• Bruce (9/5): - Beautiful and spacious apartment. Well stocked kitchen. It even has a cloth drier in house besides washer, which you don't see that often in Europe. The host is also very flexible allowing early bags drop off. Just be aware that the apartment is at the 5th floor per North America standard. We are okay with that, just want people with mobility challenges to be aware.

Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super angenehm. Man ist nicht direkt im Zentrum, aber alles ist super schnell erreichbar. Nichts. Es war super!!

• Giulia Elisa (8/5): Consigliamo assolutamente questa struttura per trascorrere qualche giorno a Vienna in tranquillità! - Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento a Vienna insieme ad altre tre ragazze e ci siamo trovate davvero molto bene. Il proprietario, Johanenes, è stato estremamente disponibile e gentile: fin da subito ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie, consigliandoci posti dove mangiare, cosa visitare e indicandoci anche cosa c’era nelle vicinanze. L’appartamento era molto pulito, curato e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Si vede l’attenzione ai dettagli e la volontà di far sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio. Unico piccolo appunto: negli spazi comuni può capitare di incontrare animali domestici (come un gatto sulle scale), cosa che per chi non è abituato può risultare un po’ inaspettata.

• Carsten (8/5): Die Wohnung ist sehr gut für einen Kurztrip nach Wien geeignet. - Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, obwohl wir kurzfristig früher angekommen sind. Sehr netter und schneller Kontakt zum Vermieter. Wir konnten am Abreisetag unser Gepäck bis zum Abend in der Wohnung belassen. Die Dusche hat das halbe Bad nass gespritzt.
• Tahere (9/5): - Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung in Wien. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, alles Wichtige ist gut erreichbar, und die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber, gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Insgesamt können wir diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen. Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist, dass sich die Wohnung im 4. Stock befindet und es keinen Aufzug gibt. Für uns war das machbar, aber man sollte es vor der Buchung berücksichtigen.

• ROBERTBORG (9/5): Good apartment within the centre of Vienna. - The apartment was quite spacious, kitchen well equipped, very comfortable sleep and warm rooms. close to the centre and trams were only a couple of minutes away. Lots of restaurants, pubs and shops within walking distance. A restaurant which was suggested by our host was Salm Brau, their in house beer was amazing and so was the local food, do not miss! The host was kind and provided information and suggestions. We arrived after 21:00 due to flight delay, we rushed as much as we can to reach there on time but we had to pay an extra EUR15 for this reason. A self check in would have been ideal. Lots of ants in the bedroom, we slept on the sofa bed in living room but was very comfortable.

З господарем апартаменту Йоханнесом було приемно спiлкуватися, скористалися його порадами щодо перемiщення мiстом. В помешканнi було тепло та чисто, пiсля ремонту. В квартирі є все для приготування їжі. Зручні ліжка, достатньо місця для проживання. В душовій кабіні не повноцінні дверцята, тому вода потрапляє на килимок біля умивальника, що не є комфортно.

Є опалення і кондиціонер. Чисті рушники та постіль. Інтернет. Чиста питна вода з крана. Величезна ванна кімната. Величезні подушки, але це вже питання звички.
• Peggy (10/5): - Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat uns auf einer Karte markiert, wo wir uns befinden und Punkte gezeigt, von denen wir uns am besten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bewegen können. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und roch angenehm nach frischer Wäsche. Das Haus, in dem die Wohnung sich befindet, war friedlich, ordentlich und ruhig, sodass für eine entspannte Atmosphäre gesorgt war. In der Küche war alles Nötige vorhanden, um sich selbst versorgen zu können. Wir ziehen dieses Appartement jedem Hotel vor und kommen gerne wieder.

• Daryna (10/5): Замечательная квартира - Гостепримство владельца. Нас встречал Mr. Johannes Widler,он был очень любезен и пошёл навстречу при заезде и выезде. Огромное ему спасибо! Так же добавлю что квартира по ощущениям достаточно большая,тк высокие потолки. Есть все необходимое,техника и много посуды, а так же две отдельные двухместные кровати! А еще в Вене прекрасная альпийская вода в кране! Что мы были в Вене всего лишь 4 дня:))

• Irina (9/5): Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, ci siamo sentiti bene. - L’alloggio era situato in un punto strategico, a breve distanza dalla Stazione Centrale di Vienna e dal complesso del Belvedere. Le due fermate del tram vicine facilitavano tutti gli spostamenti, e la stazione della S7 per l’aeroporto era raggiungibile in pochi minuti. L’unica cosa che migliorerei è l’aggiunta del gel da bagno e dello shampoo in bagno.

La posizione è a 5 minuti dalla metro comoda per arrivare in centro, mentre é a pochi minuti a piedi dal parco del Prater, collegato dal ponte pedonale. Host davvero disponibile e gentile, ci ha dato un sacco di informazioni e ci ha permesso di utilizzare il parcheggio privato al coperto ad un modico prezzo! Super consigliato! Nulla

Навън беше много студено (около 0 и под 0 градуса), но в квартирата беше приятно топло, тихо и уютно.

The kids absolutely loved the bunk-style bedroom and had so much fun upstairs. We all enjoyed our stay as a family. The place was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The kitchen had everything we needed — truly well equipped. The host Mr.Johannes was super friendly, responsive, and made everything incredibly easy for us. We would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended! There was nothing we didn’t like — everything was great and we had a wonderful stay.
• Daniela (10/5): Fantastico soggiorno - Johannes ci ha accolto all'arrivo ed è stato sempre disponibile prima e dopo il check in a rispondere alle mie domande o richieste. L'appartamento è grande e comodo per una o due famiglie, dotato di tutto l'occorrente per cucinare, riposare o trascorrere tempo in casa. È anche estremamente silenzioso e collegato con la U3. • ΕΛΛΗ (8/5): - Πολυ καθαρο και προσεγμενο διαμερισμα. Δυστυχως η τοποθεσια μας ηταν ενα διαμερισμα στον 4ο οροφο χωρις ασανσερ, κατι που δεν ελεγε πουθενα. Δε θα το εκλεινα αν το ηξερα.

• Daniela (8/5): - O apartamento é limpo, equipado e organizado. Não tem comércio ou locais para comer próximos. A noite é deserto, local bem residencial. Tive dificuldade em localizar com o endereço constante no Booking. O anfitrião demorou para responder e estávamos perdidas.
• NKaradimas (10/5): - Ευρύχωρα δωμάτια. Ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός ιδιοκτήτης. Ήσυχη γειτονιά και κτιριακό συγκρότημα. Θα το σύστηνα για επόμενη επίσκεψη στη Βιέννη. Δεν μπορώ να αναφερθώ σε κάτι αρνητικό. Όλα καλά.

The apartment had great conditions, and was very confortable and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything needed for a stay of several days. It was located in a quiet area, well served by transports, so a very nice location to explore the rest of the city. Nothing.
• Gabriel (10/5): Unfortunately, we only stayed for 4 days. At least 1 week would be necessary to visit this wonderful city. - Quiet area, close to the center and an apartment equipped with everything you want It's a perfect location, so I didn't find anything I didn't like.

Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibile niente
