• DocMa (6/5): Für diesen Preis nicht akzeptabel - Das Appartment war groß und hatte eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Das Schlafzimmer verfügte auch über gute Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Lage in der Stadt war klasse, der Blick auf einen Hinterhof mäßig. Die Kommunikation mit einer Dame, die für die Übergabe zuständig schien, war etwas kompliziert, da sie nur Spanisch sprach, (was eigentlich kein Problem ist) aber in einer Geschwindigkeit auf WhatsApp Sprachnachrichten hinterließ, die weder für uns noch für eine Übersetzungs-KI verständlich waren. Das Video zur Auffindung der Schlüsselbox und des Appartments war hilfreich, eine persönliche Übergabe hätten wir bevorzugt - wie bei anderen Wohnungen üblich. Der Zustand der Möbel im Bad war heruntergekommen (s. Foto). Auch die Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad waren unzureichend.

• Noelia (10/5): Super recomendado - La ubicación, la seguridad, el estacionamiento techado, la calefacción, la comodidad en general, calidad en los colchones, sábanas y toallas, agua caliente, amabilidad y atencion del anfitrión. Uno de los sofá cama es muy ruidoso por la madera, al igual que se escuchaban algunos ruidos del exterior de otros departamentos, pero igual lo recomiendo y volvería!

Modern and design led. The apartment has large floor to ceiling windows which creates a spacious and light atmosphere. Partial view of mountains. Good location close to supermarkets, restaurants etc with a slightly longer walk to the lake shore. Very good kitchen with everything you need to cook properly. • Christopher (8/5): Great stay—clean, comfortable, and well-located. - Overall, a great stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and the location was fantastic. Parking was included, though it’s only suitable for small cars like a Fiat. While the stay was great overall, there were a few things we didn’t like. There were no paper towels, no hand soap in the bathroom, and very little dish soap provided. Additionally, we weren’t informed ahead of time about how to pay. We assumed, as with most Booking.com bookings, that card payment would be accepted. Instead, we had to pay in cash, which required us to find an ATM since we didn’t have USD or access to a transfer option.
