- Anna (5/5): Passable - The owner is a really nice lady. The sewer smell coming from the bathroom, cold and mold in the bathroom, humidity is always there. A gas heater in the bedroom, when running on the low temperature, has been giving a gas smell like a small leak. So something wasn’t right there and we didn’t feel safe, so we couldn’t use it and it was colder.
