The chalet is spacious and well equipped to accommodate 3-4 adults. Breakfast includes pastries, cheeses, orange juice, yogurt and more, and everything is very fresh and delicious. Man ist schnell in der Hauptstrasse von Ushuaia. Sehr nett auch die Idee mit dem Frühstück das jeden Tag in einem Körbchen aufs Zimmer gebracht wird. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sehr gut. Julio ist ein sehr angenehmer und aufmerksamer Gastgeber.

We had a lovely accommodation which consisted of a bathroom and separate kitchen diner downstairs, which had everything we needed. Upstairs was the bedroom, with a super comfortable bed, lots of space and beautiful views of the mountains. The attention to detail was superb, and the breakfast was plentiful, brought to our apartment at whatever time we agreed the night before. Julio was also super helpful with tips on where to eat, go and organising trips for us. I highly recommend this accommodation. We loved every second of it and for its peacefulness, ambiance and especially for their customer service which is second to none. Bryan (10/5): Convenient, comfortable with a friendly and accommodating host - The property is very conveniently located to everything—tour agencies, shopping, cafes, restaurants, super market, the water and parks. For a large group our accommodations were perfect. There are four separate rooms for sleeping with different size beds, and they even provided a crib for our toddler. Other amenities include a television in every room, a fully equipped and sizable kitchen, large storage for suitcases and trekking gear, a washing machine, a place to dry your shoes, a restaurant style coffee machine, and plenty of storage. The habitation was cleaned well every day and plenty of towels and bathroom products were provided daily. Perhaps the most notable and commendable part of our stay was the reception and attention we received from our host, Julio. From the moment we stepped foot onto the property, Julio greeted us and gave us a quick and comprehensive tour of the lodging. Julio remained available and responsive for the entirety of our stay in person and on WhatsApp. When there were minor issues with the hot water, Julio responded almost instantaneously, working to find a solution which was quickly resolved. A plentiful breakfast was provided and punctually delivered every morning and included the traditional fare of Argentine hotels—fresh medialunas/croissants, jamón y queso, pan, individualized packets of dulce de leche, jam and manteca, jugo de naranja, and most importantly, coins for the coffee machine. What stands out as perhaps the most congenial part of our stay is that Julio accommodated us when our flight was unexpectedly delayed. Our gratitude for this can not be overstated! He went above and beyond. Of course, Julio was there to bid us farewell as we finally got off for the airport. We are so grateful for the hospitality we received, and we would certainly stay at the Tierra Mística again! Gracias!
Elizabeth (10/5): Absolutely loved our stay! - The location is excellent, it's very close to the main tourist area, only a street above all the action. The location itself was quiet. There is limited parking but we did have a parking spot for our rental car. The space itself was lovely, the decor wonderful and inviting. I loved the wood work and the stone work. Breakfast was delivered every morning to our room. The kitchenette was great, although we didn't actually do any cooking, it was wonderful to have that option. We did put together picnic lunches to take with us for hikes. There were issues with the credit card securing the reservation ahead of time which took multiple messages and calls to resolve. Once that was resolved, everything else was good.

Nicole (9/5): Excellent location, friendly staff, very comfortable - Very comfortable units, very friendly staff, and an excellent location! The advertised "hot tub" is a bathtub with jets. The photos advertised are for the large unit that has been updated to a higher standard than some of the other units, so it's important to pay attention to which unit you will get. Lastly, some, not all of the units have washing machines.
