• Daria (1/5): Absolutely unprofessional - they ignored us completely and left us without accommodation. - . The property never sent me any message regarding my stay. Two days before my trip, I contacted them myself asking for check-in details, but received no response. I sent another message later, and again got no reply. On the day of check-in, I called the property. First, I spoke with one customer service representative who told me they had no such reservation in their system. In the middle of the conversation, she suddenly hung up on me. I called again and reached another representative. She said that they could see my reservation on Booking.com, but not in their internal system, and told me to contact Booking because they had not received information about which apartment should be assigned to me. I then contacted Booking.com, and they also tried to reach the property. As soon as the property realized it was Booking calling, they immediately hung up on them as well. Terrible communication, no empathy, and completely unprofessional behavior. I do not recommend this place. At the last minute, I had to look for new accommodation for a one-week stay during Eurovision.

Se si soggiorna due tre giorni ok ma per soggiorno 4/5 giornio non si ha la possibilità di avere asciugamani di ricambio. Comunicazione della raccolta differenziata poco esaustiva. Sarebbe gradito qualche cialda in più di caffè e di the un po' di ospitalità in più per più giorni.

• Zuzana (9/5): Skvele ubytovani s vybornou moznosti presunu do centra mesta. Vhodne pro studenty. Byla jsem velmi spokojena. Personal m - Ubytovani je ve vzdalenejsim centru mesta. Pate patro, klidne, plne vyhovuje i pro samostatne stravovani, k dispozici jsou i prislusne pristroje. Stul dostatecne velky pro notebook i knihy. Vyhovovalo by lepsi osvetleni. V koupelne by bylo vhodne dat rohozku protiskluzovou ke sprse.

• Palomares Gámez (3/5): Agradable excepto por el problema de la luz - Era un apartamento bonito y bien decorado. Se nos concedió un reembolso del 25% debido a que nos tuvieron dos días sin electricidad y nadie venía a arreglarlo cuando llegué no funcionaba el código de la puerta y tuvimos que llamar al anfitrión, además, ya dentro del apartamento, soltamos las maletas y queríamos preparar algo de comer, cuando enchufamos la tostadora saltó la luz, buscamos el cuadro de electricidad dentro del propio apartamento pero no se encontraba allí, por lo que buscamos fuera, en recepción, pero tampoco hubo suerte, así que llamamos al anfitrión para que lo solucionaran. Tuvimos que llamar varias veces porque nos decían que iban a hablar con el técnico y que nos dirían algo, pero horas después seguíamos sin luz. Esto ocurrió el día de fin de año, por lo que entendíamos que no iba a venir nadie esa tarde a solucionarlo, pero nos aseguraron que el problema quedaría arreglado al día siguiente por la mañana, estuvimos llamando en varias ocasiones distintas al día siguiente y no se solucionó. Nos sentimos engañados y como si se estuvieran riendo de nosotros, además, no hacía falta que viniera ningún técnico a arreglar nada, solo necesitábamos que nos dijeran donde estaba el cuadro de electricidad y podríamos haberlo hecho nosotros en un momento. En lugar de eso, nos tuvieron dos días enteros sin electricidad, tuvimos que tirar la comida que habíamos comprado, ya que tenemos a una persona con intolerancia al gluten, y no pudimos disfrutar de nuestras vacaciones como habíamos planeado. Mi padre se enfadó con el anfitrión y pedimos un reembolso parcial del dinero, lo cual nos fue concedido.

• Valerie (5/5): Unpretentious flat in the outskirts of Vienna. - the apartment was warm, unlimited hot water, large radiators, quiet district Check-in was not conducted appropriately. We were supposed to enter via a code which did not work and could have collected keys all along which were inside a box. The curtains were off axis and not hanging properly. The owner told us the metro station (U-bahn) was a 5 minutes' walk away. The walk at a brisk pace actually took us 23 minutes each way and it was snowing and/or raining. Also the metro ride to the city centre was not 5 minutes but 15. Accuracy and honesty would have been appreciated in this sense, as we were under the impression of being much, much closed to Stphenplatz.

Per quanto sia un po' lontano dal centro, si colloca a 10 minuti dalla fermata del tram, è quindi l'ideale per un soggiorno viennese a piedi e utilizzando mezzi pubblici. Il padrone di casa è stato gentilissimo... Nonostante non ci siamo mai visti di persona (check in e tutto quanto gestito via telefono/chat) mi è stato davvero dietro, ero un impedita con la porta e lui mi ha aiutato, anche a tarda sera, scrivendomi per farmi capire come si apriva e chiudeva!!😅

• María José (1/5): - Fue desastrosa,teníamos la entrada a las 15:00 h y entré a las 18:00h ,el código que me facilitaron no era el correcto y era imposible contactar con el anfitrión ,después de muchísimas llamadas nos la devolvieron y al no entendernos bien nos colgaron . Tuve que pedir ayuda a un familiar en españa para que se pusiese en contacto con ellos y fue súper complicado . A la mañana siguiente pusimos el tostador y saltó la luz ,ni rastro de la caja de térmicos ,el apartamento no tenía ,volvimos al mismo caos del día anterior ,nadie con quién contactar ,toda la mañana buscando hasta que en un pasillo del edificio la encontramos . Fui a visitar a mí hija que llevaba varios meses fuera y me vine con muy mal sabor de boca . No lo recomendaría a nadie

• Azza (10/5): 😊 gemütliches Appartement - Sauber bequem und gemütlich apparemment. Es ist 30 min entfernt von Hauptbahnhof . Gute Lage . In der nähe viele arabischen Laden. Nur ein Kissen für jede Person. Ich brauche 2 🤭 Die Öffnung und das Verschließen der Tür ist ein bisschen kompliziert aber mit viel Geduld hat geklappt.

• Leopold (7/5): Unkompliziert und ausreichnend, 30 Min. bis ins Zentrum - Unkomplizierter self Checkin Sauberes Badezimmer Bei der checkin box am Hauseingang stehen Kabel raus, wirkt im ersten Moment unseriös. Es war noch Wasser im Wasserkocher und in der Abtropftasse der Kaffeemaschine (nicht gereinigt). Für zwei Nächte nur 3 Kaffeekapseln verfügbar. Preis Leistung passt nicht ganz.

• steve (7/5): Good value - The apartment was good value for money. The bed was comfortable and there is a roomy bathroom. The cooking facilities were adequate, a good hotplate but only one mug and three knives. All in all we would recommend. We found the entry system very difficult. If you don't have a smart phone it would be impossible. It took a while to understand the entry and locking door system which seemed overly complicated. A simple key safe is much better.
• Prutha (6/5): Okayish would have given high ratings if wifi worked - Good toiletries and clean apartment. They had left some coffee pods with a sweet lil treat on arrival. Kitchen was well equipped with basics WiFi didn’t work at all the whole time I stayed there. I tried to contact owner but was asked to raise a complaint which I did but still no one came to fix the issue. The location was okayish, felt a bit unsafe walking down street at night as a solo traveller.
• Svetlana (9/5): Very clean and spacious apartment in good location. I’d recommend it anytime. - The apartment was nice, had all the necessary supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. Bedsheets were exceptionally clean, mattress was comfortable. The staff left extra pillows, blankets and towels. TV was working well. Most channels were in German but couple of them were in English. There was air purifier machine in the living room which was used a few times. I found many food stores 5-7 minutes away from the building. Some restaurants were located at the main streets. Metro and central bus station were about 15 min away from the building. I enjoyed my stay very much. There’s no door in the shower. I had to mop the floor in the bathroom. My apartment was on the first floor. It was a bit loud sometimes but around 9-10 pm gets quiet.

• Anna (9/5): - Mieszkanie zgodne z opisem - czysto, wyposażenie Ok, WI FI działało bez problemu, spokojna okolica. Blisko do większości atrakcji które nas interesowały. Dostaliśmy zły kod do drzwi, ale nawet wcześnie rano kontakt bezproblemowy - Pani podała nam poprawny i przez resztę pobytu nie było problemów.

• Jůnová (7/5): - Apartmán byl čistý a pohodlný, kuchyňka dostatečně vybavená, místo snadno dostupné městskou dopravou, ideální pro příjezd vlakem na hlavní nádraží ve Vídni. V blízkosti je dostatek možností pro nákup jídla a pití nebo hotového drobného občerstvení. První dny byly problémy s odemykáním dveří na číselný kód. Při příjezdu naštěstí zafungoval, ale následující dva dny už ne. Po reklamaci byl kód nahrazen jiným, který pak už fungoval dobře až do konce pobytu.

• eva (5/5): Sejour à Vienne - L appart hôtel, studio propre et bien equipé. Le quartier est sans charme. L entrée est tres.compliquée, il n y a pas d accueil, pas de.boîte à clé, le portail etait fermé apres avoir telephoné à.booking il a fallut attendre l arrivée de deux personnes, je suppose.la conciergerie (?) Pour comprendre qu il faut telecharger une appli sur le telephone qui fera office de "cle" pour deverrouiller la porte. Difficulte d acces à la residence si le portail est fermé. Dommage car le studio 31 est bien amenagé.
• Amelia (10/5): T H E hotel! - I really loved our stay. I felt safe there, and I really fell in love with the surroundings. The room itself was great, especially considering the price. It was clean, and we were provided with towels and soap. The customer service was always extremely nice and quick to respond through the chat and through the phone, too! My hotel room was ready early. The staff was always very considerate and tried their best to help us, and succeeded every time. The room was nice, there was a portable induction hob, some pots, a microwave, a coffee express, a colander, a fridge with a freezer and a kettle. The windows in the room were big, we could open them all the way. There was also a fan, which was extremely useful considering that we came there during a heatwave. Public transportation was available at every hour of night and day, a bus stop with the bus 7A going to the metro station was really close so we used it when we were tired, but the metro station Reumannplatz was close too, within walkable distance. The neighborhood had some nice stores. I'm really glad that we picked this hotel and would like to thank the staff for being so kind!

• Pavlović (9/5): Superb - Accommodation is very easy to find with the help of google maps. There is no physical key, but easy unlocking with the help of a code. Online communication from the owner with answers within about 5 min. The apartment is spacious, the beds are comfortable, the mattresses and pillows clean, spacious bathroom. Good internet. Nearby supermarkets available with a variety of products. Peaceful neighborhood. Connected to all parts of the city by transport.

• Mila (9/5): Superb - The apartmement is lovely and clean with all the comforts that you should desire (a nice and soundless fridge, a big television, an useful microwave and a spacious bathroom ). The surronding area is clean and very quiet, there are 2 supermarkets just turning a corner and more are close by, public transport ( tram, public bikes, metro) are also at walikng distance. I feel at home here, thanks!

• Danilo (9/5): A clean, well-equipped stay was offset by occasional app and code entry issues - Self check-in is nice. We arrived late, so getting into the property without making the host wait for us was nice as we had no pressure on arriving at the exact time. Room was clean, spacious and it had everything we needed for 3 day visit to Vienna. Near the property there is access to different grocery stores and access to public transpiration such as bus and tram (metro lines are far so that is a draw back). Well there was no actual key, it was code based and you could open it with phone over an app. However, all that sounds cool but it failed on us multiple times so we had to try multiple times over and over until it opens, that could take up to 15min of trying until we enter the room. Also, to check in we needed stable internet which is an additional cost for us from outside the Austria
• Nikola (1/5): No wi fi no internet - The apartment is functional and very good, nicely organized but tehnical service were bad, or not organized. First of all we got wrong code for entance in partement, any of time we put in there was an error. We contacted services and 30 minutes after we got another code for door, and we could go into apartment. Another mistace about parking lot, there is phone for reserve of parking, but there is no possibelites to get it. And at the end there is no wifi in the apartent so we have pay for our internet instead od promissed one in the apartment.

I did find the right place but because of bad details on main page I then went to wrong place and spent two hours finding a way to enter the apartment and wondering if I got scammed.

• Ints (8/5): Decent stay for a breakout. - Area was quiet, it was fairly simple to get into the apartment. I appreciated that there was coffee machine, and what is rare - even oil and salt. Location is in quite reachable distance from city center. Also grocery stores are nearby, like Lidle as an example. Additionally, I liked that it was possible to get in the apartment by using code and I don`t need to meet anybody as I arrived very late. At the beginning it was hard to understand where are main doors as it appears the entrance was from the yard gate and there was hotel name written "Bianca" or something which did not go together with the name of apartment I ordered. It confused me completely as I was not sure if I am at the right place. Wifi connection was poor, was not able to stream Netflix with it. Even Mobile data were poor at the apartment.
• Mario (7/5): A good deal, not too centrally located but clean and simple - Everything needed was there, it was quiet and clean Keys were deposited in a safe. Collection and drop off was easy. But the way getting there was a bit too confusing for my taste. First I got the same message about twice a day, stating that data is still missing, when entering the link, it said everything is already filled out. Then they told me to collect the key somewhere else first, then on the phone they said, no it is not necessary, a bit a hazzle back and forth... The lady on the phone was very friedly and helpful though!! TV set did only work partly, most channels had no connection, especially the local Austrian channels, which is kind of odd. Probably the ORF card has been saved as most guests seem to be international.
• Ella (8/5): Thank you. - The place was overall great. Easy to get transport to Vienna city centre. I was travelling from South Africa and the accommodation details were only communicated the night before as a result I did not plan for transport from the reception to the accommodation which is 3km apart. The person at the reception did not seem concerned that I was not aware of this and treated me like a local person. I walked to the apartment and my phone battery died before I could get the keys. I had to ask people for help to call the reception and get further instructions as the box was not opening. Once I receive the keys everything else was fine.

• Annette (8/5): Very good - Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Secure. Close to transport & shops. Shower great. Fan supplied. Kitchen facilities. The keys are to be picked up elsewhere not near apartment. I did not read this properly snd did not have internet on my phone. We arrived 8pm in the dark with my daughter. Called the number who manages this on behalf of owner. They close at 9pm. They were incredibly helpful and organised a taxi to deliver keys. They were very concious of security and messaged name of driver and make of taxi . Could not praise them highly enough but do be aware to go elsewhere first to get keys. Check out is easy as you leave key there.

• Tokku (4/5): Not worth it - For pirce not the worst but not the best, it's near a eurospar which is nice for shopping that is about it. It's super far from everything else to do in the city. Hot and very, very dusty, we had to buy a 2nd fan at 45 euros to keep the place cool. Otherwise, even with the window open, we were sweating alot all night long. The check-in area is very far away from the place 15 to 30 min walk away from the area you stay at, which makes it a pain and very strange. Anyone can walk into the area or main building very unsecured at night. Also, the deposit is very high for Austria 250 euros by card, which they have yet to give back after 5 days now even though they said 3 days after checking out (being the 1st now, it's the 7th now)

• Teresita (7/5): no satisfied - the location was good, easy to shop and train busses station are nearby. The toilet and shower room are very good enough spaces and clean. those photos on booking.com are confusing because what have you seen and booked will not be real. The front desk of 12 districts gave you instructions and a piece of copy what is of the apartment. When you arrived and checked few of those listed are not there and when you check you're book, are all different. We requested a coffee brew machine in the photo for our booking, and they replied that is not available because is not on the list. the television is big and ours is small. stayed 13 days no one checked about our request. Those beds with the tire as long you move are moving too and noisy, the bed are not attached to the headboard. The main door and gate are all open for a day. no secured at all. I use to book in Booking. com and always satisfied, but this one in Favoriten we are not happy.

• Julia (1/5): Bad - As for the apartment, everything is fine, there is everything you need and utensils and even an electric stove and pots to boil pasta or sausages and everything would seem ok. But it spoiled the impression that as it turned out for their guests hotel did not take care of parking space, car leave no place. When we asked where we could park our car we were told to move it out of the parking lot near the house where the hotel is located, there is no parking for guests. Where to put the car is not clear, where to buy a parking ticket is also not clear, I would like some kind of help from the staff on this issue. Unfortunately parking on nearby did not appear and we ended up with a €36 fine for parking in an unauthorised place. We have stayed in hotels in various countries and this is the first time a hotel has failed to take care of parking for its clients. And as for the bond, it's been a week and they haven't refunded it yet.
