Nos encantó que encontramos colchones nuevos, así que tuvimos un descanso fenomenal. Por otro lado el barrio es bellísimo y muy seguro. • Claudio Marcelo (10/5): Bs As Como En Casa - Lo que más nos gustó a la familia fue, primero: la distribución del departamento, el equipamiento absolutamente todo pensado para que a una familia no le falte nada, un lujo el asador; segundo: la zona donde se encuentra, totalmente tranquilo y seguro que dejas el auto estacionado en la calle de noche y no pasa nada y tercero: la calidez de los dueños, la predisposición y la atención de Diego y Guido es espectacular en todos los detalles No tengo ninguna observación negativa

• Gabriel (10/5): Parrilla, tranquilidad y excelente atención - La ubicación del departamento es increíble. La calle Melián es alucinante, y la posición del departamento permite visualizar toda la ciudad, el tren, los aviones, etc., y aun así mantenerse silencioso y tranquilo gracias a la zona y la altura. Al llegar, recibimos una excelente atención. El departamento está equipado para usarse apenas llegás: cuenta con un recibidor con té y café para empezar la mañana, vajilla completa, mate, cafetera y pava eléctrica. Particularmente quería usar la parrilla sin demasiadas complicaciones ni ensuciar mucho, y acá fue posible gracias a que tiene una churrasquera privada que conecta directamente con la cocina por un pasillo, sin interferir con el resto del departamento. Otro detalle no menor es que el depa tiene TV Smart con todas las apps de streaming y calefacción regulable, así que no pasamos frío en ningún momento. Esto fue súper importante para mí, ya que pude recibir a mi familia y amigos para disfrutar de asados y de un ambiente completo. Diego estuvo en contacto conmigo cada vez que lo necesité para consultas puntuales, siempre muy atento y resolutivo, al igual que las personas encargadas de mantener el departamento.

• Mariano (10/5): Great apartment in an amazing neighborhood! - I've stayed in many apartments across different neighborhoods around BA, this time I wanted to try staying in Belgrano R as it was a new neighborhood for me. What a great surprise this turned out to be, the neighborhood is incredibly peaceful and picturesque and the apartment is located in arguably the most beautiful street in Buenos Aires. About the apartment, it is very comfortable on the highest floor of a tower building - giving you incredible views of the city. The hosts were extremely helpful and very easy to communicate with, giving recommendations and answering any questions I had. All in all, a great place to stay and I highly recommend it. Nada
• Dr. (10/5): Home away from home - Home away from home. The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area that is a hidden gem for locals. It is close to the train station and walking distance from the subway and loads of buses. Walking on Melian street is also an experience that not many tourists get to have, as it is off the conventional circuit. The trees are majestic and the houses are beautiful. You are also a 10 minute taxi drive from all trendy restaurants in the more touristy area of Palermo. The apartment is fully equipped with anything you may need for a home stay away from home. It is VERY clean, impeccably clean. There were some amenities that we did not use but are worth reviewing for you to take under consideration. The apartment has a washing machine for doing laundry. It also has some thoughtful details such as a new soap, refreshing make up towels and a bag of chips and water waiting for your. The apartment is on the 10th floor, which will give you a spectacular view of the neighborhood. Excellent to sit on the balcony on a warm summer night. The apartment is also fully equipped with air con and a large fridge, which is perfect for the hot summers of Buenos Aires. Ramona, the lady who was waiting for us at the apartment to hand out the keys, had an amazing energy! She deserves some extra credit.
