Donc du passage par moment. El Chalten est petit, mais prévoir 15 minutes à pied pour aller au centre. (Si vous avez une voiture, c'est plus pratique)

Very conveniently located to walk into the national park and join the hiking trails. Easy to park out front. Not as conveniently located for walking to main street, so we ended up driving to town for restaurants and shopping.

She showed up and delivered breakfast every morning, and show up to collect payment on our last day. Wish the host speaks a bit English. Our communication was via Google translate, as we do not speak Spanish. It is only a minor inconvenience, not a major issue. Bed sheets were a bit old, although clean.

Marek (8/5): Very good - Spacious and well situated apartment. Easy conversation via WhatsApp with the host. Kitchen is fine to use, but some equipment would deserve to replace. We were relocated from one room to another wich has only a window to the entry hall which made it hard to get a fresh air in. Also, because other guests are entering the entry hall, everyone can see in to that apartment through the window. Or you can use the window shade, but then there is no day light source in the room. But the other apartments look absolutely fine, so recommend to avoid this room.

Catherine (6/5): Pleasant - Space Breakfast was extremely basic but what was worse was that some of the items provided were expired. We checked in on 19 Oct and the expiration date on a carton of UHT milk was 16 Oct 2023. We threw out a tub of cream cheese as we suspect that it had been used by previous guests as it had butterknife marks on it. Sticker on a bread loaf shows 15 Oct 2023 and when we enquired we were assured that that was the production date. But loaves supplied for subsequent days had the sticker partially peeled off from the packaging. The rollers under the screen door in the bathroom needs replacement as the door can’t be shut. Had to ask for new cleaning sponge as the one provided was falling apart.

Anonymous (8/5): recently renovated, quality stay, big shared style flat - Very good location, easy access to any place in El Chaltén, by foot or car. Good temperature inside, hot water and everything is clean and looks new. The flat is good to travel with friends, it is essentially a big common room, so no intimacy so trust your pals a bit expensive but there’s high demand in all el Chaltén and it’s definitely better to overpay than end up in a dirty hostel (we met people having said they had bedbugs in other hostels). do read the reviews!
Alessia (6/5): Pleasant - The cabin is cute and confortable, close to the city center. Flexibility to leave the luggage after checkout. They recharge an extra 5% for paying with credit card without informing about it in Booking and with anticipation. There was no reception or online availability for questions or requests (no toilette paper refill or missing towel, etc).

Shiyu (10/5): Exceptional - The host is very friendly and considerate. She even sent strawberries and orang juice for Christmas .We had a lot of luggage because traveled with my children and parents. The host warmly helped to transport our luggage to the bus station. My family and I had a very lovely Christmas in the hut. The house is at the beginning of a hiking trail which is very convenient, but to get to the center of the town you need to walk up a small hill with steps.
