• Katja (9/5): Bel appartement spacieux ! - Bon emplacement, proche du métro. Hôte heureusement réactif car nous nous sommes retrouvées coincées à la porte un soir, la porte ne s'ouvrant plus. Trés beaux volumes et canapé lit du salon confortable Fermeture de la porte à vérifier et manque le mode d'emploi de la télécommande des volets. Il manquait également l'information que la machine nespresso ne prenait que des capsules Vertuo

• De Jong (9/5): - Uitstekende bedden, schoon, goede keuken inventaris. Modern appartement, ligging is prima, vlakbij de U metro met directe verbinding met het centrum. Appartement is gelegen in een buurt met veel mensen met een Islamitisch achtergrond, je vind hier heel veel kebab zaken en minder echt Oostenrijkse gelegenheden zoals een bakker. Geen beschrijving vd elektrische rolluiken, echt een ellende om dat uit te zoeken, uren mee bezig geweest. Beschrijving appartement zegt koffiefaciliteiten aanwezig, geen koffiepads, nespressomachine cups zijn alleen bij de nespresso winkel te koop en op zondag dicht. 2 dagen zonder koffie gezeten, erg jammer.

• Margriet (8/5): Wij hebben een fijne tojd in Wenen gehad. - Het huis was comfortabel en dicht bij het OV. Voldoende winkels en restaurants in de buurt. Instructies om in te checken waren duidelijk. Beperkt bestek en serviesgoed. Bijvoorbeeld geen schaar of broodmes. Een koffieapparaat waarvan wij de cups niet kenden. Het staat veel gastvrijer als er een beginnetje van koffie, thee, zout, peper, olie, etc, is. De tweede badkamer is een toilet met wastafel. We moesten zelf uitzoeken hoe het met de scheiding van het afval moest.
• Nikhil (5/5): Ok place, you get what you pay for. - The location was great, near the train station. The locality was ok with shops and convenient stores around. The place was decent sized. There was mould in the bathroom The aircon in one bedroom didn't work. Once I reported this to the owner/manager, they stopped responding via chat. In short the aircon issue was not fixed.

• joel (8/5): - Quiet place, not far from subway Lack of documentation about appliances, one airco wasn't working. Nobody to welcome (it is perhaps the rule now... ) NO instructions in the flat except a mail exchange
• Gil (9/5): Superb - Very large apartment. Very well aquipped No drapes on the windows - only electric blinds. A bit of smell to the building. Not inside the apartment.
• Mateo (10/5): Comfort place - Huge space, really good communication with owners. Easy access and easy to find the place. Good wifi, modern and comfort. I will suggest to provide oil, salt and pepper as a small gesture to guests.

• Laurence (3/5): Be careful, only one bathroom (shower room), it reads as if there are two. - Proximity to transport links The air conditioning in our bedroom wasn’t working and flashing constantly through the night , which drove us crazy. We contacted the owner and asked for a fan to cool us during the night, he told us that he would have one delivered, this never arrived. Unfortunately after reading other reviews m we noticed that someone else had already complained about the air conditioning a month earlier than our stay. This made little sense as there were 4 brand new air conditioning units in a downstairs room, just waiting to be installed. The owner did , however, suggest leaving the other working units on and the doors open for the cold air to filter into our room, not a great idea as our friends room became like the Antarctic. If you intend renting this property make sure that it is fixed. On a separate note, there is a balcony with comfy chairs outside, but they are covered in pigeon mess. Enjoy😀

• Cyntia (10/5): Exceptional - The flat has very comfortable beds. There are indeed 3 separate bedrooms. It is nicely refurbished. The kitchen includes dishwasher. There are two bathrooms but shower is in one of them. It was still very convenient to have that additional loo in the flat. There is also charming little balcony, and the window shutters are amazing. You wake up and you do not know what time it might be. I would add electric kettle (we just heated the water in the pan). This is very small but I would also change the hair dryer to a more modern one. It did the job. Just this type of hair dryer makes me always a bit anxious. I believe also that the pictures do not show how nice the flat is in reality.

• Desislava (10/5): Soooooo great stay! Incredible apartment! Highly recommend!!! - This is the perfect place to stay. I have never stayed in such a clean, spacious and cozy apartment. Beautiful, tasteful and everything needed was thought of. We even had coffee capsules left by the host. It had everything needed to prepare meals. There was even kitchen paper. We didn't have to think about anything! Quiet place with very comfortable beds. Great shower! One night the internet went out and the host immediately responded and fixed the problem. I am fascinated! I highly recommend this apartment!

• Debbie (9/5): Very enjoyable stay in a clean, comfortable and quiet apartment. - clean, comfortable, spacious, close to underground station. We all slept well in a this quiet apartment with very comfortable beds.
• Yin (10/5): spotless clean, great location, very good for group of adults - We are a family group of 5 adults staying for 3 nights using all three bedrooms. The check-in was hassle free and the apartment spotless clean. We made some light sandwiches for breakfast otherwise didn’t do any cooking. All utensils and plates we needed was there. There are 2 toilets and faucets sinks and 1 shower-booth, which is sufficient for our group. The metro station was 5 minutes walking with access to the U1 line, which is very convenient for visiting Vienna. There are big and small eateries and supermarkets within walking distance. We would 110% recommend this apartment for groups visiting the lovely and wonderful Vienna. nothing really
• Marianna (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was beautifully furnished and it was very spacious. It was very close to public transport, supermarkets and several stores. Also, it has two bathrooms which is perfect for a larger group. Furthermore, there was a cute balcony and a fully equipped kitchen.
