• Kateryna (10/5): - We really like location. The panic transport is near. Four supermarkets are three minutes walk. Nice host.
• Magdalena (6/5): Considering our needs and short stay it was acceptable but wouldn’t come back :) - Amount of sleeping space and bathrooms was really good for the 5 of us where we didn’t have to share beds. Many shops close by. The entrance is straight from the Main Street so it was kind of stressful considering the neighborhood full of “adult clubs”. Also we ran out so fast of the warm water and it was very cold at night.

• KENDEL (8/5): Excellent host and great overall experience. - Multiple comfortable beds, great for traveling with friends. Convenient to public transportation. All the amenities you need for a short stay. The only draw back was the busy road it was located on.
• Davide (8/5): CAPODANNO A VIENNA - Organizzazione della casa (i due bagni separati dalla doccia consentono una facile convivenza di più occupanti). La pozione se pur in un distretto non troppo centrale è ben collegata al centro dai mezzi pubblici (linea tram 1 rossa con cui si raggiunge il centro in 25 minuti - i passaggi sono frequenti). Pulizia in linea con gli standard italiani. Pur se non presente fisicamente, l'host è sempre stato comunicativo e propositivo per eventuali richieste. Cuscini dei letti migliorabili. Rivedibile la programmazione del termostato del riscaldamento di casa (ci è capitato di rientrare e trovare la casa con una temperatura non ideale al rientro da passeggiate a temperature esterne proibitive). Acqua calda della doccia uguale al riscaldamento. Ma sono problemi facilmente risolvibili e che non pregiudicano l'ottima esperienza presso la struttura.

Nous étions 6 attention je préfère avertir les personnes susceptible de louer. le logement est froid le chauffage est imposé au minimum tout est fait pour ne pas pouvoir augmenter la température et la douche bon courage à peine tiède. J ai pris contact avec la propriétaire sa seule réponse désolé pour la gêne occasionné mais aucune modification de sa part pour que nous puissions avoir plus chaud ni même avoir de l eau chaude. Super avec des enfants.... Très froid la nuit couette très légère. Un conseil prévoir des vêtements chaud. Très déçue et pour le prix c esg tout de même décevant

• Drabek (10/5): - Kontakt z właścicielem. Czystość w łazience. Duże, wygodne łóżka. Bliskość tramwaju. Niestabilna temperatura, albo bardzo gorąco albo zimno. Tak samo temperatura wody pod prysznicem. Brak stołu "roboczego" w kuchni. Brak możliwości otworzenia okna i przewietrzenia pomieszczenia.

• Donna (9/5): The apartment was very clean and had enough space for us. The beds were very comfortable. Claudia was so welcoming and j - The property was spotlessly clean. The location was further away from the city than we thought but it was a 15 minutes tram ride, it was really easy.

• Bader (10/5): Whoever has a desire to visit Vienna does not hesitate to book this accommodation, as it is considered a good and okay o - The place is clean and tidy and everything is available. The host is very nice and helpful The housing location is directly on the main street
• Raveca (8/5): Very good - There are 2 toilets and a separate shower room. The apartment is large, good for several people, and well equipped. They even have games for kids, so the apartment is family friendly. The kitchen tap was about to break. It was a bit noisy, due to the fact that the apartment is on the ground floor of a main street, and there's a lot of traffic.

• Xiaocong (8/5): It’s a comfortable and cozy enough place for couples/family to stay, totally worth the price you pay - Gloria is extremely caring and friendly; they have almost everything you need for daily use in the apartment (even tampons): enormous space, separate toilet for man and woman, kitchen, living room, small dining room and bath room. You have all kitchen implements including coffee machine. Location is not the best, but tram station is nearby, only a few minutes walk. Many supermarket and restaurants around within walking distance. given the price we pay, it’s a good enough cozy place for couple or family to stay. 1. it’s not “loft apartment”. level 1 and facing a busy Main Street. it’s less noisy in the bedroom if you close the door, but not recommended to light sleeper 2. the first impression is, the whole place feels like an office/students’ dormitory, not for these who’s looking for fancy place to stay 3. the shower room water is hot and cold (much less hot)when we took shower every time, it’s not too big deal though.

Tram station (into the city) is a 3min walk away - takes 15min to go into city by tram. Well equipped apartment. Host is excellent Apartment was small for 6 but we knew that already 😉 Bed could have been a little more firm
• Eva (7/5): Windows - Very kind and helpful host, really clean and nice apartment with lots of facilities. Windows didn’t let the street noise in. No windows to open (but you have cooler. Large windows but you cannot open them). Read more carefully the text about “parking” than me, there are no parking connected to the flat.
