• Farias (10/5): - O banheiro e casa são bem espaçosos para duas pessoas, acredito que comporte tranquilamente 4 pessoas. A calefação é ótima, principalmente na parte da sala, cozinha e banheiro. A Nancy, nossa anfitrião também foi ótima. Ela foi super solicita em todo tempo.

• Jose Manuel (7/5): Problema con la cerradura - La vista que tiene es increíble, todo en el departamento excelente Tuvimos un problema con la cerradura y estuvimos a media noche esperando que lo solucionaran, después de mucho esperar llegaron a auxiliarnos. Mi molestia fue que al otro día quisieran culparme de algo que evidentemente está falto de mantenimiento.

• Daiana (10/5): Como en casa en el fin del mundo 🌎🇦🇷 - El departamento es comodísimo, muy práctico y está equipado con todo lo necesario (y más) La ducha tiene una presión espectacular y agua bien caliente, ideal después de un día intenso de trekking o de estar en la nieve. La losa radiante funcionó perfecto y fue clave para los días de frío que hicieron en Ushuaia. La vista es increíble: desde el departamento se ve gran parte de la ciudad, los amaneceres y atardeceres son un espectáculo abrir la ventana y tener esas vistas es impagable. La ubicación es estratégica, con kiosco y mercado cerca, y a pocos minutos del centro. El sillón es súper cómodo para descansar y sobre todo, Nancy, la dueña, es una genia: siempre atenta y predispuesta. Realmente te dan ganas de quedarse a vivir ahí jaja, volveré ❤️✈️🇦🇷 La verdad, no tengo nada negativo para decir. Todo funcionó perfecto y la estadía fue excelente.
• Roberta (10/5): Dias mágicos nas montanhas - A vista é expendida, ainda mais nevando. A acomodação é bem aquecida, tudo novinho, jogo de cama perfeito para descansar dos passeios. Fica no alto da cidade, que foi o que queria pra ficar mais perto das montanhas, tem padaria e conveniência por perto, pra descer pro centro é de boa pra subir cansa cadinho rs. Tive excelente estadia no local. Foi mágico meus dias por lá. Nada a declarar.
• Majo (10/5): Estadía de lujo! - El departamento es precioso. Con terminaciones de primera, y la loza radiante ideal para calefaccionar de manera confortable todos los ambientes. La cama comodísima, y el lavarropas es un plus super importante, sobre todo para ir en invierno donde es más común el barro, la nieve y la lluvia. La escalera es un poco empinada, pero nosotros no tuvimos ningún tipo de problema, tiene todas las medidas de seguridad necesarias. Tuvimos una estadía maravillosa!
• Patricia (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean with nice views! Friendly host and very helpful. Huge comfy bed and large bedroom! Slightly out of town and a bit of a climb but uber is cheap and readily available.
• Jukka (9/5): Great apartment with reasonable price - Absolutely one of the best apartment where I have stayed on my long trip (more than 100 places during the one year)! Very clean, modern, everything works and good quality everywhere: bed, linen, kitchen… The owners were very nice and flexible. I can’t say I didn’t like, but you must understand 2 things: 1. This property is on the hill. It’s not far from downtown but coming back is steep and tough. I walked down and took Uber back. It was only 1-2€ so it’s not a problem at all. You save it many many times on renting price. 2. Stairs to the bedroom are very steep. If you have problems with your feet, you must find some other place. But I loved that 2 floor apartment!!
• Kerry (9/5): our stay was great. Nancy, the host, was very proactive and responsive. - very clean and comfortable. quiet location. several nice details in the apartment, like provided shampoo etc and some snacks, drinks, tea and coffee. no complaints.
• Marcia (10/5): Perfect, cozy apartment in Ushuaia - The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. Nancy was a wonderful host. She promptly responded to any questions and was very accommodating. She even provided a welcome treat of chocolates and drinks. We slept great in the king size bed and the washing machine was a nice convenience. We would definitely stay here again. They are not really dislikes, but things to be aware of. The bedroom is upstairs, the bathroom is downstairs and the stairs are pretty steep. We felt more comfortable coming down them backwards, facing the stairs. Also, while the apartment is only 1 km from the center of town, it is downhill all the way, which means it's uphill all the way back. We preferred being in a quieter part of town and liked the exercise, but if you can't handle hills, plan on getting a taxi. They are inexpensive.
• Susan (3/5): Poor - Warm, clean, secure apartment with good facilities. We had a big problem with paying our host in Argentian pesos. Booking.com gave the price for our stay in US dollars, saying that we would pay the host in cash, on arrival, in USD or Argentinian pesos. We decided to pay in pesos.  When it came to payment our host INCORRECTLY converted the USD amount we were quoted to pesos using the "tourist" exchange rate (355) rather than the lower official exchange rate (190). This meant that she was charging us nearly double the price in pesos.  We tried to explain to the host that she was using the wrong exchange rate but she did not agree.  We came to a compromise on the day but still ended up paying considerably more than we should have.  We subsequently checked the situation with Booking.com who confirmed that the host should have used the official exchange rate. When advertising her property on Booking.com the host prices it in pesos. Booking.com converts this price to USD for non-Argentinian customers at the official exchange rate. So she should have used the official exchange rate to convert it back to pesos rather than a much higher exchange rate, inflating the pesos price.  We have stayed at subsequent places in Argentina which we booked in the same way through Booking.com and have had no problem. They have converted the USD amount back to pesos at the official exchange rate.
