• Salva (7/5): - Location is very good and easy to commute to all attrations. Apartment is old but neat. Only thing is to suggest kindly keep some extra vessels for cooking and oven is ok types.
• CHEPSOUT (9/5): - Appartement spacieux, jolie decoration subtile, petit espace terrasse très sympa quand il fait beau. Proche du tramway, calme, paisible . Manque, peut-être ponctuel , d'ustensiles pour faire au moins un repas . Par ex rajouter casserole, épluche légumes, ouvre bouteille.

• Giorgi (7/5): If you are staying in a warm season its great! - We liked the location and the interier with the garden, the coffe machine was also nice. The location is great The worst thing was that it was veeery cold and the heating didnt do anything much (i did talk to the staff but they said that the thermostat would do it but it didnt to anything) also the shower door is kinda weird it doesnt close normally and the water spills out outside. Its too humid in the bathroom and the little window doesnt do anything much

• Martina (7/5): - Die Unterkunft war sauber und großräumig . Die Schlafzimmer waren durch eine dünne Wand getrennt .Das Badezimmer groß und geräumig . Die Küche angemessen ausgestattet . Es gab ausreichend Handtücher und Bettwäsche . Die Außenterrasse könnte ansprechender sein mit Pflanzen und vielleicht einen Kunstrasen . Leider haben die Reinigungskräfte. die Privatsphäre nicht respektiert Am Ersten Abend stand plötzlich ohne zu klopfen und sich ohne merkbar zu machen , ein "Mitarbeiter" in unserer Küche und wir waren nach dem Duschen halbnackt .Ich wusste nicht , wer er war und was er wollte , er sprach kein Wort Deutsch ...jedenfalls drückte er mir dann zwei Spülmmaschinentabs in die Hand .Ich habe mich bei der Gastgeberin beschwert , hierauf bekam ich aber keine Antwort .Am nächsten Tag haben wir Abend bemerkt , dass wieder jemand in unserer Wohnung war .Nicht nur , dass jemand da war , sondern auch Fenster und Türen geöffnet waren, da bekamen wir Angst , wir sind zwei Frauen , meine erwachsene Tochter und ich .Nach Rücksprache mit der Gastgeberin , die dann diesmal auch direkt antwortete , bekamen wir eine Entschuldigung und den Vermerk , dass das Reinigungspersonal" nur" was rausholen wollte ,.sie denen aber jetzt bescheid sagt , dass die in unsrer Wohnung nicht mehr gehen sollen .Aber das geht so nicht .Hätten wir das nicht bemerkt , wäre das so weitergegangen. auch die Gastgeberin erlaubt ja offensichtlich auch Zutritt ohne Erlaubnis der Mieter . Und es hörte sich sehr selbstverständlich an, dass sie die Wohnung einfach in Abwesenheit betreten , um was zu holen .Die Frage ist eben auch , warum die Terrassentüren geöffnet waren .Meine zum Schlafzimmer sogar ganz - so dass jeder in diese Wohnung spazieren könnte ..Ab diesem Abend haben wir dann abends was vor die Tür gestellt , damit wir mitbekommen ,.wenn jemanden abends uns" besucht" .. und über Tag die Wohnung gekennzeichnet und abfotografiert .So gut , wie die Wohnung auch gewesen ist , aber DAS geht gar nicht . Wir haben uns leider sehr unwohl gefühlt und auch nicht mehr richtig sicher .
• XABIER (3/5): Mejoras en el apartamento - Está céntrico . No suelo escribir reseñas malas pero he de decir que el apartamento no está como en las fotos . Huele a humedad y en el baño nos dejaron el tendedero con la ropa secando de los anteriores huéspedes por lo que todavía olía más a humedad para colmo la manilla interior del baño se salía todo el rato . No hay microondas creo que elemento indispensable en el siglo XXI . Además la nevera hace un ruido que por la noche se acentúa . La terraza sucia . Se que estamos en invierno pero que menos que dejarla un poco curiosa y tirar lo que está roto …Eso sí , nos dejaron dejar las maletas antes de la hora

• maria jose (5/5): Bastante regular - Es amplio , tiene frigo, horno (sucio) cafetera de filtro y hervidor de agua. No recomendaría este alojamiento. Antes de reservar ya habíamos leído en comentarios varios problemas que, lamentablemente, siguen sin solucionarse. El acceso al edificio es complicado, ya que los botones del portal no funcionan. La anfitriona explica que llames para que algún vecino te abra. Esto no es algo puntual, sino que parece un problema recurrente que ya han mencionado otros huéspedes. En cuanto al apartamento, la temperatura no es adecuada: al entrar está caliente, pero al poco tiempo se enfría y no hay calefacción disponible. El agua caliente es prácticamente inexistente, saliendo templada tirando a fría, lo que hace muy difícil algo tan básico como ducharse o lavarse el pelo. Cuando comunicamos estos problemas, la respuesta fue que si seguian que avisaria al tecnico, pero resulta frustrante ver que muchos comentarios anteriores mencionan exactamente lo mismo. Es verdad que la chica responde rápido, pero no dio ninguna solución y dejó de contestar. Da la sensación de que no se toman medidas para solucionarlo de forma definitiva. Además, el alojamiento tiene olor a humedad, tanto en el ambiente como en las sábanas y toallas, que además están bastante desgastadas. Es bastante desagradable dormir en esas camas. La limpieza general deja que desear, especialmente el horno, que estaba muy sucio. También se echa en falta equipamiento básico en la casa. En resumen, hay varios problemas importantes que afectan a la estancia y que, según parece, llevan tiempo sin resolverse. Basta mencionar que la llave de la puerta principal era la misma que la de la puerta de la casa, generando inseguridad.

• Karin (8/5): - Fantastische Lage, sehr ruhig, großzügige Räume, sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Freundliche Gesamtatmosphäre. Trotz dem sehr guten Gesamteindruck kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: 1. Dusche nicht warm genug und Temperatur schwankend. 2. Duschtür schließt nicht. 3. trotz großem Badezimer kein Trockenständer. 4. Küchenaustattung etwas dürftig, besonders beim Kochgeschirr. 5. Kein Licht über dem Esstisch. 6. Terrassenpolster ungeschützt draußen in der Nässe. Eine Truhe wäre sicher zweckmäßig.

• Ute (7/5): - Die Lage und die Wohnung war geräumig und nett. Dass wir so Schwierigkeiten hatten überhaupt hineinzukommen. Die Ziffertafel an der Haustür war kaputt, als wir endlich drinnen waren war der Code der Schlüsselbox falsch angegeben, als wir das mit WhatsApp geregelt hatten war kein Schlüssel in der Box. Die angegebene Telefonnummer war nicht zu erreichen, endlich sind wir in einer anderen Wohnung gelandet, wo allerdings die Eingangstür kaputt war.
• Grit (7/5): Spacious, clean apartment but several unresolved maintenance and comfort issues. - The access was easy. The apartment was spacious. It was very clean and tidy. The bedroom is cosy and it was very quiet in the night. There were several things that would need to be fixed by the owner and have been criticised by others already. The door handle at the entrance door is loose, it wasn't easy to open or close the door. The apartment was pretty cold, particularly on the first day of my stay. The refrigerator is the loudest I ever encountered. The shower was lukewarm at most. Things that would have been nice: to have a reading lamp in the bedroom, to have some space in the closet (which was occupied with towels and bedsheets).
• Sandra (1/5): - Es war eine frechheit es war nicht sauber ünerall die Spinnennetze von der decke gehangen hat absolut nicht gepasst hatten chek in um 15 uhr waren erst um 16 uhr dort und die putzfrau war auch noch anwesend. Und die aller größte Frechheit war das wir kein Warmwasser hatten als wir der besitzerin schrieben hieß es sie weis es aber sie habe gedacht es ist erledigt wen wir kommen uns wurde weder bescheid geben noch was anderes. Ich empfehle es absolut nicht weiter
• Soloveja (7/5): - Отличное расположение, тихий район, близко к центру, рядом магазины, можно вкусно и не дорого покушать. Большие просторные апартаменты с террасой, мягкие кровати. На кухне есть всё необходимое для приготовления пищи, кофеварка и кофе. Мы с друзьями были в конце февраля и не было горячей воды (она была еле - еле тёплая), а при минусовой температуре на улице, это доставило нам неудобства с личной гигиеной. В апартаментах также была влажность (и чувствовался своеобразный запах), также чувствовался запах канализации. В одной из комнат ночью было прохладно.
• Lanfranco (10/5): Lovely Spacious Flat close to Center - We really enjoyed staying here. It is exactly how it looks in the pictures. Location is super fine as you can get to the cathedral in 10/15 mins by walk. Communication with the host was clear and fast. The flat is spacious, big bathroom with big shower, comfy bed, nice temperature inside, outside area, coffee machine, all clean so we were really happy. I've red some guests complaining the flat smelling like humidity, yes you can smell it a bit but it didn't affect our staying at all. Highly recommended If you stay a bit longer you might find the kitchen not very well equipped, there's quite basic forniture

• Evelyne (7/5): - Appartement spacieux, bien rénové qui manque cependant de luminosité. Idéalement situé dans un quartier calme à quelques encablures du métro. Code d’accès à l’appartement reçu très tardivement : 5 minutes avant l’heure au lieu de 24h! Aucune armoire pour ranger les affaires car toutes sont pleines de linge jeté en vrac. Odeur d’humidité dans les draps et les serviettes de toilette. Manque de pression dans l’arrivée d’eau chaude de la douche et écoulement difficile. Quelqu’un s’est introduit dans l’appartement pendant mon absence sans m’en informer, pour rentrer du linge mis à sécher sur la terrasse avant mon arrivée !!! Une totale incorrection!!!!
• Tanja (1/5): The worst booking experience ever - no heating, no hot water - In freezing temperatures there was no heating and no hot water. After surviving the first night, where we got instructions from the owner to try to increase teparature in an open unsafe gas heating system - didn't work - we had to book another flat. The owner didn't refund the remaining 4 booked days. Booking didn't refund our stay either. Avoid this place at all costs. Nothing, the worst booking experience ever. Avoid at all costs.

• MJL (8/5): insgesamt ein sehr guter „Deal“ - Sehr schönes Stadtviertel (9. Bezirk) mit perfekter Infrastruktur. Sehr gute ÖPNV-Anbindung und viele interessante Ziele bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ruhiges, gepflegtes Haus, schönes Apartment. Sehr guter Preis (sehr frühzeitig reserviert). Wie bereits andere Gäste angemerkt haben, riechen insbesondere die Handtücher sehr schlecht, da sie offenbar zu lange feucht waren. Wer diesbzgl. empfindlich ist bringt besser eigene mit. Die Küche ist schlecht ausgestattet. Wer darin „ordentlich“ kochen will, wird es schwer haben.

• Adéla (9/5): - Apartmán je ve velmi dobré lokalitě. Klíček máte ve schránce. Vše dobré popsáno a vyfoceno ve zprávě. Ubytování bylo čisté a příjemné. Některé kusy nábytku by chtěly opravit, zpevnit. To je za nás jediná připomínka.

Keliavome spalio pradžioje, butas labai šiltas. Vienintelis dalykas, kurį privalu šeimininkams atlikti - pakeisti visą tekstilę: tiek patalynės užvalkalus, tiek rankšluosčius. Viskas labai stipriai sudėveta ir turi nemalonų kvapą. Rankšluosčiams sušlapus kvapas surūgusios mazgotės...

Was die Sauberkeit betrifft ist es nicht so schlimm nur die Handtücher und Badetücher waren nicht frisch. Sie hatten einen schlechten Geruch, so das du nach dem Duschen dich nicht frisch gefühlt hast. Das Internet war auch nicht so gut. Parkplatz gibt es auch nicht aber das ist in Wien auch normal.
• Fabio (8/5): - Nossa estadia no Atelier - Apartment with Garden foi boa! A localização é excelente, o apartamento é amplo, bem equipado e confortável. Tivemos um problema com a internet, que não funcionava inicialmente, mas consegui resolver reiniciando o amplificador de sinal. Sentimos falta de cobertas suficientes, e as que estavam no armário tinham cheiro de usado. Ainda assim, o apartamento é recomendável.

• SoBaTo (5/5): Feliz a medias - Muy amplio, bonito, camas enormes. Llegamos pronto y llovía, nos dejó dejar el equipaje aunque aun no estaba la limpieza hecha. Nos dejaron café, algunas especies para la comida Un bote de gel para el cuerpo. Supermercado muy cerca (Billa) Parada tranvía y metro cerca también. No hay microondas. Calderos y sartén muy estropeada y sucio, necesitan renovarlo. No entendí porque las sabanas y toallas de otros huéspedes tenía que estar tendida en el baño que usábamos nosotros. Nuestras toallas y sábanas parecían no estar bien lavadas, olía a humedad. Hay bastantes paradas(7)hasta Opera. Inviertes bastante tiempo(15 minutos).

• Andreu (5/5): - La casa está bien ubicada, en un barrio tranquilo y bonito y cerca del centro. Tiene una bonita terraza. Está decorado con gusto. Cogimos 2 apartamentos y uno olía a humedad. Hay falta de menaje de cocina y las sartenes están muy estropeadas. La wifi de uno de los apartamentos no funcionaba.

• Carlos (6/5): Una pena, casa con potencial no explotado - La ubicación La casa no hace justicia a las fotos. Esta descuidada, faltaban utensilios de cocina y los que habia estaban sucios, sabanas y toallas viejas y muy usadas. Una pena, porque la casa en buenas condiciones es una pasada.
• Paula (6/5): - Das Appartement wurde ursprünglich sehr schön eingerichtet und die Lage ist top. Im Hochsommer war es angenehm kühl. Die Ausstattung ist überholungsbedürftig. Die Couch war kaputt. Viele Möbel waren wackelig. Auf dem Hof lag Sperrmüll.

• Sophie (7/5): Un très chouette endroit pour un court séjour :) - L'emplacement est idéal, proche du centre à pied. L'appartement est globalement confortable et suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes. Quartier très chouette, supérettes ultra proches... Petite note pour ceux qui ont lu les commentaires avec les plaintes au sujet du trou dans le mur entre les deux chambres et du manque d'intimité : ledit trou a été muré, plus de soucis ;) De notre côté, séjour en été, période chaude, et aucun reproche non plus au sujet de l'humidité (mais on aère de toute façon toujours bien) Quelques petits bémols au niveau du confort des lits (mais peut-être est ce moi qui ai vite mal au dos). Certains meubles ne sont pas de première jeunesse (le canapé se déboite, la table bouge énormément), mais rien de catastrophique pour un court séjour. Par contre, la batterie de cuisine nécessiterait vraiment un remplacement (une casserole, un couvercle, et 3 poêles, l'ensemble avec un revêtement Tefal fort abîmé)... C'est vraiment compliqué de cuisiner qqch pour 4 avec aussi peu... Un micro-onde serait un plus, mais pas indispensable non plus.

• Gungor (7/5): Good - The location was accessible and near a tram stop. The interior was unique. It was very cozy. The backyard was big and probably great for barbeque in summertime. The check-in instruction was not clear, and it took me some time to figure it out. The bathroom has some bad smell, probably due to no proper ventilation. Lastly, the bedsheets and towels are old and rundown, which needs to be changed for future guests' benefits.
• Jorge (9/5): Nice stay in Vienna - This is the second time we stay here. As a family of 4 it is convenient and comfortable as it has two bedrooms. Location is great on the 9th. district, close to supermarket, pharmacy, tram, city center. There used to be a Nespresso machine but not anymore. There is a drip coffee machine. Pillows could use an upgrade as they are very flimsy. Water temperature in the shower could be higher when it's below 0C outside.

• Karel (8/5): Very good - Great location, good restaurants and cafe's around. Easy check in. Well priced parking 1km away at WIPARK. Good access to river and parks for walking. Front door did not isolate the sound from the corridor so it was noisy in the morning. Keep in mind the two bedrooms are connected by a open hole in the wall.

Advertised as 2 bedrooms but there is only a partial walll between the two rooms which couples should be aware of. Kitchen utensils were very limited.

Nice big bathroom and lovely shower The property had a damp feel to it, I would suggest purchasing a dehumidifier. Bedding didn’t feel or smell very clean. There were towels hanging outside and rained during our stay so this could suggest why they smelt.

• Gentile (7/5): Good - The position Is very good, close to a tram stop and two metro stations. Supermarket, Restaurants and pubs in the surroundings. Lots of vanues along the river. The house Is beautiful and well kept, but I think a dehumidifier should be installed, because you can feel humidity and perceive moisture smell in the house
• Beau (8/5): Spacious apartment in lively neighboorheid just outside centre, could be slightly more comfortable - Amazing location in quaint and lively neighboorhood (not touristy) which is easily accessible by public transport. Very large room and terrace, as well as bathroom. Good value for money. Clean and usable utitities. Beds are very small, which is fine if you are staying by yourself (like me) but if it is two persons in one bed you will run into problems. Bed, duvet and pillows are not very comfortable. Only see-through curtains (except in one bedroom) which makes you feel exposed, especially at night.

• Ieva (1/5): Bad - Nothing Be careful!!! I book this apartment this same day when I wanted to come about 16, I text message that I’ll arrive 20:30. When I was there I see that nobody send me check in information and I can’t come inside. I try it to call I was on the street 35 min and then I book another apartment near this location. The women calls me back after about 50 min and was not nice, angry of me. The best thing, that in this situation booking return me 65 euros and 55 euros was left , so that’s mean if the owner don’t get information and you can’t come inside you pay for property.

• Martial (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Appartment is very big, lot of day light. Great amenities. You have all you need to cook, dishwasher, etc. Super easy check in. Highly recommendable.
• Denys (10/5): Exceptional - Everything in apartment was great. Perfectly cleaned, good location- 20 minutes to all the main sights of Vienna. Cosy atmosphere and great terrace, everything you need for cooking except microwave. Perfect choice for big families.
• Joana (8/5): Enjoyable stay in a quiet neighbourhood - I really enjoyed the place - very cozy and the patio was indeed great. It was also very good to have a coffee machine and mini-fridge. I really enjoyed the location as well, since it was in a quiet area with a supermarket, several cafés and restaurants in the vicinity - but close enough to the city centre to comfortably walk there. Good quality for the price, for sure. The fact that the 2 rooms have an opening between them should be advertised because we were not aware of this and it is not great in terms of privacy - the lighting from the other room is also annoying if you are trying to sleep. The wi-fi was not great.

• Ashu (7/5): Good for short stay - The flat was clean & kept us warm in the cold. It was close to the Hop On Hop Off bus stop so we could just walk to it, so location wise it was good. The shower drain wasn’t working well so the water was collecting within seconds. So did the bathroom sink but Mariam used a sink drain on request to make it a little better after the first night. There wasn’t a bin in the kitchen. The foam mattress was not very comfortable for me, although my friends were happy with theirs.
