• bjoerk (7/5): Resting place by the Danube - There are many shops, fast food places and good access to the U-Bahn near the accommodation. The rooms are nicely furnished, the advantage is also a balcony and the proximity of the Danube River with the shipyard, where you can take a nice walk. At first glance the rooms seemed clean, but after the couch was spread out it wasn't so great. I understand that it's hard to mop under the couch, but this area needs to be vacuumed at least once in a while, it really wasn't a pretty sight and at least it looked like it hadn't been cleaned under the couch for a very long time. Accommodation prices in Vienna are generally high, but considering that we were out of the high season and that the distance to the center is still very long, it was really a quite high.
• Jelena (10/5): Jako lijepo iskustvo - sigurno ponovno dolazimo u ovaj objekt kad se vratimo u Beč! - Vrlo udoban i lijep apartman, sa svim sadržajima koji vam mogu zatrebati, pomno uredjen, dobro zvučno izoliran i unatoč vjetrovitom vremenu - jako topao. Na odličnoj je lokaciji - 5-10 minuta hoda do U1 linije, odlično prometno povezan, s brojnim trgovinama i restoranima u neposrednoj blizini. Krevet je jako udoban, kao i kauč, kada je prostrana, u kupaonici su dva umivaonika - što je bilo jako korisno, kao i odvojeni wc. Ima dovoljno sapuna, šampona, sredstva za pranje sudja, wc papira, za čišćenje… Moja kći je posebno uživala u društvenim igrama i Netflixu :). Jako ljubazan i susretljiv domaćin, brzo odgovara na poruke i pozive. Stvarno smo se osjećali opušteno kao kod kuće. Posebno hvala na vrlo ukusnom vinu dobrodošlice :) Jedina stvar za poboljšanje je vezana uz čistoću - tko god čisti apartman ne čisti ga temeljito - npr. wc daska nije bila potpuno očišćena, stol nije bio opran, nego samo prebrisan, napa je bila polumasna, prašina na lusteru i gornjim rubovima pločica, ormarima… tepih nije bio sasvim posaugan, jedina kuhinjska krpa u apartmanu bila je neoprana… - baš ostaje dojam da domaćin plaća da se apartman očisti, ali da ga čisti netko tko ga brzo prodje i ode dalje. No - to nam nije umanjilo čar boravka - glavno je bilo da smo imali čistu posteljinu, ručnike, posudje - i sva sredstva za čišćenje na raspolaganju :). I stvarno je lijepi apartman, dovoljno prostran i udoban za obiteljski odmor i savršeni boravak u Beču!

• Dragos (10/5): - Conditii foarte bune, apartamentul este dotat cu tot ce e nevoie. Incalzire in pardoseala! La cateva minute de metrou. Am parcat in fata cladirii si nu am avut probleme.
• Daniela (8/5): - Lage, Größe, Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sehr gut. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war gut warm, und generell gut eingerichtet. Man hörte wenig Lärm. Blockdichte Vorhänge wären gut gewesen, da die Rollos nicht ganz dicht machen, und die Straße die ganze Nacht beleuchtet war. Daher war es recht hell im Zimmer.

• Vlajko (10/5): Preporuka za udoban i topao apartman - Apartman je udaljen od centra, ali je metro na 3 minuta hoda i onda je sve blizu i lako dostupno. Udoban i veoma topao smeštaj, opremljen svim što je neophodno za ugodan boravak. Kreveti udobni, jastuci veliki i odlični za spavanje. Apsolutna preporuka za boravak u Beču. Mali problem, ali to nema veze sa domaćinima, oko parkiranja jer je ograničen radnim danima na 2 sata (plaća se), ali je vikendom besplatan. Ipak, postoje javna parkirališta na oko 5 minuta hoda ili parking velikog tržnog centra.

Na 2min od trznog centra. Dobra komunikacija sa vlasnikom. Sve pohvale! Falio je jos jedan set posteljine. Inace je sve bilo u redu.

Рядом торговый центр, метро, два супермаркета, великолепное расположение тихий спокойный район. Следующее посещение вены обязательно остановимся ещё раз.
• Magdalena (4/5): Stan czystości i postawa gospodarza w obliczu problemu pozostawiły niesmak. - Sam apartament ma dogodne położenie, zwłaszcza pod kątem bliskości VIC. Jest winda. Początkowo kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo sprawny. Klimatyzacja dostępna jest tylko w salonie, więc w sypialni trudno odczuć chłód – co w cieplejsze dni może stanowić kłopot. Standard wykończenia na pierwszy rzut oka wygląda dobrze, choć widać już wyraźne ślady zużycia, szczególnie na meblach i ścianach. Największym mankamentem była jednak czystość. Łazienka była jedynym pomieszczeniem utrzymanym w naprawdę nienagannym stanie. W pozostałych częściach apartamentu higiena pozostawiała bardzo wiele do życzenia: • podłoga była brudna, co było od razu widoczne na stopach dziecka, • w sypialni prześcieradło miało plamy niewiadomego pochodzenia, • w kuchni w urządzeniu do przygotowywania mleka znaleźliśmy pleśń, a w lodówce i zamrażarce– resztki jedzenia. Apartament w naszej ocenie nie spełniał podstawowych standardów higienicznych. Ze względu na pobyt z małym dzieckiem nie mogliśmy pozwolić sobie na ryzyko i bardzo szybko zdecydowaliśmy się przenieść do innego miejsca. Niestety gospodarz, gdy przekazaliśmy informację o naszej rezygnacji - krótko po przyjeździe na miejsce i zauważeniu problemów z czystością - przestał odpowiadać na wiadomości i za pośrednictwem Booking.com odmówił zwrotu pieniędzy za wynajem.

• Grzegorz (8/5): OK - Lokalizacja blisko metra , Apartament dobrze wyposażony. Była pralka , zmywarka na czym mi zależało. Wygodne łózko główne, ładne mieszkanko Ulica przy której znajduje się apartament bardzo ruchliwa cała noc. klimatyzacja tylko w salonie i w sypialni i tak było ciepło, gdyż jak śpią w salonie osoby to u nich jest lodowato a w sypialni upał przez to trzeba otwierać okna, a wtedy ogromny hałas dla osób nieprzyzwyczajonych jest to spory problem. Dziwny zapach w mieszkaniu jakby w przeszłości było palone.

• Elena (10/5): Very clean & nice aparatment in a new building. - It was a very clean and great smell apartament inside, fresh air, a balcony for morning coffee, there is an ironing board and washing machine - we used it and even a folded clothes dryer. Near to stores, tequila, coffee, and basic needs are fully covered by the owner. We enjoyed this apartment with our twin girls. The only thing we missed is the kitchen paper towel, but we found solutions for that.

The facilities in the apartment are clean and modern. The bed is really comfortable They have to add black-out curtains as the sunlight gets into the room which is not so comfortable while sleeping.

• Justinas (8/5): Well organized, clean and cozy but directly on the intensive street. - The place for one night stop was acceptable, however, for 4 persons is a bit too small in case of longer stays. It is close to public transportation by which it is easy to reach city center, Danube park, etc. It also has everything you might need. Should be considered that it is on quite a high-intensity street, which makes it a bit noisy with open windows while the bedroom has no aircon (only in the living room). Because it was hot, we also made the mistake to sleep with the open window which resulted in lots of mosquito bites (probably due to the Danube canal close by).

• Dmitrii (8/5): A good option for a small family - Clean apartment. View from the window to the street and the roadway, there are blinds on all windows. Good set of dishes in the kitchen, there is everything you need for a small family. Near a large shopping center with many cafes. Check-in with receipt of keys and eviction was completely remote. Small balcony. At night, if you open the windows, it is noisy from the street. The light from the headlights of cars comes into the rooms (if you open the blinds).

There is no garage, but you can park on the street (for which you pay), at Bila's in the parking lot (although it is quite dark, free of charge), in the seriously large Westfield shopping center (there is a fee), and you can also park right in the alley next to the building where you do not charges. It takes 5 minutes or less to reach the shopping center. Thanks to the host. The facility is highly recommended! Only evil people can find fault!

Transport to city center nearby, big shopping mall 3 minutes away, with cinema and all you need. My son loved to see the Tram passing by. Even if it's located on a bigger street the windows are so good that you don't hear the cars. I would definitely recommend it.

Very near to Mcdonald's and Billa Grocery.(3-5mins. walk) You will never get hungry especially if you are not fond of eating other cuisines. Very near to Donauzentrum Mall (Complete of the stuffs you need and you can go shopping.) Near to the River side walk so when you are bored during the sundays of summer you can take walk there. Near to Bus,Tram station and ofcourse 8mins. walk to KAGRAN train station. The unit is good for couples like us. One room with a shower area,while the toilet area is located after the main door in the living room. Kitchen is completely equipped with the things that you need but don't have rice cooker.(But it's still good since you can cook it thru the e-stove.) It has coffee maker,water heater for coffee,microwave,and refrigerator. Kitchen is complete with scissor,knife ,chopping board,cooking pot,glasses and plate. I love their sofa.It's good to relax in it. Tv in the living room had lot of channel. The noise is tolerable when you close the window and terrace door. The aircondition is in the living room.We like aircons since we cannot sleep if its hot. It has a strong water pressure. Has washing machine and bath tuba and the heater rack in the bathroom is very useful even it is not yet winter time. I put our washed clothes there and Voila it will be dry for around 3hrs. Internet is fast. The bed is new,firm and good to sleep with good pillows too. It has iron and board for clothes. And i used the vacuum since we stayed there for a week i need to clean our area ofcourse. The building has elevator so it will not hard for you if you have luggages. I think the bldng is kinda new building. If I the chance to come back in Vienna I would definitely stay here again. These are minor issues but I hope the host gets a chance to improve this. -Since the aircon is only in the living room,I wish somehow he provide an electric fan. Not all race don't like aircons.Because if you open out the windows it will be noisy for us to sleep. Cold BUT noisy. So what we did we will open the AC in the living room and just open the room door whenever sleeping.Sometimes we sleep in the living room. -The window have blinds to make the unit darker but the room is still bright.I wish he had curtain rods with curtains in the room to make it more darker. What we did we bought a blanket in the mall and clip it in the room's terrace door.Atleast it will become a little darker for a good sleep. -The only have few towels.It's hard for long stay. -The kitchen is kinda' tight but manageable. I hope he had a small dish drainer beside the sink because it's hard to pile the dishes and utensils when you manually wash it. -The unit must have a clear instruction on how to use the stove,microwave and other stuffs there.(Not everyone has the same equipment) -Very few hangers to use. -The unit don't have a closet but since the room is just enough for the bed I also don't know where to put closet there. -I did not see if there is some laundry soap there because I bring my own. -Hope the host would put a water dipper in the toilet area.I don't how to wash your bu*t when you p**p?! Normal in Vienna that they don't have bidet/mini shower spray in their toilet area but having a water dipper can be a good alternate. -No drain in the bathroom floor. It is very slipper.No handle or grab bars. Prone to accident but having no drain is a normal thing too. -I wish he have some battery reserved there for the smoke alarm that keeps on beeping due to lack of battery. And I bought my own batteries bec. the TV remote could no longer work. -Put more rags for kitchen and doors.

• Ilja (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious, clean, very beautiful and simple apartment. Big fridge, not a mini one like in some apartments. The doors are pretty quiet (especially useful when you’re a light-sleeper and someone needs a bathroom at night, they will not wake you up opening/closing the doors). The AC is just a blessing, when the weather is pretty hot, and works well. The host is super friendly and helpful (they help within seconds after messaging them through Booking app), getting in is VERY easy. The bedroom can be locked. There’s an air freshener plugged in, which makes the apartment smell nice, a pleasant little detail. Overall perfect, would recommend for couples or bigger groups of people (there were 4 of us)
• Mikhail (9/5): Comfortable flat at Wagramer Strassey - Almost everything was good. Comfortable flat with all home facilities. Good location with regard of shopping area, numerous restaurants, VIC, park and beaches. Clean, well kept. The only negative thing is that windows and balcony look at the big street (Wagramer Strasse) with it's daily noise. One can sleep with closed windows only.

• Дмитрий (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment is clean, warm and nice. You have everything you need there. The bed is king size, and the mattress is very comfy. Bed linen is clean. There is a big comfy sofa in front of TV , so you can chill there with kids after a long walking day. Everything was good!

• Herrjohnstein (9/5): Superb - Good location. Close to a large shopping mall and public transportation connections that will get you anywhere in Vienna. Only about 20 minutes away from the city center. Nice comfortable apartment for a family to stay in. Well stocked kitchen with the basics. Food court at the mall is right across the street so there is easy access to restaurants and cinema. Good communication with the private host and clear instructions for check in. Was like staying at a friend's place! The apartment is on the 1st floor and situated close to a very busy street, so if you have the window open you will hear the noise of the cars and the loud tram.

Decent internet speed, adequate for remote work. The apartment is very good equipped, and totally suitable for a longer stay (complete kitchen with all utensils and dishwasher, washing machine in the bathroom). No problems with parking (it's free on weekends). Excellent soundproofing, (the apartment looks on a busy street, you can't hear the traffic, except for an occasional tram, but nothing to complain about). Coffee capsules, tea, paper towels, everything is ready for you. For a family of three - perfect. Nothing worth mentioning.
