Поруч за рогом трамвай 1 , відвезе до центру Відня. Також поруч супермаркет та кафе. В туалеті дуже зимно. В одній з кімнат вікна виходять на шосе, тому гучновато.

• Mark (8/5): A comfortable stay in Vienna - The Apartment is very comfortable. It has all the facilities you need; the supply of Coffee was very much appreciated. The Beds are comfy and the bedrooms and Bathroom are large. We made use of the Kitchen facilities and prepared simple meals instead of eating out all the time. The local Supermarket is very close and the local Pizza and Kebab shop is just around the corner. The building itself is somewhat run down. The elevator is slow, old and shaky. The foyer and connected corridors need a complete renovation. We were getting worried about our choice of accommodation until we got into our unit. It was all good once we were in.

• Angeline (8/5): Home sweet home ❤️ - This apartment give us the feeling like our own home. The owner prepared everything that we needed. God’s grace if I have another chance to visit Vienna I will stay here. Strongly recommend for family with children or couples. Train services near to the apartment and it’s very convenient to go everywhere. Nearby market and eatery thumbs up👍. Vienna is one of my favorite destination in Europe ❤️, this is my 2nd visit to this beautiful country, last visit was as a couple and this trip with our beautiful kids 🥰, once again thanks Ms Dana 🫶🏻 It’s better to provide floor mats in the toilet since it’s tile floor during winter the floor superb cold otherwise everything are good 👍

• Natalia (8/5): A nice and comfortable apartment - The apartment is exactly as in the photos. It is modern, bright and clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had basic utensil for cooking (and everything that was available was of great quality). The area feels safe. There are a lot of supermarkets in the neighborhood, although I have not found them in advance on the map (Bila, Spar, Penny, Lidl). Tram No.1 stop is just near building corner. The host was responsive and immediately answered any of our questions. There were following aspects that I did not liked, but they have not impacted the overall impression: 1. The pre-checkin process - there were requested all card details, copy of the passport and a selfie photo. Too many personal details were requested in addition to the fact that payment was taken by Booking. I would prefer not to share card details on another platform than booking and if deposit is required probably this could have been managed through Booking too. 2. the design of the toilet and bathroom - they are separated from the corridor just by a opaque glass panel. This does not impact functionality, it is an issue of privacy only. (to avoid any misunderstanding - they are private one, within the apartment) 3. it is noisy in the apartment during the night - from the heating station when it was working, from the street nearby 4. It would be very helpful to have available a bigger knife (the existing one is very-very small, probably only 4-5 cm long) and a corkscrew

Entrance hallways could be looking better and maintained but of course it’s a communal area so not really dependent on the host. Simple re-painting could do the trick.

• Endre (8/5): Coffee maker saved the day. - There are more than one apartments in the building. We were using 12 and 13. Location is good in the sense that there is a team right around a corner. Kitchen is well equipped. Great quality automatic coffee maker, which uses whole coffee beans. No air condition, which was a smaller problem, because of the weather during our stay, however because of the very busy street, it is not easy to sleep with open windows.

• Jasna (8/5): Very good - Apartment is great, comfortable, clean, warm, full of light, really fully equipped. Great addition is garrage for the car for those travelling by car. Tram station is just few steps away with straight connection to the city center. We had troubles with pre-checking app, that wasn't working properly, returning to same steps couple of times and than suddenly closed before we completed it. At the same time booking provided wrong phone contact which we called and they said they don't have our reservation altough we paid the apartment and the deposit. But than person from the apartment contacted us and provided support to complete pre-checking and after that everything was great. The building itself is the old one, but there is elevator, so for us this was ok.

The parking is kinda tricky. It's easy to enter but difficult to get out as the exit is very narrow. I've managed to scratch my car :-( Tip: Try to take the first two spots as it is easier to get out of the parking.

We were only there for 2 nights, so we made it work, but if we were staying any longer, it would have been hard not to have anywhere to put our things. The layout in our unit was also a little bit awkward because the bathroom was accessed through the big bedroom/living room. I was traveling with a married couple, and they were using that bedroom, so I had to go into their bedroom to use the bathroom. Having said that, the bathroom itself was very nice. The building was also old and rundown, though the apartment unit itself was modern.
