- Dtopal (7/5): Good value for money - The property is in a great location with good transportation options around. The property office is in the same building, so we got the keys from there. The studio is located on the top floor, right under the roof, offering a stunning view of the Prater. Very sunny. It is getting very warm on sunny days, but there is an AC unit. While the property's outdated furniture and facilities were manageable for us, there are a few things future guests should note. We encountered ants in the kitchen, and the bathroom sink drains very slowly. Additionally, the shower holder is broken (it cannot hold the hand shower up), some of the dining chairs are quite wobbly, and the terrace decking is in poor condition and requires caution when walking on it.

Kaip gali būti taip, kad po kriaukle vonioje pastatytas kibiras? Smirdėjo kanalizacija, reikėjo net svetainės duris uždaryti ir atidaryti langus, kad galima butu miegoti. Į dušą net nesinorėjo dėl to eiti. Svetainėje ant kėdžių geriau ne sėdėti, vos laikosi. Kadangi atvažiavome velai, todėl pasilikome, nes nebuvo galimybės surasti kito busto. Šeimininkai turėjo perspėti ir atšaukti užsakymą dėl nesutvarkytos santehnikos.

- Katalin (7/5): Tökéletes lokalizáció, de nagyon hiányos a felszereltsége. Nem deluxe érzés emiatt. - Nagyszerű a lokalizáció. Az apartman tagas, pont olyan mint a képeken. A felszerletsege olyan minimális, hogy nem értem a deluxe elnevezést. Kevés lapos ed melytanyer volt( 2-2db) addig 16 csészealátét. Nem volt nagy lábos, szűrő hogy tésztát lehessen főzni. A kávégép rossz volt, jelezték hogy megoldják, de ez nem történt meg a négy napban. Nincsenek alapveto tisztitó eszközök, mint egy felmosó, vagy porszívó, de még seprű se. Pirítós és teafőző is már minimumszint egy apartmanban. 4 napig nem tudtam kávét inni, ami elég zavaró volt.

- HEATHER (4/5): - Anna the receptionist was friendly and helpful .. as was Barbara the housekeeper. We didn't expect 4 or 5 star in these apartments but when we arrived the room we'd booked was being repainted because of rain damage.. the replacement room shower was missing the rail that held shower head in place... push up plug was not fitted to one sink, and the tap was loose... towels old and shabby. The kettle leaked water all over electrical plate it sat on .. hair dryer cord wiring was exposed. The sofa bed was barely acceptable and spare doonas and pillows had no covers

- Mario (4/5): Nicht wieder ! - Die Lage ist sehr zentral Die Wohnung war eine einzige Enttäuschung. Die Einrichtung wirkte zusammengewürfelt – ein Mix aus antiken z.t kaputten Möbeln und Ikea-Stil. Das meiste war „abgeranzt“ und in keinem guten Zustand. Im großen Zimmer hingen die Gardinen teilweise herunter. Es gab zwar zwei Bäder, aber nur eine winzige Toilette. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Abgesehen vom allgemeinen Eindruck wurden für vier Nächte lediglich zwei Handtücher sowie ganze zwei Rollen Toilettenpapier zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Seifenspender waren ebenfalls fast leer. Die Bettdecken waren sehr dünn und im Winter mit Sicherheit nicht ausreichend. Auch die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Hier scheint das Motto zu gelten: schnell mal darüberwischen. So kam beispielsweise beim Öffnen des Kühlschranks ein übler Geruch entgegen. Insgesamt ist der Wohnung an vielen Kleinigkeiten anzumerken das sich nicht gekümmert wird. Einige Beispiele: Klarsichthülle mit den Internetzugangs Informationen eklig abgegriffen /die Glühbirnen des Deckenleuchters mit Kaffeefiltertüten – vermutlich vom anderen Gästen - abgedeckt. Steckdosen in der Küche dreckig / unangenehmer Geruch im Bad usw

- christos (9/5): Ολα πολυ καλα ,μια μικρη βελτιωση στα σημεια που τονισα παραπανω. - Αριστη τοποθεσια , κοντα σε σταση και κοντα στο κεντρο για μεταβαση ακομη και με τα ποδια.Πολυ κοντα σε super market και μαγαζια για πρωινο και προχειρο φαγητο.Πληρη κουζινα για προετοιμασια καποιυ γευματος αλλα και πρωινου.Μου αρεσε η υπαρξη πολυμπριζου , στεγνωτηρα μαλλιων και ηλεκτικου σιδερου. Σε γενικες γραμμες η καθαριοτητα ηταν πολυ καλη ,αλλα βλεποντας κατω απο τα κρεββατια υπηρχαν σκονες και χνουδια απο πολυ καιρο.Προσπαθησα να ανοιξω την τηλεοραση , αλλα οι μπαταριες απο το χειριστηριο ηταν χαλασμενες.Το δε κλιματιστικο δεν εβγαζε ζεστο αερα που μου χρειαστηκε για να στεγνωσω βρεγμενα ρουχα.

- Carroccio (7/5): Ottimo punto di appoggio - Punto di forza della struttura è la comodità, dista poco dall'aereoporto e in pochi minuti si raggiunge il tram che porta in centro, sotto casa c'è anche un ottimo ristorante pizzeria "Masaniello". L'appartamento ha tutto Letto grande comodo, stanza abbastanza ampia e riscaldata adeguatamente. Perfette le istruzioni per entrare . Potrebbe migliorare sul fattore pulizia e manutenzione, la macchina del caffè è rumorosa, la doccia perde acqua, il lavandino in cucina ha un flusso di acqua debole e gocciola.

- Sabine (8/5): - Die Lage und Anbindung war super das Bad war deutlich zu dunkel, Duschtür nicht dicht, die Spültisch Mischbatterie muss dringend erneuert werden, es kommt sehr wenig Wasser. Wasserhahn tropft. Die mittlere Jalousie wird ihrer Funktion nicht mehr gerecht.

Der Fernseher hatte z. B. einen fürchterlichen Sound und den Toaster konnten wir nicht nutzen da die Sicherung dann raus sprang

- Frits (7/5): Redelijk appartement voor een goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding gelegen op een gunstige locatie. - Locatie: goed bereikbaar met de tram. Plein waar je uitstapt heeft een paar gezellige café's. In de buurt een goed Italiaans restaurant. Appartement was wat sleets: afstandsbediening TV werkte niet doordat er zeer oude batterijen in zaten, TV stond afgesteld op 3 Franse zenders, enkele lampen functioneerden niet, geen bedlamp, zonwering defect, douchedeur handgreep defect.

Convenience store and restaurants close by. Easy to get to the city by tram or walk approximately 15 Great location, good place for 1-2 nights to explore the city Top 16 overlooks the Danube Canal, which is next to a busy road so you can hear traffic. Soft Mattress and squiky bed. The shower was changing the water temperature. It was hard to keep the warm water on. The TV box didn't work.
- Angelika (8/5): - Das sehr saubere und hübsche Badezimmer hatte leider ein Geruchsproblem. Es roch stark aus dem Kanal. Der Duschhlauch war völlig kaputt, wurde aber sofort ausgetauscht. Das Personal war sehr bemüht. Auch die Lage war wunderbar, wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, von daher ruhig. Tolle Betten. 5 Min. zur Straßenbahn, 20 Min. Zum Prater. Ganz toll. PreisLeistung super ok. Es war alles sauber und gut ausgestattet.

- Krystyna (6/5): Wiedeń robi wrażenie, cesarski. - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Miły personel. Kawa na powitanie. Skrzypiące drzwi, zapach kanalizacji w toalecie, niesprawne umywalki. W salonie niewygodna kanapa za mała dla dwóch osób a druga niesprawna. W związku z tym lokal dla trzech osób.

- Fanni (6/5): Rövid utakra megfelelő, ha nem itt töltöd a napod nagy részét. - Kedves volt a kulcsokat átadó hölgy, az ágy kényelmes volt, volt kihelyezve ajándékba kávé kapszula, nagyon szép volt a kilátás, kellemes időjárást lehetett csinálni a légkondival vagy kereszthuzattal. Szimpatikus volt, hogy volt vasaló, hajszárító. Nehézkes volt a szállás átvétele, 14:30-tól lehetett volna átvenni a szállást, akkor azt mondták egy óra múlva lesz kész a szoba, visszamentünk 15:30-ra és még sehol nem tartott a takarító. 16:10kor tudtuk csak átvenni a szállást. A tv nem működött, nem volt adás benne, a reluxa nem mindenhol volt lehúzható, így már kora reggel nagyon besütött a nap a legfelső emeleti 27-es apartmanban. A tisztaságon és a felszereltségen lehetne kicsit javítani.

Außerdem hält man sich nicht an die Buchung. - Nichts hat der Beschreibung entsprochen, wegen Überbuchung wurden wir in ein anderes Appartment einquartiert. Ich rate ab! Das Appartment ist sehr abgewohnt und ungepflegt. An der Badewanne gab es keinen Duschvorhang, also war vorsichtig duschen im Sitzen angesagt, Vorhangstangen hingen runter, Spinnweben, leere Seifenbehälter, einige Lichter funktionieren nicht, ein Bett knarzt, das andere ist durchgelegen !!! Ich könnte weiter Aufzählen aber ……. Insgesamt für den Preis eine Frechheit!

Lage ist Top, Preis pa - Sehr zentral, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, Buchung und Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert, große Räume Ausstattung Küche ganz schlecht: Kaffeemaschine kaputt, Kapseln hätten auch nicht gepasst, zu wenig Gläser, Besteck und Geschirr, kein Wasserkocher, keine Kaffeekanne (Filter zum Brühen war da, aber keine Kanne). Zu wenig Toilettenpapier, Möbel und Geräte teilweise stark beschädigt: Spülmaschinen Geschirrwagen schwer ausziehbar, Sprungfeder am Sessel hing bis zum Boden.

Enchufes sueltos, grifos sueltos, jabón de platos rellenado con agua, la jabonera de manos estaba rota y vacía (quítala directamente) son pequeños detalles, sí, que sumados a qué el olor era insoportable no hace una estancia cómoda.

- Regina (7/5): Schöner Kurzurlaub mit kleinen "Macken" - Die Wohnung hatte einen kleinen Balkon auf den Garten des Hundertwasserhauses. Nachdem wir wegen des "stinkenden Bades" reklamiert hatten, wurde es sofort erledigt. Leider wurde die Dusche nicht repariert (es kamen nur 3 Wasserstrahle raus, zuwenig zum Haare waschen) Geschirr war nur 2 Kuchenteller, div. Tassen aller Arten, Besteck nur 1 kleiner Löffel , Spülmaschine defekt
- Thi (8/5): - Die Lage ist gut, und auch das Zimmer mit der kleinen Küche war in Ordnung. Allerdings wäre es noch besser, wenn die Unternehmen etwas mehr in das Badezimmer investieren würden.
- DIMITRIOS (8/5): Θα ξαναπήγαινα σίγουρα γιατί η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή το δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο και ήταν οικονομικό - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και άνετο δωμάτιο. Πολυκαιρισμένες πετσέτες και ψιλό διαβρωμένες και κακή καθαριότητα κάτω από τα κρεβάτια…είχαν καιρό να καθαρίσουν, σίγουρα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν σχετικά καθαρό απλά αν περπατούσε ξυπόλητος, ένιωθες τη βρωμιά να εισχωρεί στα πόδια σου. Τα μαξιλάρια επίσης ήταν πάρα πολύ μικρά και έδειχναν ότι ήτανε μαξιλάρια από σαλόνι διακοσμητικά, τα οποία είχανε μια μαξιλαροθήκη από πάνω για καλυμμα.

- Jovanović (8/5): - The apartment is facing one of the Danube city canals and Prater...which is really fun to watch, especially when the 170m tall ferries wheel is active...day or night...and you can see people spinning around in the distance...when you sit at the table and see them in the mirror just pop up behind you, it looks unreal. The hosts responded promptly to addressing the issue with the shower door, offering us to switch to another apartment on the very top...which is even cooler as it has windows on both sides....plus you see Prater from the bathroom in that apt. The rooftop terrace with a great view is open access to all guests...which is very nice The shower cabin doors needed fixing.
- Robert (8/5): - Sehr gute Lage, zwar an einer befahrenen Straße aber hey, wir sind in einer Stadt. Fußläufig ist man recht schnell im Ersten, auch in anderer Bezirke hat man schöne Spaziergänge. Zur Unterkunft. Im Prinzip ist alles erwartungsgemäß gut gewesen. Empfehlen würde ich eine baldige Investition in neue Handtücher. Auch eine Reinigung der Abflussrohre im Bad würde ebenso echt Sinn machen. Das ungefragte Bereitstellen eines Pömpels bestätigte die ersten Befürchtungen. Das sind letztlich nur Kleinigkeiten, ich will ja nicht meckern.

- Rahner (8/5): Gerne wieder - Modern eingerichtetes Appartement in verkehrsgünstiger Lage, ca. 6 Minuten zur S-Bahn. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, Supermarkt in der Nähe Obwohl wirklich sehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet wird, gibt es am manchen Stellen starke Gebrauchsspuren (am Spiegel im Bad löst sich was am Rahmen, an den Sockelleisten fehlen teilweise Ecken, Fuß vom Bett beschädigt)

- Viola Kerstin Korinna (9/5): Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Wien buche ich dort gerne wieder. - Die Lage und Ausstattung waren perfekt. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Das Kunsthaus ist eine klare Empfehlung.

- Gabriele (7/5): Im großen und Ganzen hat es uns gut gefallen - Die Lage ist gut, das einchecken hat gut geklappt. Wir waren mit 4 Mädels da. Im großen ganzen hat es uns uns gut gefallen. Man könnte mit ein paar Handgriffen und ein paar kleinen Investitionen es erheblich verbessern. Da sich das Gebäude direkt an der Straße befinden ist es nachts bez. in den Morgenstunden sehr laut auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Die Kaffeemaschine konnte nur mit speziellen Kapseln befüllt werden wir haben erst beim nachfragen erfahren das wir sie dort kaufen müssen Die Ausstattung hatte Luft nach oben( die Dusche fällt bald auseinander) Das Appartement war für 5-6 Personen gedacht und das mit einer Toilette ist grenzwertig.
- Anna (6/5): - Sehr gute Lage (Schwedenplatz und Prater 15 Gehminuten entfernt) und eine tolle Aussicht auf das Kunsthaus, den Prater und den Turm vom Stephansdom. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und präzise Beschreibung der Laufwege. Die Sauberkeit war nicht gut, der Boden war staubig und nicht gründlich geputzt. Das Badezimmer hat leider widerlich gestunken (trotz Raumduft) und die Verdunklungen funktionierten nicht alle. Bei den Holzstühlen haben wir uns zwei Holzsplitter eingefangen. Das Mobiliar sollte einer regelmäßigeren Kontrolle unterzogen werden.
