy (10/5): Great apartment with a wonderful location. - it was exactly what they said it was. great neighborhood, close to a lot of restaurants, great price, wonderful host and amazing property management. I can’t wait to go back again. There want anything I didn’t like, it wasn’t a full service hotel, but that’s not what we were looking for.
• Bimal (8/5): good host and great local support by Mercelo - residential community and real Portien experience. economic value is good. close to Subte and buses and main road taxis. various eateries and cafes. not as touristy neighborhoods. sofa and beds were not firm and can be better for resting and recovery after long days walking and sightseeing. shampoo, soap and conditioner towels and paper supplies can be well stocked. you may have to buy on your own

• Carrie (10/5): Absolutely wonderful place for our first time in Buenos Aires!!! - The apartment was lovely and in a perfect location. The balcony was wonderful for having coffee in the morning and wine at night! We used the kitchen and it was well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of space. We also appreciated all of the help from the owner for tips on things to see and do and the management company was extremely accommodating. We highly recommend staying at Santa Fe!!! Nothing
