• Richard (10/5): Great location, nice views, spacious apartment with full utilities for a fair price. - Wonderful property, large size and beautiful views, very fair price. Currently undergoing an exterior renovation but Ursula was very kind in warning us ahead of time and offering free cancellation if it was an issue for us. Location is perfect if you have a car to visit the surrounding area and Bad Aussee is a lovely village worth the visit. Thank you for the lovely stay Like I said, currently undergoing exterior renovations, though temporary and it didn't bother us mostly due to the holidays and as we were hiking most of the day, it is the only thing worth mentioning that I would say wasn't 10/10

• Přemysl (10/5): Prostorné, čisté, krásné ubytování. - Ubytování je fantastické, krásný prostorný byt se dvěma ložnicemi a prostorným obývákem. Dobře vybavená kuchyně - včetně utěrek, houbiček, mikrovlnky, atd. Všude bylo dokonale čisto a uklizeno. V postelích se nám spalo skvěle, i dětem. Bohužel se trochu nepodařilo předání kódu ke klíčům, tak jsme museli dvě hodiny čekat před domem než nám paní ubytovatelka poslala správný kód, to bylo nešťastné. Ale poskytla kompenzaci. A je taky potřeba počítat s tím, že byt je ve čtvrtém patře v domě bez výtahu. A kdybych měl vymýšlet drobnosti, tak bych ocenil modernější TV, kde jdou pustit streamovací aplikace.

• Gábor (10/5): Exceptional - Its a renewed appartment with huge rooms. The key wasn't in the locker, as the host said, than not answered the calls and messages, so we were searching for the key for mor than an hour, finally found in the post box.
• Janusz (8/5): Hiking retreat near Bad Ausee - The apartment is located in a quiet, scenic area, great for rest and relaxation. You can go for a walk near by or it is only a quick drive to many mountains and lakes, perfect for our hiking vacation. The apartment is well furnished (corresponding to the pictures). Also, check in and check out went smoothly. Communication with the host was very good. It has a good quality to price. If you want to explore the area, we recommend this apartment. Synthetic staticy bedding / gel like pillow I couldn't get comfortable on. The apartment was cold when we arrived (during a December trip). Ask the owner to turn on the heat before arrival otherwise it could take a while till the walls are warmed. The 4th floor walk up while expected was quite tiring at the end of a day of hiking :-) but there nothing that can be done about that, on the plus side there is a nice view. With that said, we enjoyed our stay very much and would still rent it again.
