Poca vajilla y elementos para cocinar, sin horno, ni siquiera eléctrico, las paredes tienen detalles de falta de pintura, la rejilla del vanitory tenia hongos, se confunde la publicación con fotos de otros departamentos, la pileta no estaba climatizada, el colchón de la habitación estaba bastante usado y el sillon cama muy duro, las puertas del placard estaban rotas.

- Fabian Hernan (7/5): Departamento lindo y muy bien ubicado - Ubicación y el personal fue muy amable,siempre atenta. La ventana de la habitación principal da a un pulmón y se escucha un extractor andando constantemente, no es insoportable pero se escucha La ducha esta buena y tiene potencia pero la mampara no protege lo suficiente y moja bastante el piso del baño
