• John (10/5): Patricia is very receptive and helpful. Apartment is in good condition and location close to services and shops. - Location. Patricia the property owner was very quick to react and fix a dripping a/c and wardrobe sliding doors. Good WiFi. Street noise with the windows open. I’m a digital nomad and work on the road. The desk chair was uncomfortable for long work sessions.

• LUANA (9/5): Muito boa a estadia. - Apartamento muito limpo, cheiroso e organizado, muito bem equipada cozinha, para preparar praticamente qq coisa. A anfitriã muito solicita e disponível, com várias dicas e super flexível para negociações! Colchão e travesseiros bons. Muitas cobertas. As fotos são bem semelhantes, com exceção que não tem a mesa de escritório para trabalho. Somente a mesa de comer. Fomos no inverno: chuveiro aquece muito bem e a calefação é maravilhosa no ap todo. Tem uma pessoa que recebe vc, te entrega as chaves e explica coisas do ap. Na hora de ir embora ela checa com vc o ap, se está tudo ok, e a chave já fica com ela.Localização muito boa, perto de muitos lugares. Metrô perto: umas 3-4 quadras, bem fácil. Dica comprei o cartão de ônibus e não consegui carregar em lugar NENHUM!! No fim não consegui andar de ônibus. Andamos algumas vezes de metrô. Dica: leve dinheiro bem trocado em dólar para pagar o q faltar qnd vc chegar no ap. Não é culpa da anfitriã. O apartamento apesar de estar em uma rua lateral, tem muito movimento de carros, para quem tem o sono mais leve tipo eu, pode ser que sofra nas primeiras noites, recomendo levar tampões de ouvido. Se você precisa fazer muitas reuniões por trabalho homeoffice, o barulho da rua pode atrapalhar um pouco também. Além de não ter mesa de trabalho (quando procurei estadia, justamente procurava por local que tivesse uma e descartei várias possibilidades por não ter uma. No fim, quando cheguei no ap não tinha a mesa.) Para quem trabalha dia todo sentado, sabe que mesa na altura e cadeira para tal faz a diferença. Fora isso tudo muito bom, além do esperado. Um detalhe q eu não tinha entendido qnd reservei era de q vc só consegue pagar pelo paypall ou western union, o q acarreta mais taxas para vc q reserva, além das taxas do cartão. E eu tb não tinha entendido bem sobre pagar (dentro do paypall) tipo um seguro pela estadia, q é devolvido ao final caso esteja tudo certo.

• Angie (10/5): Perfect place to spend a week in Buenos Aires! - Everything was perfect! Plenty of space to put luggage, hang clothes, relax. Kitchen had everything we needed, plus some. The bed was super comfy. The AC ice cold. The water hot and plentiful. The TV a welcome distraction when needed. Very clean and in an excellent location. Plus Patricia is super responsive. Oh and the washing machine was a very very nice addition. Only having one key took some planning but we made it work
