• Marina Araceli (10/5): Lujoso e impecable departamento en pleno Recoleta - El departamento es lujoso, amplio, de doble circulación, con cuatro habitaciones y dos baños, la cocina, el living comedor y el balcón totalmente equipados, con detalles de buen gusto e impecable. La ubicación es inmejorable y la cochera es muy pertine te ya que en la zona es imposible estacionar en la vía pública. La atención de Juan Ignacio es espectacular y fue muy atento y flexible para el horario del chek in. La relación precio calidad es excelente porque se cobra casi como un 2 ambientes cuando, en realidad tiene 5 ambientes. Volveremos.

• Yvonne (10/5): We were very satisfied and highly recommend the host and this apartment. - The location was excellent, a short walk to the subway, close to a large grocery store, fruit stand, great coffee shops and other stores. The host was very responsive and made check in and check out extremely easy. The apartment is large with 4 beds, just enough to accommodate a family comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, including many condiments. The washing machine was a bonus. The sheets and towels were good quality and the beds and pillows were comfortable and well made upon arrival. It was great to have an elevator, but also to be on the first floor meant that we only had one flight of stairs, if we chose to walk. The parking is in the building and well worth the extra cost. If I were to say anything at all, the living room upholstery could use an update. Otherwise, we felt the apartment met our expectations.

• Sabina (8/5): nice, well equipped apartment near Santa Fe Ave. - the host is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious, was impeccably clean on arrival and has air conditioning in all rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped! The wooden floor of the apartment is really nice. The apartment needs a bit of work, the building in general is quite old and only the entrance is well maintained. The inner shaft of the building conducted all kinds of cooking smells from the rest of the building into the apartment.

• Lucas (10/5): - Es un lugar comodo para 6 personas. Fuimos con un niño y ya teníamos la cuna preparada y todo muy limpio. Juan Ignacio atento a cada mensaje que le enviamos y con una pronta respuesta (solo de logística) porque en el dpto no falta nada y esta ubicada en un barrio hermoso y cómodo. Tiene heladera, cocina, microondas, tostadora y un balcón qué da a un patio interno verde. Nada que no me guste

• samir (10/5): Memorable and welcoming and such a smooth and easy check in - Staff were welcoming and helpful, location was great, facilities were clean. Comfortable and great especially as it was our first time in Buenos Aires. The airport transfer was really useful. Host Juan was always on hand for any questions even before we arrived.

Wifi is not so fast and disconnects frequently in the rooms. The kitchen, specially accessoires like pots, forks, spoons, cups, cupboards, frying pan etc wasn't clean. There was also dust at some places. We unfortunately encountered (and had to kill) some amount of cockroaches during our stay. The rooms are sometimes noisy as the window aren't very noise proof and outside the windows there's a courtyard where neighbors make some noises early in the morning.

• Alain (9/5): Excellent place, fantastic support and good value for money - We spent 4 nights at the appartement, at the beginning and at the end of our holiday. We were met by Juan Ignacio who made us feel welcome immediately. The property is ideal for visiting Buenos Aires. It is in a residential area within easy reach of what there is to see in the beautiful city. Plenty of cheap taxis. Juan Ignacio helped us with organising breakfasts, booking taxis to the airports (Gustavo and Daniel, the taxi drivers are very nice and helpful people), arranged for exchange of Euros into Pesos thereby saving us vast amounts of time queuing up. All facilities were excellent and this is a property our group would recommend and if any of us return to Buenos Aires, we would certainly book it again. We were 6 in the apartment and only one shower room which meant a little organisation on our part but not a major issue in the end
• C (7/5): As shown - great location - Very communicative host, a/c, large patio, provided bottled water, fruit, chips & a subway card - very nice extras! US outlet in living room, mid week cleaning. The furniture is tired & a couple of chairs broken. Expected 2nd bathroom to be bigger - couldn't close door without pivoting inside & shifting toilet seat and didn't realize there was only one shower. Also need more places to put clothes to unpack & even a small nightstand at each bed. Some rooms had some of this, others not.
