• Moein.A (10/5): You won't regret it. - Personnel, Barbara, she is very nice and humble. Room was very clean with nice view out of windows. Everything was well manged. It would have been much better if there was tea or coffee in the room, as there was an electric kettle and an espresso machine.

The double room with balcony was beautifully laid out and the balcony view was stunning. Location: 1' walk to the gondola and we were located in the heart of Maria Alm. Nothing to complain about.
• Alanoud (10/5): Highly recommend for anyone visiting Maria Alm - We stayed in this property for five days. The town is quiet and small and almost everything closed by 7 pm, but its only 5 mins driving to a bigger town (Salfelden) and 25 mins to Zell am See. The apartment was in the centre of Maria Alm and parking is available. We were welcomed by the owner Barbara she was very friendly nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in apartment 204 which had three balcony and panoramic view of the mountains. Everything was available in the apartment even candles and lighters. Bathrooms were clean and towels are provided. The kitchen was equipped with everything a family need, and all things were clean and in great condition. It was like mothers' home, very cozy and clean. Check in-out process was very easy and we even allowed to check out whatever time we want during the day. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the town. In short, it was one of the best stay we ever had. No microwave :(

• Sophie (9/5): Wonderful apartments, very clean and lovely staff - The apartment was wonderful. The bed was so amazingly comfortable and the bathrooms were good, even the shower. Lovely little sitting room and kitchen. My only issue was that there wasn’t a cupboard to put food in and carrying the luggage up the stairs.

In the room there was a mini fridge, nespresso machine and electric water boiler for tea, a table, some cuttlery and dishes. The location is great for both relaxing at Prinzensee and hiking in the Steinernes Meer/Hochkönig. The accommodation is also in the centre and next to the iconic church. There are parking spots available which was much appreciated. We were welcomed by the very lovely Barbara who gave us the Hochkönig card with which we could use the Natrunbahn.

The fourth reason no have cleaning, The Fifth reason the owner comes to me every day tell me close the light in the bathroom because that is not safe for me, Because sometimes the light is burned out and burns the flat, I ask the owner I have a baby one year, you should change the apartment, the owner didn’t answer, and the sixth reason is The bedroom overlooks the owner's balcony, The owner's balcony has a lot of plastic trash and fertilizer, I want to repeat what I said. I have a one-year-old child. This is not healthy for us, this is my experience here, By the way, apartment number 104. My advice for anyone, if you want to visit Maria Alm Book a hotel or hotel apartment system, Don't book with the owner of a house. • Tomas (10/5): Exceptional - Spotless clean, lovely apartment, with a very well equipped kitchenette. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. We received Hochkonig Card which gave us free access to many local services, eg. mountain railway, outdoor swimming pool, and many others which didn`t have time to use. The village is lovely, surrounded by beautiful mountains. Great place for holiday.
