• Simona (10/5): Wonderful find. Easy check in and out, communication and directions were great. WiFi worked great also. - The property was in a great central location. Easy to walk to the Museum Quarter and St. Stephen’s Cathedral. Many shops and restaurants close by as well as public transportation. The pizza place downstairs has delicious food. Even though there is a restaurant downstairs it was quite in the space. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Great find and accommodated 4 adults perfectly. Providing more coffee pods would have been nice; only 4 pods were available, for a 3 day stay. We did buy coffee and brewed it in the French press that was provided.

• Sean (10/5): Spacious clean apartment in great location - Spacious and clean and in a great location, minutes walk from the museum Quarter with great transport links nearby. Nice selection of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Check in and out was very straightforward. Nothing, we were very happy with our stay.

• EMILIA (9/5): A clean, spacious apartment in a perfect location - The apartment is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the main city attractions, which made exploring incredibly easy. Inside, everything was spotless and very well maintained. The space was surprisingly large and comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax. Host responded to all our requests in a timely manner. Overall, a great place to stay and highly recommended. Everything was great overall, but the sofa bed was not prepared upon arrival, even though our reservation was for four people. It wasn’t a major issue, but having it ready would have made the check‑in experience even smoother.

Great location , situated over a fantastic pizzeria (food was class), lovely little bar next door too, great tunes and cosy. Spotlessly clean , spacious, highly recommend. Nothing. If you have a late flight home, somewhere to store your cases for a while be brilliant.

• Gina (9/5): Nice apartment in Vienna - Very nice apartment that was clean and well furnished. Did feel a little cool. Hearing system seemed to struggle to get above 21 degrees so at night and early in the morning it was quite fresh. Nothing too bad though. Just needed to rig up a little more. Could have also used some small things like sugar, tea etc.

Zgomotul tramvaielor din strada , mici probleme la încălzirea dormitoarele ( caloriferele erau calde doar de jumătate) ; purin frig în dormitorul cu doua paturi ; mirosul de mancare ( ceapa calita ) de la local de jos .

• Maria Christina (9/5): Sehr schön. Wir kommen wieder nach Wien und diese Wohnung. - Die Lage ist perfekt. Wir sind alles zu Fuss gegangen. Mehrere gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Museumsquartier um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Für uns hat es perfekt gepasst. Einzige Nachteil, von hinteren Schlafzimmer muss man durch das vordere Schlafzimmer gehen. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört.

• itsmeJT (8/5): PERFECT LOCATION - 1. Overall the accommodation provided a restful and comfortable experience. 2. Perfect location - for transport, attractions, food, shopping. 3. The living room and master bedroom were spacious. We love the colors of the sofa and cushions. 4. Facilities for day-to-day living are complete and working - utensils, washing machine, stove, microwave, coffee maker, SMART TV, free wifi, fan, iron, hairdryer, toilet paper. paper towel, etc. 1. We were not comfortable at night because it was chilly. The heater which was supposed to be on auto-mode did not work. 2. The second bedroom did not have space for 2 luggages. 3. Also it should be declared that the door of the second bedroom is inside the main bedroom. This limits the privacy of the occupants. 4. There is no shower caddy to put our own shampoo, conditioner, body soap (none were provided) inside the shower area. We had to put our stuff on the shower floor. 5. There should be a rubber mat inside the shower area as the floor tended to be very slippery. Plus, there are no handrails inside to hold onto when you slip (I actually did). 6. The owner should provide clearer instructions for getting the key. First decribe which is the keybox - this type of keybox is not common in Asia and other parts of the world, and how to open the keybox. We had to search and struggle for 13 mins. before we could locate the key.
• CATHERINE (8/5): Magnifique séjour dans cet appartement très agréable et très bien situé - Appartement très confortable, avec des espaces larges et très fonctionnels. Parfaitement bien situé à 2 pas des musées, des transports… le logement était très propre et bien équipé. Remerciement particuliers à notre hôte qui s’est montré extrêmement disponible, aimable et réactif face à nos demandes.
• Elisa (10/5): Einfach wunderbar! - Die Lage war perfekt, angebunden an Allem und die Einkaufs-und Shoppingstrasse fussläufig in 10 Minuten. Es gibt sehr viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Wohnung an sich ist super schön, top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir waren sehr glücklich mit unserer Wahl.
• Oliver (9/5): Wunderbares Appartement im Zentrum von Wien. - Sehr schönes Appartement, es gab alles was man brauchte zur Selbsversorgung( was wir nicht genutzt haben) . Die Lage warvperfekt, man konnte viel zu Fuß machen, aber die U-Bahn, Straßenbahn … alles war easy zu erreichen! Die Schlüssel gab es über ein Schlüsselfach. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden …. Immer wieder gerne! Eigentlich haben wir nichts zu meckern gehabt…. das Klimagerät in der Küche hat nicht so gut funktioniert… dann war es oftmals etwas zu warm, aber mit offenen Fenster etc. ging es auch!

Noise from the bar downstairs goes until after midnight every night, so for light sleepers or those with children it might not suit

• Logan (10/5): Perfect location for exploration, and to get to a conference - perfect location - so close to the train station and other public transport, but we also walked to Stephansdom several times Dropping off luggage from the car was tricky - nowhere to pull over, really - but we then ditched the hire car and didn't need it - you'd be in trouble if you needed parking!

Everything we wanted was within easy walking distance, except the Danube Tower, but the trains were amazing. So clean and we felt safe. Really can't think of anything.

• Renata (8/5): Non the less we would still recomend this apartment if the problems get fixed. - The apartment was really comfortable in good location, with great access to necessary services, such as public transportation, or grocery store. However the apartment has a problem with the mold over the bathroom walls, possibly due to lack of ventilation. And malfuncioning light in the kitchen.

• Nancy (8/5): Very good - The property is in an excellent location with easy walking access to shopping, restaurants, museums, cultural attractions and public transportation. The apartment is very spacious and very clean, and is equipped with just about everything one could need. The beds are comfortable, and the host was very responsive to additional requests. We were in residence during one of the hottest weeks of the year, and because there is no air conditioning, we kept our windows open at night. With the open windows and the provided room fans, the heat was tolerable. But, the apartment is located above a popular pizza restaurant, and the conversations and cigarette smoke of the restaurant patrons sitting at outside tables directly under our windows continued late into the night every night, disturbing our sleep. This should not be a problem for anyone visiting during cooler or wetter times of the year.
• Deedman (9/5): Perfect place if you don’t need to leave luggage on your first/last day. - Excellent location. Clean and comfortable. No left luggage facility. We took our suitcases to the station but all of the lockers were full. We had to come back into town with all of our luggage. Next time we’d book a hotel if we were leaving late in the evening.
• Sabine (9/5): Had a great stay! - Excellent, central location. Walking distance to city center and museums. Stylish restaurants and bars nearby. Nice touches in the apartment, felt very welcome. Super responsive host. No dislikes from our side - apartment building could use some improvement, due to central location there may be some street noise.
• Andrew (7/5): Good - Excellent location adjacent to the Museum Quarter and a block from a main shopping street. Good size, clean and tidy. Unfortunately Vienna was in the middle of a rare 30+ heatwave and without air conditioning it was very hot inside. At any other time of the year the double glazing would block out the noise of the trams and bars below but we needed the windows open at night. I would very happily stay here any other week of the year.
• Nicole (9/5): Centrally located, very clean and a great host - Before we even got there our host Rainer was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. The property was exceptionally clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The location was ideal to get around. We mainly travelled on foot though there was a tram directly to the front of us and a train station on a couple of minute walk. We were well positioned to get to all of the major touristy spots on foot. It was a little noisy for those who need silence (so nothing that can be done given the ideal central position).

• Lisa (9/5): Superb - Highly recommend if you're staying in Vienna for a couple of days! Location is amazing, super central with trams and the U-Bahn all within 3mins walk. Line U3 takes you straight to Central Station, very quick to get to/from the airport too if you take the CAT (airport train) and then the U3 to Volkstheatre. Loads of places to eat and drink around and very close to the museum district (2min walk). Facilities were great and had everything you could have needed (kitchen equipment, towels, TV, hairdryer). Beds were really comfortable. The apartment was spotless. Easy to get in with self check-in. Rainer was also super helpful when our flight times changed suddenly and we needed to check-in outside of normal hours. The apartment is over a busy restaurant/bar and opposite another bar. This is great if you plan to be out enjoying the nightlife but it can get a little noisy (didn't bother my group much!), so if you're a light sleeper you might need some earplugs.

• Graham (9/5): A wonderful central apartment in Vienna. - This is a great property for a family. We were five and had the space needed to be comfortable. The beds were comfortable too. The apartment is close to so many attractions that we were able to walk to everything. I can highly recommend our host Ranier to kept in contact with us during our stay. I can also recommend the Pizzeria directly below the apartment. The facilities were great... everything one would need for cooking, heating and that morning coffee. The shower was very good with great water pressure. I recommend this apartment to everyone. There is some noise below, due to the restaurants, but closing the windows kept a lot of it out .

• Guy (9/5): Superb - The flat was amazing. One of the best, most comfortable, thoughtful, aesthetic setups I have stayed in. Directly above a busy street, with trams, a pizzeria and an all night pub directly below. Closing the window helps a lot with the noise but this was impossible due to the heat wave in Vienna this summer.

• Johny (10/5): Convenient, efficient, and comfortable place to stay in Vienna. - The home was well maintained and comfortably provided accommodation for our family. The home is close to public transportation, attractions, and to major shopping street. The fully furnished kitchen made our stay much more comfortable as we enjoyed home cooked breakfast most of the days. Stand-alone fans were provided, and these helped us get a good nights sleep. We had to modify our stay by reducing a day and the owner was really responsive in accommodating the request. Not much that we did not like.
