- Romina (6/5): - El apto lindo funcional y completo. El personal amable. La recepción del hospedaje no es en el lugar, es lejos, como a 10 cuadras, eso tendrían que aclararlo. En el lugar no había ningún control de nada, arriba nuestro parecía que tenían una fiesta, un escándalo, pero a quién decirle si no había nadie que controle.

- Helio (1/5): rude staff, dirty place. They put us in a place totally different from what is on booking and refused a refund - nothing Arriving at the accommodation address, there was no one there. We got in touch and they told us to go to their office, which was 2 km away, to check in. The first lodging was good, but during the night the ceiling started to fall apart and water dripped from it onto our backpacks and bed. They offered us another place, and that was a nightmare: dirty, the few brick walls were damp and peeling, the bathroom drains were clogged and water rose when we showered, leaving our feet in a soup of filth, also there was only five minutes of hot water. The kitchen sink was under a staircase, so it was only possible to wash dishes crouching down. It was very cold and the house had only one heater. The rusty window facing a rotten wall was kept open with a spoon. There was no lock in the restroom. I believe I wouldn’t go through something like this even in a kidnapping situation. We decided to leave a day early, and the staff refused to refund us and were rude. I recommend staying far away from Matices; it was a terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend it even to my worst enemy.

Pero eso es ajeno a ustedes !!! . Si apenas le informe al personal de Matice el señor inmediatamente me llamo para solucionar el problema . Los felicito por su persona .

- Adrian (8/5): Good place to stay for the area and good value. - Location being a short walk to the centre. Quiet safe area. Comfortable beds. Warm. Staff helpful and responsive. Shower was difficult to operate to get the right temperature. It took a while each morning.

- Theodoros (1/5): Bad - DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR OUTSIDE OF THIS PROPERTY. I parked a rental car between the parking lines drawn in the pavement and the next day I found key scratches in different parts of the car. When I contacted the property personnel, they told me that I should have parked in a different way because probably a stranger was bothered that the car was in their way. I told them that the car was parked in between the parking lines as normal. When I asked for the security camera footage from the facility, they told me that they will provide it. I haven't received anything.

- Lola (10/5): Great stay. Really attentive people. Th shower could use a little work, but overall excellent value. - Excellent stay. We booked their transport services and excursions to the Parque Nacional Los Glaciares and El Chalten, they're exceptionally punctual. Ismael was really attentive as a guide and driver, gave us great recommendations as to where to dine and the local dishes. The bathroom's shower didn't function well. The shower head fell off on the second day and we had to fix it using a plastic bag.

- Camilla (5/5): I wouldn’t stay there - Apartment was just ok The owners are the same as the hostel matices, not very nice people, they rip you off in any way they can, very greedy people, not a very good way to run a business, I wouldn’t recommend their places. Flat is not as close to the centre as they advertise it. Beds are not very comfortable, I woke up every morning with back ache. I wouldn’t go back there again.
