• Emir (10/5): Najbolji stan - Ostali smo u ovom stanu i iskreno nemam ni jednu jedinu zamjerku. Lokacija je savršena, U-Bahn stanica je doslovno iza ugla, Stadtpark je tik pored, a centar se dostiže za 15 minuta hodanja. Nismo izgubili ni minutu na planiranje kako ćemo doći negdje. Stan ima sve što ti treba, zaista sve. Kad smo ušli, odmah smo se osjećali opušteno — čisto, lijepo uređeno, ništa ne nedostaje. Tu je i Spar na minutu hoda, tako da je kupovina bila brza i bezbolna. Parking u garaži nam je bio posebno zgodan jer smo došli autom i to je skinulo svaku brigu oko toga. Jedina stvar koju bih predložio domaćinu je da stavite nekoliko stolica i stolić na balkon. Balkon je lijep, a šteta ga je ostaviti praznog. Sigurno bi svaki gost volio popiti jutarnju kafu vani. Svakako se vraćamo, bez razmišljanja. Hvala na ugodnom boravku!

• John Ingold (10/5): - The location of the apartment was excellent. It was larger than we expected. It was very quiet and the black out curtains work great.
• Zorana (10/5): - It is a charming, warm, new apartment, situated 5 minutes of walk from Belvedere - excellent location in a very quiet neighbourhood. The flat looks a lot better than in photos. Floor heating, 2 lovely balconies, separate toilet and bathroom. Spacious bedroom, big and comfy bed. Layered lighting adds to the wanted atmosphere. Fully equipped kitchen. Cozy sofa. Garage in the building. We were 3.5 hours late due to road works in Hungary but regardless we received an honest warm welcome by our host. I would come back for sure!

• Markus (10/5): Eine wunderbare Gelegenheit, Wien zu erleben: modern, zentrumsnah, komfortabel. - Wir waren rundherum begeistert - angefangen von der Möglichkeit, das Auto in der Tiefgarage abzustellen und (auf barrierefreiem Weg) mit einem Aufzug in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Aufgrund der Jahreszeit waren wir mit viel Gepäch unterwegs, was aber im Appartement kein Problem bereitete, da ausreichend Stauraum vorhanden ist. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind angenehm modern ausgestattet, alles wirkt aus einem Guß. Das Bett ist groß, hat eine hervorragende Matraze und notfalls könnte man noch die Couch im Wohnzimmer als Schlafgelegenheit nutzen, auch diese ist groß genug und bequem. Das Badezimmer erfüllt alle Wünsche an Ausstattung und Komfort, das gilt im Übrigen auch für das gesamte Appartement. Die Küche ist, wenn auch eher kompakt, so doch mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht: Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank ... Und, anders als erwartet: die Wohnung liegt sehr nah zur Innenstadt (5 Minuten zur U4, Stadtpark): das Stadtzentrum mit dem Dom ist in 20-25 Minuten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für die Kulturbegeisterten: Konzerthaus, Musikverein, ja sogar die Staatsoper sind fußläufig gut erreichbar - ansonsten nimmt man die nur knapp 10 Minuten entfernte Straßenbahn am Schwarzenbergplatz (z.B. Linie 71). Die Umgebung (Botschaftsviertel) ist äußerst ruhig und gepflegt und geeignete Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es bei einem großen Supermarkt (Spar, 1 Minute zu Fuß) oder beim Bäcker (Anker, 2 Minuten entfernt). Was will man mehr? Nicht zuletzt: der Gastgeber ist ausgesprochen zuvorkommend, unkompliziert und freundlich. Herzlichen Dank, Herr Hartl, vor allem für die freundlichen Tipps und Empfehlungen: wir kommen gerne wieder. -

• Jurgen (10/5): Superleuk modern appartement! - Superleuk appartement met eigen parkeerplaats in parkeergarage. Heerlijke douche en netjes schoon. Supermarkt en bakker op de hoek. Metro vlak bij, maar je bent lopend binnen 20 minuten in het centrum. Geen opmerkingen. Alles was naar wens.
• Borowski (10/5): Tellement agréable - Grand appartement 2 pièces avec un énorme lit moelleux, deux WC, une douche spacieuse qui donne envie de rester dessous. Des fenêtres super bien isolées et lumineuses. Une cuisine toute équipée avec le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Le lit était un peu trop moelleux pour nous et c'est tout 🤣

• Lothar (10/5): Wien ist eine Reise wert. - Die Wohnung ist sehr Zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnungsübergabe war perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sauber, modern eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreisen möchte, gibt es einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz direkt im Haus.

Die Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter und der Persönlichen Übergabe durch Frau... sorry Name weiss ich nicht mehr, war sehr angenehm. Kann die Wohnung nur Empfehlen. War alles Super.

• John (10/5): Vienna trip. - Fantastic, modern apartment. Extremely clean. Fantastic bed. Lovely furniture and decor throughout. Everything provided within the apartment on arrival was well presented. Lovely neighbourhood. Very quiet with a grocery store two minutes away at the end of the street, shut on Sundays. Everything required for our stay was first class. From booking, communication, travel advice from the airport, check in to check out was first class. Once you get your bearings the apartment is around ten to fifteen minutes walk to the city. Public transport is near by an all modes are extremely efficient. The city is very safe, clean and too many things to visit to list for a weeks stay. Many thanks to Mattias for everything he helped throughout our booking and trip. Don't know how he did it, but he even organised fantastic weather for the whole week! Absolutely nothing.

My wife has mobility needs and it was perfect for her as no step access. Ignore a previous comment about cleaning. I am OCD about cleanliness and this place was spotless

Location is great and close to U4 Metro line. Opera House is 15-20 min walk. Spar market is two blocks down. We would definitely stay here again when in Vienna.
