• Barbara (9/5): - The apartment is really nice and spacious. There was everything you might need also for a longer stay, including the oven and iron. The internet connection works fast. A big plus for the possibility of underground parking. It is quite far to the nearest metro station . There is a tram station, but it's not the easiest to find out which direction and stop to choose.

• Aliaksandr (5/5): Unsuccessful trip. - Good location. Good parking. The room was not cleaned upon our arrival. The host did not respond to messages on the Booking platform. After contacting her by phone, we were asked to wait and check in after the apartment had been cleaned. As a result, our evening was completely ruined and our plans had to be changed. To be fair, after the cleaning was finally done, the room was very clean. We were also very disappointed by the attitude of the Booking customer support. Instead of offering us real assistance, the operator suggested that we look for another place to stay on our own if we were not satisfied with the unclean room. I consider this to be disrespectful towards the customer. The only solution they offered was to ask the host to cancel the reservation and refund the money. This happened on the day of arrival, in the evening, in Vienna, with a tired small child — essentially leaving us without any support. It is unclear what the purpose of such “support” is

• Nina (9/5): - Gut ausgestattene, ruhige Wohnung mit guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. Sehr sauber, Bett war sehr bequem. Kommunikation hat auch gut funktioniert. Check-in war unkompliziert. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung. Die Duschkopfhalterung müsste mal erneuert werden, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.
• Tina (9/5): Odlično - Gostoljubnost in prijaznost gospe. Cenim to, da je bila pripravljena priskočiti na pomoč čeprav se tega od gostitelja navadno ne pričakuje. Tudi jutranja kavica in sladkorček je bilo prijetno videti. Čisto, super lokacija, varovana garaža. Raztegljiv kavč bi lahko bil bolj udoben oz. Primeren za spanje.

• Christa (9/5): Wien ist eine Reise wert - Die Lage war nah am Öffentlichen Personennahverkehr (Haltestelle für Bus und Straßenbahn) ca. 700 m Fußläufig, dadurch unabhängig da Bus und Bahn im 10 Minutentakt fahren, (Wiener 7 Tage Ticket), sehr gute Verbindung in ganz Wien. Wien ist eine Reise Wert. Die Wohnung wirkte kleiner auf den Bildern als sie wirklich war, das Klimagerät (eine Woche immer zischen +28 und 34 °C) hat sehr zum ruhigen Schlafen beigetragen. Unsere Vermieterin war per WhatsApp immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Bei bedarf gerne wieder, wir können sie mit gutem Gewissen weiter Empfehlen.
• Heike (9/5): Wir waren super zufrieden, kommen gerne wieder!! - Lage war super und Stellplatz für das Auto war wichtig. Toll, dass unser Hund mitdurfte und auch keinen Aufpreis kostete. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war wirklich alles da, was man brauchte. Wenig Deko, keine Bilder.

• Jeļena (9/5): Венские каникулы - Чистенькая,уютная 2х комнатная квартира на 2ом этаже в доме с лифтом.Есть все необходимое.Хозяка дала подробные инструкции по заселению,ключи нашли быстро.Удобное расположение - не далеко жд вокзал Вена Майдлинг, откуда идет поезд в аэропорт ,и ветка метро U6 в центр.До центра (Венская Опера) можно доехать на трамвае nr.62 ,который тоже останавливается не далеко.Мы довольны и в следующий раз выберем тот вариант.Спасибо Урсуле за гостеприимство!
• Min-Mei (10/5): 非常棒！ - 1. The transportation is very convenient. The tram is available at four o‘clock in the morning, and you can take the tram to the central station smoothly. If you buy a ticket for more than 3 days according to the number of days of stay, it is recommended to buy a weekly ticket for unlimited ride. 2. There are many supermarkets where you can cook at home. 3. Fully equipped and good value for money. 4. Take the subway to the Bear Brown Palace and the Danube Tower to see the panoramic view of Vienna. 5. Vienna is the capital of art, but concerts and operas cost more than 50 euros. It is recommended to go to the outdoor free trip. Take the subway, tram and bus to the Beautiful Palace, City Park, Castle Park, Hofburg Park and Bear Brown Park, which is also a good trip to Vienna. 6. UsChi's home provides good accommodation and the feeling of home, and the community is also safe and reassuring. If there is a chance in the future, I will still choose it. 5. 維也納是藝術之都，但是音樂會、歌劇都要50歐元以上，建議到戶外免費行程，搭乘捷運、電車、巴士到，美景宮、城市公園、城堡公園、霍夫堡公園、熊布朗公園走，也是很好維也納之旅。 6.UsChi’s home 提供很好住宿 有家的感覺，社區也很安全，令人放心。未來有機會，我仍會選擇它。 No
• Matej (9/5): Plne vybavený, priestranný byt 15 min od centra - Priestranný apartmán v pokojnej štvrti. Podzemné garážové parkovanie. Plne vybavená kuchyňa. Veľké izby. Blízkosť električky, ktorou je to do centra mesta asi 15 min. Rýchle Wi-fi. Pohodlný check-in formou zaslania kódu a otvorenia schránky s kľúčami. Matrace na posteliach boli mäkké, ale každému vyhovuje niečo iné.

• Katerina (6/5): Not that bad - It was nice the apartment and it had a lot of towels etc or coffee or tea The bad thing was that the owner didn’t contact with us earlier from our arrival to know how to enter the house and we had to call him twice till he answered ! If he had let us know earlier about the codes etc it would be much easier ! Moreover, it was far enough from the center and the neighbourhood wasn’t that much nice.

• Michał (9/5): Nice flat in the city center - Nice, helpful and flexible host. Practical flat with eveything we need. Private garage! Due to road traffic you rather cannot keep the windows open at night (but it is quiet if you close them).

The supermarket is a minute away from the flat Contact with the owner wasn’t as easy as it could’ve been. Although it wasn’t far from the city centre the public transport does not connect directly or smoothly with that area

• Dimitar (9/5): Great place for a short stay - The flat is well equipped and has everything needed for a short stay. It is close to public transport so it is easy to get around. There is also a BILLA shop just around the corner. The only thing missing in the kitchen is microwave oven. Air-conditioning in the main room did not work well.

• Nebojša (9/5): Beautiful, pleasant and unforgettable! - We had a little trouble finding the key to the apartment, but it was more caused by our clumsiness, which was solved very quickly and pleasantly by the contact person. For the price at which a family of 4 members can stay, the apartment is excellent, with all the facilities you need for your stay and a parking space in the garage.We used taxi transportation to the city, not wanting to waste time on the tram or metro. Taxi prices were from 15 E on Saturday per drive, to 26 E on Sunday when the ACDC concert was on! Taxi comes within 2 minutes. Visiting the city center, the Prater fan park and experiencing a concert with the service of staying in this apartment made our stay in Vienna unforgettable! We arrived around 6 pm, until then the shops are open on Saturdays and closed on Sundays! However, we found a small Asian oriental shop nearby where we bought what we needed.

The sorounding was quiet and everything is in close poximity. The height of the toilet- We are not small but the toilet was extra high :) The bed was somewhat small as we are both quite big.

Host was nice and helpful, she was able to let us in much earlier than expected. Garage parking was great addition. Great quality WiFi, TV, YouTube, even some face wash and cleansing as a nice addition. Well equipped kitchen. We felt like at home. Nothing.

• Viktor (1/5): Nothing! If you want to be homeless in Vienna, book Uschi rooms! - Nothing ! Everything! The owner did not bother to arrange a settlement AT ALL!. Immediately after booking, I contacted the owner and asked if it was possible to check in after 22.00, since the plane to Vienna arrived at 21-30. The owner assured me that there would be no problems with the settlement and that he would personally wait for us. However, upon arrival at 21-35 the owner did not answer calls and messages. As a result, after waiting under the door of the booked apartment in fruitless attempts to contact the owner for an hour and a half, I, with my family and luggage, were forced to look for at least some kind of hotel to spend the night. A shame! Deception! Never Again!

Uschi is very friendly, she bought a lot of new things, like kettle, coffee maker, bowls, dishs, knife, cutting board, fork, pot, and so on. The booking information say that there's no WiFi, but it has WiFi. Also has washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, fan. The fridge is big. I forgot to say, there is also a bathtub here.
