Ottima posizione, la fermata della metro dista due minuti a piedi e con quella si arriva ovunque. Vicinissimo anche al parco divertimenti Prater. Zona silenziosa e tranquilla. La camera è grande e accogliente. Check in semplice e rapido.

• Bibi_K (10/5): - The apartment is very comfortable and warm. It has kitchen, bedroom, we were with kid so we used the sofa for him. The bathroom was with good size and has a bathtub. There is everything you need. Also the location is great - next to Prater and station - bus, train, subway. Easy to get there. There is a store( Billa), and good places to have a meal.

• Emma (10/5): Eccellente 🤩 - Ottima posizione vicino a tutto ciò che serve per una buona vacanza. Si arriva facilmente con S 7 dall’aeroporto e ci si sposta altrettanto facilmente tramite la metro che è a pochi passi dall’appartamento. L’host gentilissimo si è fatto sentire più volte per assicurarsi che andasse tutto bene! Inoltre l’appartamento é molto spazioso e pulito, davvero ben curato.

We also had for our baby a crib with small blanket and pillow ready in the room. Great place, close to the metro staition. All was fine.

• MARCELLO (10/5): Apprezzare le bellezze di Vienna in pieno relax - L'host ci ha offerto un upgrade su appartamento molto grande sito nei pressi di Karlsplatz in wohllebengasse. (belvedere city apartment). Si è preoccupato di sapere più volte se avessimo problemi e se tutto fosse secondo le nostre aspettative dimostrando grande disponibilità. La posizione dell'appartamento, situato in un antico palazzo, è ottima per visitare la città essendo vicino alla fermata di tram e delle linee della metro U2 ed U4. Anche il centro è agevolmente raggiungibile a piedi in un quarto d'ora. Nelle vicinanze ci sono numerosi locali dove fare colazione o pranzare ed un fornitissimo supermercato.
• Tim (10/5): Perfekt - Alles sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. In der Küche alles vorhanden. Die Lage ist super, da direkt (3 Gehminuten) am Knotenpunkt Praterstern. Dort fahren sowohl U-Bahn, Busse, S-Bahn, Straßenbahn als auch Züge. Der Prater selbst ist ebenfalls in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Der Kontakt ist sehr freundlich. Als die Batterien der TV Fernbedienung leer waren, wurden uns gleich neue geliefert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Nichts
• Zuzanna (10/5): Wspaniały czas w prater residence - Obiekt był czysty, w bardzo ładnej kamienicy, był wyposażony we wszystko czego potrzebowałyśmy. Odległość od centrum, ale jest to napisane w opisie, więc byłyśmy na to przygotowane.

• Agata (10/5): Bardzo komfortowy apartment - Komfortowy apartment położony w pięknej kamienicy z piękną klatką schodową. Trochę dziwne jest usytuowanie wc osobno i łazienki, ale to nie stanowi żadnego problemu. Do centrum spacerek ok 35min. Polecam! Nie ma takiej rzeczy

Het bed was slecht, matras aan vervanging toe en het kraakte. In het toilet hing een rare geur (vanuit ventilatiekoker uit de rest van het gebouw denk ik).

The wifi is stable and fast, the host is answering very fast on the questions in chat. There is an elevator, so you won't need to take your suitcases by stairs The smell from the toilet Not all the heating elements were working, maybe I didn't get the instructions clearly but I didn't succeed to turn them on. There was a clothes moth in the apartment.

• Stella (8/5): Very nice location. - The apartment is suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults and a small child. The toilette is too small and there is no sink to wash your hands. You can go to the kitchen or to pass through the bedroom and go to the bathroom. In the bathroom the water in the sink drained very slowly.
• Fiona (9/5): Superb - Excellent quiet flat only 5 minutes walk to UBahn (only 2 stops to Stephansplatz) and Prater amusement park. Just a hint. It said on instructions that there was no shower gel, but as we were travelling light, it would have been good to have some provided.

• Ivanov (9/5): Superb - Location - perfect, 200m from the Praterstern stop with many transport options, including a direct transfer to the airport with S Bahn 7. Cleanliness was excellent. Booking sent us an instruction to pick up the keys from the safe with a delay, but the host explained everything very kindly over the phone. . It has everything you need in terms of equipment. It's not luxurious, but it's perfect value for money. A small note about the fan in the toilet - it didn't work and was a bit smelly. The TV couldn't turn on either, but it's not that important, we didn't go to watch it :)

We would have preferred if there were more toilet stuff. Indeed, we had to buy a bottle of shampoo. The bathroom smelled a bit bad, but overall it was ok.

Plenty of room in the apartment. A toaster would have been nice, and a tv that was usable. Also we weren’t aware that we could only access the lift from the ground as you needed a key to call the lift from the upper floors. Wasn’t a problem until we needed to take our luggage down.

Also underground station, Mcdonalds,.. it’s very quiet place, there is no noise from street or trains. Rooms are warm, kitchen is good equiped (microwave, stove…), cozy apartment, there is elevator (we have a baby stroller), there is also a baby cot. apartment is on first flore. /
• Aleksa (10/5): Absolutely perfect - First of all, the location was perfect, 2 minutes away from the metro station at Prater. The apartment itself had everything needed for a comfortable stay, from appliances in the kitchen to towels and soap in the bathroom as well as a hairdryer. The temperature in the apartment is good and the bed was comfortable. We stayed for 6 days from December 10 to 15 and had absolutely no problems. All recommendations, and we will definitely be back again. / everything was perfect.

• Keep (7/5): Good - Location. It's next to Prater Park, which is what we were looking for and for some reason there are very few apartments in the area. Also, it's opposite train and metro station with a good supermarket located inside the station. Hygiene. Place is recently renovated (kitchen and bathroom are new) and is spotlessly clean. Support. Agency representative is responsive and helpful. Accommodation policy. Charging for children the same price as adults in NOT nice at all! Comfort. Bit cramped with dining table and beds all located inside same room. Decoration. It's a budget accommodation and host doesn't hide it. But it's still not necessary for the apartment to have empty walls and look like a dormitory. For one hundred euro invested in little decoration that place would look like much more pleasant.

• Jiri (9/5): Comfortable appartment at good location - The appartment is in convenient location - walking distance to the downtown, next to the Prater. It provides everything you need for your stay - nice kitchenette, comfy bed, clean bathroom. The neighborhood is calm and pretty quiet. It was hot weather during our stay, so it was neccessary to have window opened. Unfortunately quite often there were people from the condo or surrounding buildings smoking at the backyard.
