• Anelisa (9/5): Muy lindo y equipado dpto. - Muy lindo el departamento y está muy bien equipado con cosas de cocina, ropa de cama extra, productos de limpieza. La zona excelente, a media cuadra de las peñas y otros restaurantes/bares. Viaje sola y siempre me sentí segura en el edificio y en la zona. Me respondieron siempre rápido por WhatsApp y con buena predisposición. Habría que poner más shampoo porque me queden sin para el último día, lo mismo con el papel higiénico. El enchufe de la pared del baño tiene problemas y me quemó 2 adaptadores asique no recomiendo usarlo hasta que esté solucionado por las dudas.

Flexible self check-in, luggage storage, nice café on the first floor and nice views from the rooftop terrace The apartment needs better maintenance, it didn't feel as fresh as it looks in photos. My expectations for this place were a bit higher, although it's a good choice for this price. Also the instructions how to get there could be clearier (you need to enter through a café)

Eso es pensar en grande otra el que se hospede cuente con todo lo qué realmente necesita. Cómodo y tranquilo.

Bed was comfortable and there was seating to use in the room. Excellent WiFi There is a decent cafe underneath with a small discount if you are staying there Nothing really….we personally don’t like the shower curtains that you often see in Argentina but understand why they are there.

• Claire (9/5): Great place! - Lovely accomdation, clean and good facilities, including a washing machine! Good security. Quiet. Located close to good restaurants. Nice to have a cafe on the ground floor. Loved the discount for the cafe and the recommendations for restaurants provided by the hosts. Nice big bathroom. Hosts were responsive to help. Overall would highly recommend. Others have mentioned issues with payment- I requested to pay by transfer beforehand and found this very easy to do so would recommend anyone else worried about payment do the same. Nothing really but some small things: it would be nice to have a drying rack for if using the washing machine. Also make sure to message the number in the booking confirmation to get your check in instructions. I had forgotten to do that and then we had a bit of a faff when I arrived, however the hosts were quick to respond as soon as I messaged that number and provided us with instructions on how to get in! Not the accommodations fault, but beware there are building works taking place next door

• Pascal (9/5): Unnecessarily complicated check in, otherwise amazing! - Decent location, very comfortable, modern, clean. Best accommodation we had in Argentina. Check-In was overly complicated, you need to contact a WhatsApp number, then you'll be sent three different access keys. The WhatsApp you habe to find out yourself on booking, they don't give it to you. Could be handled more smoothly, especially as they don't speak English on the phone.

• Paul-clément (9/5): Superb - Nice room ans well located. However owner needs to be contacted in advance by WhatsApp in order to get all required info to access the area and room! Washing machine available for clothes. However no washing liquid. At your cost if you want to use it.
• Jayne (10/5): A perfect place to stay in Salta - The owners Flor and Ivan were lovely and helpful throughout our stay. It was our first stop in Argentina and they provided lots of recommendations for restaurants, bars etc in the area. We also needed to buy Argentinian currency on our arrival here and they offered help with that too. Nothing was too much trouble. Can’t thank you enough! The shower flooded but they were every quick to arrange for a plumber to come out and fix the problem.

• Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - Best place we stayed in salta (and we had to hop around a bit since it was a holiday week). Great location for food and checking out local peña or even for a walk downtown. Apartment was so comfortable with everything you would need for even a stay of a few weeks. Host was very kind and tried his best to assist in whatever we needed. Loved the keypad entry so we didn't need to worry about losing keys.

• Yuriy (9/5): Make sure to agree on a price if paying in cash! - The apartment is new and well-maintained. The stove is electric and the windows have black-out curtains ensuring a good sleep. The apartment block is right on Balcarce street, so you are close to the nightlife and restaurants. We had a very uncomfortable interaction with Florencia, the owner of the place, about the price of the place. The price on Booking.com was given in dollars, and converted to Argentinian pesos using the official rate. Florencia uses her own rate somewhere between the official rate and the blue rate, which results in a price about 1/3 higher than advertised in pesos. This price was not communicated to us until 15 minutes before we met to pay for the apartment. So if you plan to pay in Argentinian cash, make sure to agree on a price as soon as you book, otherwise you are in for an unpleasant surprise.

• Darcy (10/5): Very homely! - We did not want to leave this apartment. Modern, clean, nicely decorated, Netflix, kitchen, washing machine, balcony, A/C, lift (no stairs) and a host who was very prompt with replying via WhatsApp. All this at a very affordable price. Paying the lady was a headache (ARS or USD, tax or no tax and disagreements with exchange rate). Even though the price was set/clear on Booking.com, she still wasted 30 minutes of our time to agree on a price.

• John (9/5): Very comfortable and well-equipped apartment in central location. - Very comfortable apartment in a great location. The apartment was a little difficult to find when I arrived and nobody in the neighbourhood seemed to know where it was when I asked.
• Ain (3/5): Poor - The location was good. As a foreigner I would not recommend staying here. They were pushing me to pay in USD as opposed to local currency. We also had an issue where the electronic door malfunctioned and we had to wait for 20 minutes outside which they were unapologetic about. The lady then was rude when I was explaining the situation in my broken Spanish.
