• Mareile (4/5): - Wien war super. Nur die Unterkunft war enttäuschend. Kaputte Bettlaken Haare nicht nur im Bad. Toilette war nicht richtig geputzt. In der Küche war der Fußboden nicht richtig sauber.

• Maria Victoria (1/5): Disgusting - Viena Old and dirty building. Rats in the courtyard because it's not a garden. The flat was very dirty, dust under the beds, dirty kitchen extractor fan, not to mention the disgusting Italian coffee maker. There is no shower gel or shampoo as specified in the description. The photographs are misleading; there is one living room which is used as a bedroom. There is no shower. It says there is a room with four bunk beds, but what there is is a living room with a sofa bed from the 1980s. It is saggy and the springs stick into you. And the bunk beds are crammed into a room measuring 2x1 square metres. We had a huge, deep bathtub. Difficult to access even for young people. The duvets were stained. The pillows are completely separated and not compact. The sofa bed is unusable, to say the least. The toilet leaks and the window doesn't close properly. They only give you one key. We found a bottle of water left behind by the previous tenants in the bunk beds. They didn't even clean! Disgusting! There is a mirror that is a mini cupboard where they keep some cleaning products. But they are all covered in hair and dirt.

• Christopher (4/5): Adequate apartment but false location. - The apartment itself was nice enough. It was missing various useful things but thr staff were pretty friendly about helping to fix that. It is not located in the old town like it shows on the map. After booking, they sent an email with a completely different location, which was not nearly so central. It was an OK neighborhood, But it was not the location. I was promised when I booked.

• Galea (1/5): Disappointing - The property was beyond disappointing. In fact we have complained with the owners and after four days they offered an alternative apartment. The apartment was dirty, not fully functional, too small for 7 person, one bed without a mattress, broken window, non functional shower and also thorn pillows. • Erkut (1/5): Very bad - We didn't like anything The beds are very bad and broken. Pillows are terrible. There is no pillow inside the cover. The apartment has never been cleaned and is dirty inside. The apartment is not maintained, the doors do not close. The washing machine is not working.

• Urvin (8/5): We had a nice stay! Location was perfect! All you need. - The apartment was clean and had everything you need during the stay. The location is perfect! There is a metro station 400 meters away. The city center is about 10 mins away. All was perfect for us. Actually nothing to mention.

• Appell (5/5): Good location but amenities were disappointing for the price. - The location was good, the fact that there was a dish washer was good, the shower and heat were good. There were plenty of trash bags and it was easy to access the garbage. All of the windows were good, opened fully and were well insulated. There was a full garbage left in the kitchen area. There were drying dishes left out and one of them was still dirty. There were only 4 dishwasher cleaning pods. The dishwasher didn't open fully, which made it really hard to load the bottom rack. The dish sponges were used and there was no dish soap. There was only one, thin and dirty, hand towel available in the kitchen, there were no paper towels. The bed linens were thin or were missing sheets, and the mattresses/pillows were lumpy and thin. There was only one bottle of hand soap. There was no shampoo/conditioner/body soap available in the bathroom.

• Gioia (4/5): Disappointing - It was well located in Vienna. The apartment was big enough. The owner was nice. The apartment was on the ground floor where massive constructions were done. From 7am we could hear workers and trucks and tools. We could see workers passing by the windows all day long and there were no curtains (no intimacy). The windows were also all dusty probably due to the constructions as well. We were accidentally charged twice and reimbursed the second time. But due to the extra fees for an international transaction, we were charged an extra 20 euros though the mistake wasn't on our side.

• Ub (1/5): Massive headache. Awful place. Awful host. - Location only WE HAVE PROOF OF THIS HOSTILE HOST ON VIDEO AND ALL COMMUNICATION. KINDLY NOTE NO HOUSE RULES WERE VIOLATED AND CERTAINLY ATTEMPTED TO ENGAGE TO RESOLVE ALL ISSUES BUT WE CONSIDER FALSE ADVERTISEMENT A BREACH OF CONTRACT AND CERTAINLY WANT VALUE FOR MONEY. 48 COUNTRIES TRAVELLED, FIRST HORRID EXPERIENCE. THANKFULLY SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE ARE RARELY FIND IN HOSPITALITY. Host was hostile towards us when we indicated all the issues on our last day. He arrived prompt at check out time. Strange, he ignored us most of our stay. Its good we took videos and pictures ON ARRIVAL, as he was claiming, we left the place a state. No dear, it's HOW WE FOUND IT. Delapitated furnishing which appear to be from the 70s. Dirty old utensils. Old bedding Old worn linen Broken kitchen sink tap with unpredictable hot and cold water Broken tile in the bathroom Arrived with only 1 bed made. Reply to text query was, we can do the others beds ourselves. Awful communication - we felt it was initially dismissive, later aggressive in person. Key code to get keys was stiff and took ages to open box (those with arthritis in fingers, be careful), or rather, don't bother. Lots of videos to substantiate this. Will share. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, we would be ashamed to do so. Old smelly place which needs a new makeover, a new management company or host. Uncomfortable beds, uncomfortable pillows. Apartment manager was attentive and responsive. No soap or toilet paper provided. Mish mash of old furniture, some a bit flimsy. Not brilliantly clean. Could do with some TLC, but fit for purpose

• Matilde (9/5): Comfortable, warm apartament, with a great location. - Cosy apartment in the center of Vienna. In walking distance from the major touristic attractions. The neighborhood is calm and safe. The beds are very comfortable and the space was roomy enough for 7 people. The floor was very dusty, but otherwise the apartment felt clean.

The heat was off the first day, but the staff noticed the low temperature and sent instructions on how to assist in turning the heat on.
