Emily (8/5): Wonderful, cozy place with character and private terrace to enjoy being outside. - The large terrace is awesome! Also loved the full kitchen. Open air feel with a nice breeze or wind almost all the time, but you can also seal off the living room and bedroom to escape the heat with the AC/heat unit when needed. It’s also nice to be on the second floor away from the street and traffic. The bathroom door handle is broken/ loose so it sometimes doesn’t close or stay closed. Some small ants to deal with - gotta keep any sugar closed tight. It would be nice to have an electric kettle but the regular kettle on the gas stove works just fine, just takes longer. It is in the corner of two busy streets so traffic is loud.

Alla (6/5): Disappointed - The place is quite cozy, with beautiful details and decor. It's quite close to the city center, there is a shop nearby. The house has a huge terrace where you can probably dance or cook asado, but we didn't use this place. I have big claims to the cleanliness of this apartment. When we moved in, there were leaves from a tree on the kitchen floor, it was very dusty. Moreover, there was dust everywhere in the house - in the kitchen, on the shelves, on the floor. I washed everything by myself and after that the water in the bucket was black. The senora told me that the cleaning was done, but in this case I would strongly recommend to have a conversation with the cleaner, because this person does not do her job well. But this is not such a big problem. The real problem is that there are cockroaches in the apartment, and it's terrible. I killed two while we were living there. I think this is unacceptable.
