• Stephan (4/5): Eigenlich eine gute Wohnung für eine kurzen Städtetrip, aber ....... siehe oben. - Die Lage war sehr gut. 300m zur U-Bahn. Im Prinzip auch die Größe der Wohnung und Aufteilung. Einkaufmöglichkeiten für Frühstück in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Kücheneinrichtung war teilweise abgewirtschaftet. Die Deckplatte des Geschirrspülers hatte gefehlt, das Lüftungsgitter des Kühlschrankes war heraus gefallen, die Schränke im Schafzimmer und Bad waren teilweise so wackelig, dass man Sie nicht benutzen kann. Ein Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer zum anderen Schlafzimmer ohne Tür ! Ein Heizungstermostat war zerbrochen und die Vorhänge teilweise herunter gerissen. Die Räume sind aber auch so hoch, dass man Sie nicht einfach wieder einhängen kann. Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter vor Ort Fehlanzeige, weder telefonisch noch gab es eine Reaktion auf eine Email. Zur Lage muß man wissen, direkt im ersten Stock an einer viel befahrenen Straßenkreuzung. Bei geschlossenenm Fenster kann man aber gut Schlafen.

• Ute (4/5): Nicht empfehlenswert - Gut erreichbar mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln Wohnung war nicht sauber, Wasserkocher verschmutzt und verschimmelt. Spülmaschinentür defekt. Im Bad waren noch seifenreste vom Vormieter auf den Ablagen. Ausstattung im Bad schlecht, kein Toilettenrollenhalter, keine Wandhaken für Handtücher

The toilet did not work properly and for 6 people this was not great. Did report to management but they did not seem to concerned

• Sabine (3/5): Whg nicht zu empfehlen - - die Einrichtung ist schon etwas abgewöhnt und funktionierte tlw. nicht - keine Tür zum 1. Schlafzimmer, dass ein Durchgangszimmer zum 2. Schlafzimmer war. - die Türklinke zum 2. Schlafzimmer fiel beim Schliessen raus und die Tür konnte nicht mehr geöffnet werden. Der "Hausmeister" musste am späten Abend kommen und die Tür öffnen. - die Vorhänge waren sehr nachlässig montiert, etliche Gardinenhäkchen fehlten - die Tür des Geschirrspüler konnte nicht geöffnet werden, war ziemlich schief und verzogen (evtl von einem Wasserschaden) - TV und Internet funktionierten nicht - Verbindung konnte nicht aufgebaut werden - im Durchgangsschlafzimmer war zwar eine Nachttischlampe vorhanden, allerdings keine Steckdose - ...
• Isa (5/5): - Sehr geräumig, große Küche Aus der Beschreibung ist nicht ersichtlich, dass eines der 2 Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ohne Tür ist. Das war sehr ungemütlich. Des weiteren gibt es nur einen Schlüssel und die Haustür muss abgeschlossen werden, da sie sonst von außen zu öffenen ist. Wenn einer früher schlafen möchte und der andere noch ausgeht, kann man sich einschließen lassen, oder die Tür ist halt offen. Das ist sehr unpraktisch. Die Wohnung hat nach kaltem Rauch gerochen, obwohl die Fenster bei unserer Ankunft bereits gekippt waren.
• Hannah (8/5): - Amazing location, well equipped. Really good level of communication from the hosts. Perfect base for exploring the city, good amenities in walking distance and a u-bahn on your doorstep. Place could do with a little love. But doesn't affect the stay.

• Yang (9/5): 很好值得推荐。 - 公寓的位置优越，离地铁站很近，交通方便，去美泉宫不远。楼下周边有超市和餐厅，厨房的设施齐全，床很舒服，卫生间宽大，楼里有电梯，总体非常满意。 客厅的空调机有个散热管道，这个管道直接放置于客厅内，也就是空调机前面在吹凉风，后面同时在吹热风，整个房间的温度根本降不下来，还有一股味道。建议加长散热管道，向窗外散热。另外公寓入口处到1楼有段楼梯，这个需要自己抬旅行箱的，上了1楼后才有电梯。
• Zarrasi (7/5): Der Aufenthalt war im Großen und Ganzen angenehm - Tolle Lage, gute Anbindung an U-Bahn, geräumige Wohnung, sauber Steckdosen in Bettnähe haben gefehlt, leider kein Duschgel Trotz 2maligem Anruf, keine Rückmeldung, auch keine Info (wie angekündigt), dass die Unterkunft früher zu beziehen sei.

• Santa_lv (10/5): Perfect location - The apartment has a perfect location, U4 is very close, that links most of the main objects. There are grocery shops next to the apartment. The apartment was clean and had all the necessities. We slept on the sofa and among other apartments that we considered, this one had normal pull out sofa for 2 people to sleep on.

• Matthew (10/5): Exceptional - Great location outside the tourist area but next to the U4 to get to all the sites in a short time. A more cost effective alternative to staying next to the sites. 2 minutes walk to the Ubahn and U4 and U6 come ever 3-4 minutes to connect to everywhere you want to go. U4 to Sbahns or U1 to altstadt is simple and fast.
