• Raffaele (7/5): Peccato per i non "letti" dei ragazzi - Accogliente, comoda.. riscaldamento ok. Letti dei bambini , materassi imesistenti. praticamente un divano letto con cuscini . Si dormiva malissimo.
• Bianka Boglárka (4/5): Kényelmetlen, nagyjából tiszta, tele agyonhasznált bútorokkal. Sajnos elégedetlenül távoztunk másnap - Nem tudtuk, hogy egy pincében lesz a szállás. A kanapéágy kényelmetlen, 1 éjszakát visítva ki lehet bírni, de több napra biztosan nem maradtunk volna, inkább alszunk az autóban. Külváros, tehát busz, villamos szükséges a városba jutáshoz, ezt tudtuk is, ez nem volt kiábrándító de egy fontos információ.

• Monikasok24 (4/5): - Wszystko uwzględniam w zdjęciach. Nigdy mi się nie zdarzyła sytuacja, żeby było tak brudno, nie zaglądając w opinie wykupiliśmy ten nocleg, niestety.. Kosz miesiąc nie był myty, w szufladzie brudne ręczniki zwinięte, z których leciały meszki i mrówki na podłodze/na blacie. Odradzam w szczególności ludziom z małymi dziećmi. Będę wrzucać ostrzeżenia na Wiedeńskie strony.
• Makram (1/5): - Der Ort ist keine Wohnung, sondern ein Keller, schlecht belüftet, schmutzig und voller Insekten wie Kakerlaken und Ameisen, ich empfehle es nicht und halte es für eine schlechte Erfahrung.

• Patrick (7/5): Wir würden zu diesem Preis nächstes Jahr wiederkommen - Uns hat sehr gut gefallen, dass die Wohnung sehr gut mit den Öffentlichen zu erreichen ist. Ebenso, dass sich die Wohnung im Souterrain befand. Dadurch waren die heißen Tag sehr gut zu ertragen und wir konnten gut schlafen. Leider war ein muffiger Geruch der feuchten Wände wahrzunehmen . Es gab auch ein paar Ameisen. Leider hatte ein vorheriger Gast am Fehrnseher herumgespielt und ich musste ein Kabel umstecken dass er wieder ging. Die Einrichtung ist abgewohnt und in der Kühlschrankdichtung war Schimmel. Aber für den Preis kann man wegen dieser Sachen nicht meckern.
• Karl (1/5): Never again - That it was close to the zoo The facilities listed were not truly there, to name a few no tumble dryer, broken washing machine. Although a clothes drying rack is available, there is no outdoor space to leave it. it says it's ground floor but it's not, it's underground served with stairs. She promised us a fan which was not delivered, and we never got to meet the owner. We were a family of 4 and had to share the glasses, only 2 glasses were available.

• Ivana (8/5): Very good - The apartment is cosy and within the city center tram zone - the very edge though. It is below the street line so there are no windows to open (unless you want to check under the car). Kitchen is a bit worn out but usable. Seems like the apartment is under the reconstruction so I guess it will be better soon
• Andy (1/5): bad smelling apartment - smells of smoke. it's ingrained in the apartment and has made all my clothes smell. the apartment needs cleaning properly. it needs painting. if you're not going to do this at least clean it properly including all the cobwebs round the window. sofa smelt so bad I refused to sit on it. new towels were left in a bag at the entrance. clearly it's not important to you to put these in the right place. can't emphasise enough how bad it smells. your competition are way ahead of you.
• Vincenzo (5/5): Our stay in Vienna was great—beautiful city. The house needs only small improvements. - The place is quiet. The apartment is quite dark since it is a basement, and many of the lights (especially in the bathroom and living room) were not working properly. Additionally, two small towels for two people for five days are insufficient. The kitchen is poorly equipped.
• Cameron (3/5): Moldy and dirty. - Its moldy and dirty. This place was booked due to it having a kitchen and washing machine with dryer. However there wasn't a chopping knife, the oven is half broken, the dish cloth was old and dirty, most appliances don't work. Washing machine but no dryer or hanging rack. You can tell the owner doesn't care about this place and the contact number doesn't answer. You are in a basement with no air ventilation, the main light in the living room flashes when on. Two person occupancy but provided us with one towel that had someone else's hair in it. Not what the photos look like.

• Prendi (1/5): Terrible - Except the fact that it was close to the bus and metro station, and next to a market, nothing else It smelled badly, was dirty as hell, the dining table had grease all over it, not to mention we couldn’t even cook considering how dirty it was. The sheets didn’t feel clean not to mention the floor which was so so dirty. The sofa that turned to bed was literally like sleeping on the floor, you could feel the wood of the sofa from beneath. It was on a -1 floor, nothing like the picture. The only thing missing was finding any rat there, that’s how dirty it was. Would definitely not recommend this property!

• Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very nice and quiet. Very clean and comfortable. A great choice of public transport means, a very good wi_fi and a little private garden. We loved it.
• Hisham (7/5): My Vienna Living Apartments experience - The positive points. An open plan sitting room and kichen TV, wifi, a wardrobe(no hangers) a three seater sofabed, enough kitchenware for a short stay, a kettle, taoster(need keep the push-down button down with your hand until done though) a fridge, dishwasher and cooker. The bathroom is a good size with a shower to the right and a washing machine in the left corner. Hot water is available from a boiler installed above the kitchen board in the kitchen section of the main room. To get around, there are 2 to 3 minutes walk bus and tram stops. For shopping, there is a Hofer store 3 mintues walk away or get acshort bus or tram to nearby places with a variety of stores, shops, bakeries and cafes. A very early 10 am check out as even in hotels you are allowed till  12pm. I also sent a message re the washing machine and how to dry the washing in the absence of a washing line or tumble dryer.  There is spider web, ants and dust  in the rooms. The flat is named Top1 and should be "Bottom one", as it's located in the storage/cellar floor of the building with windowd at street/pavement level and being on a main road, the traffic noise is very annoying. PRovided contact number doesn't respond.
• Zoe (5/5): Basement flat only good for 2 people without car - Location was good with easy access to Vienna on tram or train. Aldi shop walking distance, plus several garages for convenience. Shower was powerful and hot. Washing machine and dryer both good and came in very handy. Good coffee machine. Incredibly cheap. The apartment was not at all clean, oven was very greasy and had not been cleaned, floors were dirty. Sofa beds were very uncomfortable, you could feel the metal bars through the mattress. The apartment is quite small with pillars in the way of the dining table and generally moving around. Advertised as a garden apartment but the garden is 6ft of concrete and in reality it is a basement flat making it very hot and unsafe to open windows fully as they open onto the busy road. Parking was ridiculous, it's advertised as E2.50 per hour 9am-10pm which we figured was OK as we planned to be out most of the day and the apartment was cheap, but you can only park for 2hours maximum and there are parking wardens everywhere. When we asked where we could park we were given a list of garages miles away which with 3 young kids and loads of bags, was impossible.

• Danijela (7/5): Good value for money - The property is good value for money, in these pictures we had the impression that we will have view on the garden but the apartment is located in the basement so there was no view. The apartment was clean and had a good equipped kitchen. Communication with the owners was easy The temperature in the apartment wasn’t on a good level even though we turned it up on maximum. We sent the pics to the owner that we have an issue and they asked for the pics of the system but there was no more help… We managed on our own to increase the heating system, but not much help from the owner…

• Liliana (3/5): No worth it - Is located very far away from the city, almost an hour away. The apartment is in a basement that smells mouldy, all the apartment smells mouldy. The photos that appear are not from the apartment we stay. It was so small, the kitchen oven door was broken and the tray dirty, we got pots all rusted we ask to get some and they said the were coming and never came. I was with my family, and book for 4. I stayed in the sofa bed with my partner and it was so uncomfortable, literally they just put together a sofa, because it didn’t have mattress not even pillows, but big hard decorative cushions . All the cupboards in n the kitchen smell mouldy and looked disgusting. The main bedroom doesn’t have were to put clothes and in the kitchen they put a cupboard that didn’t have much space to put clothes. Really disappointed expending si much money in this place, also is so far from the city, making it very inconvenient and more expensive as the public transport in Viena is quite expensive.

• Sinisa (1/5): The worst apartment booked so far - There was nothing that I have liked about this place. This was the worst place to stay, and the worst place I booked so far. The apartment is in the basement of the building, it was either adapted basement or some half assed basement apartment. When you enter it, you immediately feel the high humidity and the stinks of the mold. The walls have the wet feel when you touch them and there is a visible mold in the corners. Also in one room you can see that the whitewash was peeled of the walls. We have tried to bring in some fresh air by opening the windows but that did not help. The sheets, the towels, the beddings did not look dirty, but nevertheless, it all had the smell and the feel of wet on the touch. Since we were travelling with kids and since we arrived late we were forced to spent one night there but that was one night more than anyone should stay there. The same night we rented the new apartment where we moved the next day. It is not that the apartment is dirty, it is not that clean either, but the smell is barely bearable. The kitchen had seen the better days, and looks like someone beat it and then put together. Overall if you need to stay in Vienna please choose some other place or sleep in the car, because I would not suggest this apartment.

• Geleta (1/5): Bad - - everything was smelling bad from the humidity in the room, by everything i mean all the sheets, blankets, towels. overall even the room had the molding smell. Kitchen stuff - everything was worn off (plates, pans, cups), dishwasher in the apartment had no tablets to wash. Conditioning system non existent during the day time it was very humid, during the night time it was way to hot, sleep was very poor because of hot apartment so overall our family is very unhappy by this apartment after last night in it one person had serious allergy from the air inside of the apartment.

Owner obviously owns more than 1 apartment as we did not have the one I thought we booked. Was very small for 4 adults. Wet washing (linen) from last clients was hanging in the small communal area which was not nice. Damp smell. Thankful only 2 nights.
• Nikolaos (6/5): Pleasant - The location was good and communication with the owner was fast We had rented a very nice apartment one day before from same owner and it was nicely renovated and nice to stay. But this is an apartment in the basement floor of an old house with one window that is at the level of a main road so there is noise from traffic and as a basement there was smell from humidity. Additionally the couch/bed in the living room must be replaced as sleeping on it is a bad experience.

• Manuela (8/5): A good appartment for a family, 30 min away from the city center by public transportation. - The appartment is quite big, it has a good light, even if it is in the basement, kitchen ok, oven, dish wm, big bathroom with washing machine. The heating and hot water are ok. There is a supermarket very close. The appartment does not look like the pictures any more

In the kitchen there were spoons, forks, knives, pots (we didn't find a frying pan), a kettle, a small refrigerator, a dishwasher. The apartments are in the basement, they weren't in the photos. The beds weren't very clean (the sheets had traces of hair and dust). The kitchen wasn't so neat. The kitchen smelled of cigarettes.

• Viltė (2/5): DO NOT RECOMMEND! not clean, smells like mold, outdated pictures - nothing the pictures are VERY outdated, the place smells like MOLD, opening windows doesn’t help, the place is NOT CLEAN AT ALL, the location is far from all the tourist places and centre, the advertisement has few different flats pictures. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! if it would look like the pictutes, wouldn’t smell pike mold, would be clean then yeah, it would be worth the money but now… for sure NO!! the sofa was trash, the door handle was broken, the oven was broken, all the cutlery and glasses and plates are dirty, it’s a horrible place to stay in..

• Mohammad (1/5): Very disappointed, my travel experience was so bad because of the staying in the apartment. I won’t recommend anyone to - very disappointed. Apartment is very dirty. Bedsheets,pillows,duvets are extremely dusty and dirty. Ants were all over the floor.
