• Twan (5/5): Mooi appartement op mooie locatie, helaas niet (not clean) hygiënisch/beetje vies - Appartement lag op een prima locatie, dichtbij openbaar vervoer, de bus en de metro. Metro was dichterbij dan verwacht omdat de ingang dichterbij ligt dan het station op Maps aangegeven staat. Het was een ruim appartement voorzien van alle gemakken. Helaas waren er een aantal zaken die tegen vielen. Toen wij aankwamen stonk het in het appartement. Er was een wasmachine weggehaald(zou er wel zijn, en deze konden we dus niet gebruiken), waarvan de afvoer niet goed afgedicht was. Ook was de stankafsluiter niet goed in de douchedrain geplaatst, hier kwam ik na lang zoeken achter. Na het sluiten van de gaten duurde het nog een dag voordat het weg was, aangezien je in de gang en badkamer geen ramen hebt. We werden bij ontvangst sleutel geholpen door de housekeeping, deze legde in drie minuten alles uit en was weg. Dit kan beter. Waardoor de stank in eerste instantie niet op viel en wij direct weg moesten voor een afspraak in Wenen. Eén dag ben ik aan het zoeken geweest. Omdat er geen mensen aanwezig zijn, is het heel lastig om een afspraak te plannen voor een oplossing. Ook vonden wij het niet heel erg schoon. Er was niet super goed gepoetst zoals ik wel gewend ben. - Er lagen bijvoorbeeld haren en veel stof op verschillende plekken. - Handdoeken waren niet heel fris en spier wit, rook alsof het gedroogd is in de buurt van een keukenraam of afzuiging (frituur/kooklucht). - Theedoek zag er niet fris uit. De eigenaar bood excuses aan voor de stank in het appartement en vroeg nog wanneer we in het appartement waren, dat hebben we aangegeven voor die avond en op de ochtend van vertrek nog een keer. Maar daar hebben wij helaas geen reactie meer op gehad, ook heeft hij ons niet meer gebeld. Van de handdoeken en het vuil hebben wij dan ook niets meer kunnen vertellen. Dit is erg jammer, waardoor ik niet anders dan deze beoordeling achter kan laten. Ik wil de eigenaar vragen om dit te verbeteren en dan bied hij een heel erg mooi appartement aan.
• Loïc (7/5): Gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis in einer zentralen Lage. - Super Lage, ziemlich Zentral. Sehr große Wohnung für eine Ferienwohnung, genug Platz für alle ! Kaffeekapseln vorhanden, top. Guter Kontakt mit Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war auch sehr sauber. Die Waschmaschine, die in der Beschreibung lag, war schlussendlich nicht vorhanden. Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein (zu wenig Besteck, Toaster, Pfannen in einem guten Zustand...)
• Maria (9/5): Sehr gute Wohnung für einen Wien Trip - Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage der Wohnung ist für einen Wienbesuch bestens geeignet. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Parken war im öffentlichen Parkhaus zu erschwinglichen Preisen möglich, dank Tipp des Vermieters - schnell gefunden. Toilette und Bad sind sehr eng. Für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Beweglichkeit etwas schwierig.

• KasiaPL94 (9/5): Great place to stay in Vienna - Spacious apartment and rooms. It had all we needed for a few nights for 4 people. Location was good, we like walking so we walked everywhere from there. Good communication with the owner who let us in. Easy check out. We didn't use the sauna but it is an nice add on though. Definitely recommend. Could have done with some spare towels for hands and a rug for the shower.

• Kate (7/5): Lovely apartment but be warned there is no washing machine! - Lovely spacious apartment, clean and close to amenities, with good links into central Vienna We booked this apartment as we had been travelling around Europe and wanted somewhere with a washing machine, however on arrival there was no machine in the apartment and when queried with the host, we never heard back. This was our only disappointment

• Irma (9/5): Geweldig appartement op een zeer goede locatie. - De locatie was echt top. Super dichtbij de verbindingen met de bus of de metro. Ook de winkels, restaurants waren op loopafstand. Eigenlijk viel er helemaal niets tegen. Misschien een tip voor de host om een paar extra glazen voor wijn en bier aan te schaffen. Voor een bezetting met 4 personen is er een beetje te weinig glaswerk aanwezig.

• cornelia (9/5): Gut gelegenes Apt in Wien Mitte - Das Apt liegt ruhig, trotzdem zentral. Konnten vieles zu Fuß unternehmen. Supermarkt und Bäckerei liegen fußläufig 10 Min entfernt. Betten groß und bequem Küche gut ausgestattet Auto mußte zu einer öffentlichen Tiefgarage, Kosten 11 EUR am Tag. Es gab nur je 2 Wein- und Sektgläser. Wir wollten auf ein Geburtstagskind in der Gruppe anstoßen, war nicht so stilvoll

• Astrid (10/5): Cozy, big apartment. - The apartment is very big: it's comfortable, clean and has a living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and toilets the austrian way(toilet is separate from the sink and shower). The shower is amazing and the kitchen had everything we needed. The apartment is near a metro station and is positioned well. I recommend it!! The pillows were not comfortable, but the mattresses were very nice.

• Brian (8/5): Comfortable and enjoyable. - The two bedroom apartment is very spacious for a family of four. The location is good with a short walk to the bus or metro and places to eat. The separate toilet and shower is an old but likeable feature, at least for us. It would have been good to be informed that the washing machine was not working properly, because our load of clothes got soaking wet, without any washing, which proved to be a huge challenge to "hand" wash and to get them dry. Please fix or remove from the list of amenities. The other amenities (TV, dishwasher etc.) worked very well.

• Momchil (9/5): I recommend it - There is convenient public transport to the apartment, and by taxi the distances to the central sights of Vienna are not great and the cost is about 10 euros one way (for 4 people it is equivalent to a bus or tram ticket). The rooms are large and have everything you need there is none

Its proximity to grocery stores, bakeries, and local restaurants was very convenient. Despite being in the heart of the city, the street was quiet and peaceful, ensuring restful nights. The apartment was spotless on arrival. The furniture was modern yet cozy, and the bed was comfortable. The host was very welcoming and responsive. The heating system didn't work perfectly, which was essential during the cold evenings.

• Jan (8/5): Convenient stay to explore Vienna with kids! - This apartment is located in a very nice and quite neighbourhood, but at the same time with a few restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The subway station of Rochusgasse is less than 10 minutes walking distance and one of its entrances/exits has a market where you can buy either fresh food or prepared food, which is very convenient when you come back after a full day of visits in Vienna. It takes another 10-15 minutes by subway to rich the very center of Vienna and the main attractions. The apartment is big, the beds are confortable and the kitchen is nice and well equipped with microwave and toaster. The bathroom is quite small and the washing machine that is inside didn´t work, which bother us quite a lot as we planned to use ir to wash for our kids clothes and also ours. The check in was also not to smooth as the owner tell us to call him 15 minutes before arrival but finally we had to wait another 15 minutes at the entrance door

• Sshaurya (10/5): Amazing price for a fantastic place!! - Everything was so clean and minimalistic. Tv is in every room including living room. Kids were happy with that as they could watch Netflix as per their wish and parents can enjoy travelling out. This apartment had a infrared sauna which can be used for 65 mins for 5 Euros. Really helped with the -9 weather outside. It has everything like fridge, washing machine, heating utensils etc. 40 mins walk to Hofburg area which has all the museums and places to take pics for. The housekeeping lady who came to get us for check in was very helpful as she explained all the details very carefully and apartment was super clean. Very happy with her. The rooms are very big and in a super quite area close to main street containing many shops and restaurants. Heating was not turned on before we checked in so it was very cold when we checked in. Anyways not the owners fault as it was -10 when we checked in. Had to use the heating for all time to reach 21 inside the apartment. Self check in and check out would be very convenient though.

• Dr. (8/5): A nice property but requires little more professional approach. - The property is well maintained. Has a very convinient location. Nice well equipped rooms. I would definitely love to stay again in the property. The bathroom has no lock or keys. Since we had two ladies with us, it was little upsetting for them. We did inform the owner but the problem was not solved. Even the bed rooms could not be locked from inside. If the owner solves these two issues, it will be a great property. Also if the cleaning lady had come atleast once during our stay to clean the rooms of check with us, it would have been great, We of course cleaned our own rooms etc. A bonus suggestion, if owner or a manager had taken efort to meet the cleints personaly, atleast once , may be in the begining, it would have given a personal touch and created a lasting impression. Since I am also owner of a company, I understand how such small things matter in a long run. I remember visiting Vienna for the first time, some 20 years ago as a student, and that time owner of an appartment, a really old lady, made it a point to meet me personally, and she went out of the way to show me around the city as it was my first time. It made such a good impression, I came here atleast for next 10 years and always stayed in that aparment , even though the poor lady was no more. But her heirs reaped the fruits of her excellent PR (personal relations).

• Pavlo (10/5): central location for fair cost - great location, just 25min walk from city center. Neighborhood is quite and well organized. Parking is available on the street. the only thing that might be useful is the AC. as it’s on the first floor, it was quite hot on summer day.
