Mark (8/5): A great location with excellent water view. You must pay with $US cash. - A great location with excellent water views. Hot water in the shower was a big issue. It was OK but intermittent on Day 1, only 1 bathroom had hot water on Day 2, and on the morning of our check-out, there was no hot water. The owner told us when we left that the building heater had broken overnight. The other issue is that only the owner only takes $US cash for payment. This should have been included in the listing advertisement.
