• Karen (8/5): Modern, clean, convenient, central, cozy and warm. - Central, clean, modern, warm floors ( the best part especially in the winter. Efficient staff Sometimes didn’t have any hot water, lacked some basic things like a toaster, more tea towels, more cutlery. It’s a maze trying to find the apartment on the first day… takes getting used to but then it’s fine. Sofa bed is uncomfortable, needs a thicker mattress. Courtyard light stays on all night so it’s hard to get full darkness in the room when you want to go to sleep.

• Roselin (7/5): Good stay after the initial hiccup - Spacious good shower good cooking facilities Instructions to get the key was out of date., the bicycle where the lock boxes were supposed to be found was vandalised. The new instructions placed the key inside the main building which we couldn’t access because we didn’t have the access code. Thankfully a resident let us in the building because it was raining outside.

• Niels (3/5): If you like your night rest, don't go here. - Ok apartment, but unsuitable for sleeping: curtains don't fit the windows while there's a bright spotlight directed at them, the metal-springed matress squeaks at every turn, the fridge is so loud that it needs to be turned off at night, and at ~05:30 you can hear the first train take off, because the appartment complex is integrated into a station/train track. The first half of my stay I barely slept; the second half I did out of exhaustion.
• Georgiana (10/5): Great location - It’s easy to get from the metro and 2 stations away from city centre. At 300 m you can find Billa, Spar, Mc and restaurants. We had a really pleasant stay and hope to return one day. Nothing come’s my mind..

• Podoleanu (9/5): Overall a good value for the money - The location is excelent for quick access to city center. The space had everything you need. The curtains did not close fully so the privacy was not the best since it’s at ground floor. The bed was a bit screechy.
• Judit (9/5): Nice place for a short stay - Good location, public transportation is close, nice reszaurants in the neighborhood. Clean. Sufficiently equipped. It is a quest to find the key and the apartment. Shaders are quite small and given the courtyard is illuminated during the night it is not easy to make the room dark. Due to the direct courtyard connection it is a bit noisy. It is advertised as pets friendly, but there is a 'no pets allowed’ sign.

• Engin (8/5): Worth staying, nice and well thought ! - Place was very fancy, clean and neatly designed. The lock-box was very artfully designed. To find to room, owner made very detailed pdf files, that was nice. Contact with the owners was instant and mostly very helpful. We enjoyed it! The only problem was the free parking, that is not clearly stated that that is only free in weekends. We were travelling with motorcycles and going to a public park late at night was mot cool.

• Brook (8/5): Good location and value for money but no AC is tough in the summer. - The location is close to the tram after you get the keys. You can take a shortcut through the back garden (doors opposite your room window), and down the elevator to the frequent and convenient tram D (every 10 minutes or less) that takes you to the center of the city. When you leave by train to another city, you can take tram D right to Vienna's main train station, get off at Hauptbahnhof Ost S (look up your track number on your phone, then you can go up the corresponding escalator that takes you straight to the train tracks). The shower water pressure is very strong and feels nice after a long day. The bed was big (king-size or larger). The price of the apartment was good value, so I would go back in the winter but not in the summer. There was no air conditioning (AC) in this one apartment. Apparently, it is their only apartment without AC. It was quite a struggle since it was very very hot at night in the room without AC. There was a fan but it didn't do much for the heat. I thought the room was particularly stuffy due to the heat and lack of air circulation. The bathroom shower does not have a shower curtain, so the water gets everywhere.

• Raquel (8/5): Very good - It was spacious enough for the four of us. Looked quiet new. The floor wasn't clean enough, we found couple of hairs on it. The couch wasn't very comfortable either and they should provide with more cutlery and more toilet paper, we just had one and a half for the four of us for four days.

• Aboud (8/5): Very good - The place in general is very good. The late check-in (16:00) which is my first time ever to see such a late check-in. Their excuse was "taking very seriously cleaning etc. .." which is not convincing because there were even some little dirts on the floor (not too much though, but surely they cannot claim that it was over clean!). If they really insist on late check in then at least they should be minimally generous in the check out (11:00, as usual in hotels). We came around 12:00 and we wanted to use WC for our little kids, but it was not possible in the facility since there is no reception and the only communication is via sms and emails. I tried to call them many times but there was no answer, then they wrote that only communication is via whatsapp!!! The shelf in the bathroom was broken and the mirror behind the door as well. (I took photos which I attach).

Because of the location one cannot open the glass doors and hence the room is stuffy. Had we known this we would not have booked this property.

• Oana (10/5): All in all a very good experience at a very good price. - Well located (in a big new building of flats, part of them seem to be aparthotel) and easy accesible by car. Parking places easy to find during the weekend at no charge (big parkings arround but as we stayed during the weekend, we did not use them). Simple but modern homy nordic style and new, spacious and very clean. Nespresso machine and capsules for a coffee. Pleasant temperature inside. Smooth check-in with precise and accurate instructions. Shops nearby at a convenient distance. Everything was great! Just few things worth mentioning in order to know what to take with you. You will not find all bath ammenities as in a regular hotel (no shower gel or shampoo). also lacks the small little things that you need in an aparthotel when/if you prepare your breakfast - salt, pepper, oil, paper tissues - these are the small stuff that it doesn’t make sense to buy from the supermarket because they come in big packs (we also did the breakfast ingredients shopping before checking in so we didn’t know what the kitchen had) so it would be nice to find the gastro version (in small enevlopes) in the room. It’s not a big deal, we managed but… you know… details matter.
