• Alba (1/5): - This was one of the most frustrating stays we have ever had. The host sent the wrong check‑in link twice, and the instructions for accessing the keys were completely inaccurate. We wandered around for an hour trying to find the lockboxes. Inside, the bathroom was clearly not cleaned. The worst part came at night: loud noise, constant knocking on the entrance door, and the doorbell ringing repeatedly until 11 p.m. We felt unsafe and uncomfortable, and ended up leaving a full night earlier. I strongly advise future guests to be aware of these issues.

• Kathrin (4/5): - Lage ist super Self Check Inn war furchtbar. Hat erst nicht funktioniert und dann nur Konversation mit einer KI: Ich: Der Schrank mit dem Schlüssel öffnet sich nicht." KI: "Vielen Dank für die Information" Andere Reisende hatten ähnliche Probleme mit den Codes oder ihren Schlüsseln. Das Bad war ein Gemeinschaftsbad. Es gibt 4 Zimmer in der Wohnung. Das muss man mögen. Insgesamt ganz schön runter gerockt. Weit entfernt von den Fotos!!!

• Lilee (2/5): Mala experiencia - Pagamos por una habitación con baño privado y nos dieron un baño compartido. El agua del baño era helada, no había agua caliente. La calefacción del cuarto no funcionaba y la cama en terrible estado estaba, con solo sentarme sonaba y podía sentir los resortes.

Но в следующий раз я бы за удобство лучше бы переплатила - Довольно чисто ,за исключением того что нужно менять мебель и в некоторых местах нужно делать косметический ремонт В том что когда заехала в апартаментах было безумно холодно . Не работало отопление и не работала горячая вода . Пришлось час разбирала самой с бойлером и после еще час ждать пока приедет мастер . Соответственно пришлось менять свои планы,которые были построены Так же работал дозатор в ванной комнате где стояло жидкое мыло . Не понимаю как можно не проверить таких серьезных поломок перед тем как сдавать подобные апартаменты .

• campos plotz freitas (8/5): Ótimo custo/beneficio. - Confortável, aquecida. Cama muito boa. Chuveiro quente e bom. Comércios perto para comer, tomar café e comprar comida, etc.. Banheiro com vaso sanitário estranho. Chuveiro ok, porém muito apertado e de cortina, molha todo o banheiro. Localização um pouco longe do centro histórico, embora isso não tenha atrapalhado o passeio em nada, só andamos um pouco mais.

• Vickyurian (5/5): Pricey for what it is - The room had everything I needed. The location is good, just a few minutes away from different tram stations. The place is in an old building which needs lots of maintenance, which from what I heard is very common in Vienna. I never received the instructions for the check in so If it wasn't because there were 3 more people trying to find the same place on the street I don't what I'd have done. Plus it's was really cold to be walking outside. My room smelled like cigarettes the whole time and the heat wasn't working. I'd not recommend this place.
• Olena (1/5): Avoid This Property – Misleading, Unprofessional, and Unacceptable Conditions - My experience with this property was terrible. The photos on Booking.com were completely misleading—the apartment was shabby, worn-out, and nothing like the pictures. To make matters worse, there was no hot water or heating, and the boiler displayed an error. Check-in was a nightmare. The address provided on Booking.com was incorrect, and the check-in link they sent had expired. I had to wait in the cold for over an hour, messaging the host on WhatsApp, as they refuse to take phone calls. When I raised these issues, the host refused to offer a full refund despite the fact that I couldn’t stay in such unacceptable conditions. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with a booking. Avoid this property at all costs.

• Milson (1/5): ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ A terrible experience. Freezing, without heating. Dirty. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! - The room was spacious, but not comfortable, not very clean, the windows couldn't be opened, and there was no heating. We slept under precarious conditions, got sick because of the extreme cold weather, and the owner just ignored the situation completely, as he had already received his payment. There was no heating in the flat, so we had to sleep under very cold temperatures. We got sick because of that. We reported the issue to the flat managers when we arrived (3 PM) and they informed us that it would be solved. However, by 10 PM they said it would not be fixed at all.

• Wai (4/5): Inconvenient & unpleasant stay. - The host is being helpful to provide clear instructions of getting into the apartment. The location is near supermarkets. The private and common bathroom don’t have anything to hang clothes & towel; there are 2 screws on wall inside the private bathroom to hang clothes, I supposed. One of the screw got rusted. The shower head of the private bathroom has been spoiled that can’t take proper shower. The hot water boiler got error few times during our stay that had no hot water for the whole apartment. There is no hanger at all inside the wardrobe to hang clothes. No hair dryer is provided that is very inconvenient for ladies to dry their hair faster after a long day trip. Overall the whole apartment is quite rundown without proper maintenance.

• Jakson (4/5): A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT - I generally don't rate places, I do; when it is very good or when it is very disappointing, in this case it was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT, zero understanding due to lack of the host, it is a shame that there are people as materialistic as this host.... 👉 he only cares about money 💰 I rented this apartment thinking that it was totally private, but it turns out that they are rooms, their price is then very high because for those prices a hotel would do better, I spoke with the owner on the same day of registration and I suggested that he refund me 50%, I explained the situation, but he did not agree to return half, even though I clearly expressed that I would sleep one night, taking into account that I had paid 1 week, €357 in total, but I repeat I do not agree to return 50%, a favorable solution for both of us, It is clear that hosts like this do not deserve good guests, if you are a good guest, take this review seriously, good day to everyone...
• Maurane (8/5): Nice stay in Vienna! - We had a nice stay for one night and it’s very similar to the picture. The overall apartment was clean and the self check in instructions very clear. Communication was smooth, we would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for an economic place to stay and don’t mind being outside of the city center! We couldn’t open the window in the bedroom and the washing machine wasn’t super clean (but it’s a nice facility).

• Theodul (8/5): Quiet place for a good night rest. - Good communication with the host. Easy access to keys. Very quiet street. Excellent serbian restaurant across the street. Public parking in front of the building. Couple of minutes away there is a bus station (bus 48a) that gets you right to the city centre. Apartment could be freshly painted. Here and there some esthetic details would help the overall impression. But that doesn't take away from the functionality of the apartment.

• Coraline (2/5): Terrible experience! - Well, the actual facilities were more than okay. It's the host that ruined the whole stay. The fact that the window handle was broken and couldn't actually close was a problem, but it's still a minor one considering they failed to deliver the front door key to us, leaving us on the outside two nights in a row. The first night the "host" (who was ONLY available through a WhatsApp chat) sent down one of the guests (?) to open up for us eventually, and the second night he actually left us there saying there's nothing he could do 'cause none of the guests were replying. And that happened after he ensured us the staff would deliver the key to the key box, something that never happened. We were forced to spend the whole night outside and we didn't even get a concrete apology. And the cherry on top? Next day I log in to write the review, and the hosts declared on Booking.com that we actually canceled our reservation!

Neighbours were partying at midnight and it was disturbing. Window's handle was broken so couldn't close the window and because of some renovation work nearby, it was noisy in the morning.
