Cheiro do wc. A sanita estava numa divisão separada da restante casa de banho. Limpeza média, especialmente sofás e têxteis com nódoas bastante visíveis. A limpeza foi mesmo o que deixou mais a desejar face a pontuação que tinha no booking.
- Tamarella (7/5): - Very good location. Close to public transportation. Grocery store on the nearby corner. Quiet neighbourhood. Spacious apartment. Overal, it is nice apartment but there are few things that should be considered:
- space is big but basically there is no privacy, it is more like long open space
- kitchen utensils are very basic (partly differs from the photo)
- sofa beds are OK for 2 people but not very comfortable
- apartment was basically clean but not thoroughly cleaned (dust on some surfaces and spiderwebs)
We had trouble opening key-locker, and when we got the owner on the phone it showed up that we got wrong code.
It was solved in half an hour but not pleasant experience.
- Quynh Le (9/5): - The location was great – you can either walk to the city center or take public transport, very convenient. The area was quiet and we were able to sleep well. We liked that we had our own entrance to the flat. It was plenty of space and the apartment was well furnished. The hosts sent us timely and clear instructions and were very helpful. The kitchen was adequate for a 5 day stay but having a little more different equipment and utensils would make this accommodation perfect.
- Carla (5/5): The owner responded to messages especially when we got there and and found the key box hard to open. It is going to b - Location was okay A bit run down - needs a spruce up.
I was cold as the heating was controlled remotely and there was only a very thin doona. Spare blankets would be a bonus and a change of towels as we we there 5 days.
- DAVIDE (9/5): ottimo! buona posizione, vicino al centro a piedi, vicino ai mezzi, e host molto gentile - tutto secondo le indicazioni nulla

The apartment is conveniently located.
150 meters by metro to the center and the museum quarter.
For the night, if you're lucky, you can park your car right next to the apartment: from 7 pm to 9 am on weekdays, street parking is available (see the signs at the beginning of the street).
A 5-minute walk away is underground parking for 8 euros per day.
The apartment is clean, well-maintained, well prepared for guests.
The rooms have heated floors and you can adjust the temperature.
The toilet is located funny: the room with the toilet is in a separate room and from it you need to go through the living room to get to the bathroom.
In Russia, this is called: "A bathhouse, and a dressing room across the street."
We will need to find another apartment in Vienna - we will definitely rent these if possible.

- Vicky (9/5): Positive feedback - Location, warm and clean. Just for the perfection: Kitchen facilities could be enriched and sofa beds were a little uncomfortable but not bad for sleeping
- Chakarov (10/5): Great stay, comfy and spacious - The apartment is in a very communicative location, just 5-6 minutes from a metro station and about 20-30min walking distance from the city center. The place is very spacious and comfy, we had all the commodities needed for a 5-day stay. Even though the place is big, it was still well-heated, which was perfect for mid-November. The host was very receptive through the app and helped with additional questions. A small detail which was simply due to bad luck on our side. There is a window in the bedroom overlooking the street. The first night there was an ambulance across the street for about 30mins, and its light went straight into the room.
- Cemco (8/5): Very good - Location is good with lots of supermarkets and restaurants around. walking distance to Prater station and 15 mins to center. To facilitate in the apartment is good it is overall a great option for the value of money The layout is a bit strange with toilet and bathroom separate. Noise from the street in the early morning is a downs side.
- Zarya (10/5): Exceptional - The apartments are in a great location. Penny, Bill, Lidl grocery stores are nearby. The transport interchange is excellent. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the Prater. The city center is also close. The apartments have everything you need: a washing machine, an iron, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, towels, clean bedding. The apartment is on the first floor, so there is no view from the window. The street is quiet enough. The only thing we didn't like is that the water in the shower cabin doesn't flow well, but it's not so critical. In general, the apartments are great. Water does not flow well in the shower cabin
- Deniz (9/5): Majestic, fun, lovely - Great apartment, very good location and the price is very worth it. I think there were bedbugs in the bed, but we werent sure. We were itchy and our legs were red. But other than that it was an amazing stay
- Alina (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (10/5): Nice apartment, very clean, great communication from hosts. -
- Michail (8/5): Great except for the fungus (Schimmel) - Spacy tall ceilings Fungus in the bathroom, toilet and on the windows spoiled whole experience.
- Radost (9/5): Excellent place with amazing host. - When We arrived, We had accident with the keys but the host was very cooperative and sent to us person who help us. Thank you very much. Everything was OK.
- Jan (9/5): Superb -
- Olga (9/5): Great locaton. One subway station away from city center. The subway station is about 150m away from the apartment. The s - Everything I needed a chopping board, and a microwave… it would be so much better if se had those…
- Konstantinos (7/5): Good stay - The apartment is centrally located in Vienna within walking distance (<5 minutes) to Tram, U-Bahn and bus stops. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, since the Augarten park and playgrounds are again within walking distance from the house. Right next to the apartment there is a PENNY supermarket which conveniently serves as spot-buying location. The nearby bakery shop "Ücler Bäckerei" is usually open 6am-10pm and serves good-quality coffee and has a great variety of sweet or savour or normal bread/brötchen.
We were 3 adults having stayed in the apartment for 5 nights. We used the sofa beds as additional sleeping beds. The size of the apartment is quite large so we did have space to unpack our luggage and store them conveniently, while also hang our clothes to the provided standing hanger. The high ceilings and the pale colous of the walls and furniture give an immediate sense of coziness. Another advantage of the house is that despite the slightly cold and rainy weather we experienced outdoors, the room temperature is automatically perfectly adjusted (the heating system is "hidden" below the floor). The toilet is separated from the bathroom which is a plus, while the kitchen is well-equipped in accessories and devices if one wishes to prepare a meal. The provided Nespresso machine makes good-quality coffee (one can buy additional coffee cartridges in the nearby PENNY supermarket). By construction, the bedroom is not fully separated from the living room where the sofa bed is, since the wall doesn't extend all the way up to the ceiling. Thus, it is impossible to have the bedroom completely isolated from the living room sound-wise: this caused sleeping issues to one of us because the other person was heavily snoring. We couldn't switch around sleeping places, because the person sleeping in the kitchen was also snoring, but closing the door separating the kitchen and the living room, resolved at least one "snoring" incident.
The bedroom has another disadvantage too: the bed is facing the entrance door of the building and again because the wall doesn't extend up till the ceiling, the light, during the night because of the street floodlights and at early morning because of the sun, has been severely disrupting the sleep of the person lying in the bedroom. As a resolution we used an existing item we found at the entrance hall as a sun-/light-blocking device and that partially did the trick.
Finally, one evening upon returning to the apartment, we found a few ants wandering around on the kitchen table; we have been careful enough NOT to leave any food leftovers or bread crumbles anywhere and we surprisingly found that the ants have entered the kitchen through the wooden baseboard which was broken in many places. The solution we found was to pour toilet bowl cleaner in the holes of the baseboard.
We believe that the host should resolve the issues mentioned above to make the apartment more hospitable.
- Vitaliia (8/5): A good place for a few days - The presented photos are true to reality. It was nice and clean when we arrived. Body wash and soap were provided, no shampoo. Still, there are a few small shops in case you need anything. Good cutlery, plates, cups, all the required kitchen things in case you are going to make dinner there.
Good area, a park, a few museums, 10 min walk to the U1 line, which takes you to the city center, as well as tram in just 2 minutes from the place.
Overall, it was a nice stay, 8 out of 10 ;) I would suggest adding a photo of the entrance or nearby area so a guest won't get confused. The host provides detailed information on how to get there and to find the place. However, it was still a bit challenging to figure it out as it was late in the evening, our first time in the city, and using contactless check-in.
There was a coffee maker with the coffee for two (one cup for each) and no tea. The host uses automatic messager to send the information about the stay, so in case you have any extra questions, be prepared that they won't reply (at least, via messages on booking.com).
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Klementina (9/5): Superb - Amazing location, easy check-in and check-out. Sofa (bed) is a bit overused, might consider to change it to be more comfortable for the guests.
