• Philipp (7/5): Gut ausgestattetes, sehr geräumiges, warmes Apartment mit nötigster Einrichtung - Geräumiges, gut ausgestattetes Apt. für ein paar Nächte, mit allem, was benötigt wird. Küchenausstattung gut. Sehr gute Heizung. Quasi im EG (nur 5-6 Stufen, sehr ruhig (Fenster zum Innenhof). Türschlösser per Telefonnummer und Code bedienbar = sehr praktisch. 1. Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr wohnlich, keine Bilder etc. 2. Der Vermieter zögerte, zum Apartment zu kommen wegen der Schlüsselübergabe, da das elektronische Türschloss kaputt war. Dies war schon Tage vorher bekannt und unsere exakte Ankunft wurde mehrmals am Tag durchgegeben. Ohne zufällige Hilfe durch einen Pizzaboten hätten wir spät abends 20 Minuten im kalten Regen gestanden ohne uns unterstellen zu können! Die Vermieter-Firma hat sich aber am nächsten Tag - auf nachdrückliche Beschwerde hin - mit einer finanziellen Kulanzregelegung entschuldigt, daher nur ein kleiner Kritikpunkt für die wenig kundenfreundliche Nachlässigkeit beim Service. Das elektr. Schloss wurde am 2. Tag repariert.

• Stefan (10/5): Absolutely perfect stay! - Everything about this apartment was simply outstanding. The apartment is beautifully designed, very spacious, and extremely well equipped – you truly have everything you need. The beds are very comfortable, and the entire apartment was spotlessly clean. There was no visible damage at all; the apartment was in immaculate condition. The communication with the host was exceptional: incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Every question was answered immediately, and we always felt very well taken care of. The location is perfect – right in the city center, only a 10-minute walk to all main attractions, and the subway station is just around the corner, making it very easy to get anywhere. Overall, a flawless experience. We would absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the city. Everything was absolutely perfect – a great place to both relax and work. The internet connection was fast and very reliable.

Consta de una cama grande y el sofá se puede usar perfectamente como cama porque tiene anchura suficiente. En la zona de la entrada y el baño había daños en la pared que estaban cubiertos con paños, pero sin reparar. Sería bueno si dejaran sal o aceite de cortesía.
• Jana (8/5): Nice apartment / Strange payment arrangement - - the apartment is spacious, clean and well-equipped - the fact that the payment is not managed by booking.com - first my card was declined, then I received info about payment outside of booking.com thinking it was scam, so I had to call both booking.com and the provider - and having paid the sum, I still kept receiving messages from booking.com that my reservation may be cancelled - and until the very last day it was marked as red - so I was insecure until the last moment whether it will all work out

When we asked for more through messenger, we were told that we have been given enough duvets for two and thus we were not able to get any extra The portrait of butler placed next to the door was a bit creepy and scary at night
