The balcony us perfect to have breakfast with a view. There are two bathrooms, everything is clean and renovated. Perfect place!

• Dario (10/5): - La ubicación, la vista nocturna de la ciudad. El trato desde la anfitriona Rosemary, hasta los chicos de seguridad, muy gratos días cerca de los museos y centros culturales. Hasta pude entrenar en el gimnasio del edificio, si te gusta el deporte como a mi, hay ecobicis cerca; varias plazas con parque de calistenia y sendas para correr o trotar. De seguro volvemos porque nos quedaron muchas cosas para recorrer.

• Gary (10/5): What’s not to love! - This was a fabulous apartment and is highly recommended! We stayed in the middle of a very cold winter and it always felt warm even without the heating on. The little balcony was great to sit out on in the morning sunshine or to enjoy the evening lights of the city. The apartment is very comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen, two toilets, lots of hot water and space to make it feel very much a home away from home. Rosemary is an excellent host, always available for tips on the city and logistics of living and getting around in BA. She met us at check in to show us around the apartment and was quick to respond when messaged. The apartment building is very quiet and safe with 24hr security. The rooftop pool looked so inviting if only it was a warmer time of the year for our visit. The area has a lot of bars, cafes, bakeries, eta and the metro is about 6 blocks away. Would love to stay again one day.

The apartment has everything one needs in terms of comfort, plus an amazing view from the 16th floor over the sunset. We enjoyed our stay very much.
