Richard (3/5): It’s the new “worst place I ever stayed”. - It seemed like a secure building. I never met the person in charge. Everything was handled by text, in Spanish. —. First, he informed me that my rent would be $6 per night higher than what my Booking confirmation had indicated. This was at 8pm, after I was in the room and had no way to shop for another option. — What looked like a Queen size bed was actually two twin beds next to each other that were not attached, but had large sheets and blankets spread over them. My second night, just after midnight, was sound asleep, I was in the middle of the beds and they spread apart, and I fell through the space between. — I had trouble connecting to the WiFi because the note on the refrigerator with the password was illegible. I texted the owner, and he told me where to find a legible password. Except then when I connected to the WiFi, it turned out not to be connected to the internet. What is the point of that? — Oh yeah, and the refrigerator is pretty loud at night.
