Das sehr geräumige, modern eingerichtete und sehr gut ausgestattete Apartment am Opernring ist sowohl bestens gelegen, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten im Zentrum zu Fuß zu erreichen als auch absolut ruhig. Die gegenüber gelegene Tiefgarage ist perfekt bei An-und Abreise bzw. für Fahrten mit dem eigenen Auto. Der Vermieter kümmerte sich schließlich auch noch rührend darum, ein von uns im Abreisetrubel unbemerkt verlorenes Schmuckstück wiederzufinden und nachzusenden. Es sind Details wie diese, die einen schönen Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem machen - Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Especially to those who planning to come visit Vienna for the first time, This Luxury Apartment is just few minutes walk from all the tourist attractions in the centre. Train stations and Opera house is just 2minutes walk from the property, The locations made our stay very smooth and easy. The owner is very professional,friendly and kind. I highly recommend this place. Thank you very much. Xx Nothing. I love everything about this property. I will definitely be staying in this apartment when I come back to Vienna.
• Karin (10/5): Unvergesslich- Wien hat seinen erstklassigen Ruf alle Gerechtigkeit getan und die Unterkunft war perfekt 👌 - Die Unterkunft bot eine großartige Lage um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Innenstadt, wie auch das Belvedere und Schönbrunn mit Strassenbahn wie auch U-Bahn Station in unmittelbarer Nähe, zu erkunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermärkte und erstklassige Restaurants und Kaffeehäuser waren auch binnen Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir waren 4 Nächte knapp vor Weihnachten und haben Wien mit all seinem Adventzauber genossen- unvergesslich und absolut toll - und ein großartiger Opernbesuch war die Krönung👏👏 Es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln

• OLIVIER (6/5): Manque de réactivité face à un problème - Très bonne localisation. Très joli appartement. Le manque de réactivité. Il y a 2 chambres et les 2 rideaux électriques étaient en panne. L’un était obligatoirement baissé (problème connu du propriétaire mais non résolu) et l’autre était obligatoirement levé et laissait entrer le jour dans la chambre (problème soit disant découvert pendant notre séjour mais qui n’a pas été résolu et a forcément bien nuit à notre sommeil. Le propriétaire s’est défaussé en disant que ce n’était pas de sa faute mais ça n’était évidemment pas de la nôtre sauf que c’est nous qui en avons souffert des conséquences alors que nous sommes le client et que nous avons payé cette prestation (dont le tarif est élevé et doit comprendre un service irréprochable).

Supermärkte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Apartment sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet. Nette erreichbare Gastgeber. WLAN könnte etwas schneller sein. Streaming funktionierte nur bedingt. Aussicht nur zum Innenhof, aber das wussten wir vorher.

• satoko (10/5): - ロケーションが最高でした。屋内は天井が高く物入れがたくさんあったのですぐかたづきました。家族がゆったり快適に過ごせました。 鍵の開閉が難しかったです。道路に面してる大きな扉から入ると夜は真っ暗でした。食洗機、電磁調理器、洗濯機等の説明書きが全部ドイツ語だったのでよく使えませんでした。ネスプレッソのようなコーヒーメーカーで作るコーヒーが美味しかったのですが、補充したくてもどこのメーカーの何かがわからず買い足せませんでした。オープンはあったのですが、電子レンジとして使えたのか？エアコンが動きませんでした。電池をどこで買うかよくわかりませんでした。日本人なのでトイレのビデが当たり前だったせいかもしれませんが、それがなくて残念でした。

There was lots of light and windows and big spacious rooms. The train station was close by for getting to further away places although there is so much to do and see within the city center. A few extra pillows would have been good.

Super spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. Everything was comfortable and well-prepared, from the toiletries to the cozy furnishings. We were very happy with everything and would definitely stay again! Only small issue: the little bathroom doors didn’t close fully, which was a bit inconvenient with one male in our group of four.

After a long, tiring day, there’s nothing better than soaking in a hot bath to relax. This was the most spacious bathroom I’ve ever had in all of my Europe travel experiences, it's even bigger than my own room at home 😂 - Perfect location—just one stop from Hbf and within walking distance to the old town. Thanks to that, we could easily get to those famous cafés right when they opened and enjoy a nice breakfast. - It would be great if the towels were a bit softer. Using them on my face felt a little rough, like it might hurt my skin.

Could walk nearly everywhere but despite being right in the centre of everything it was very quiet. Comfortable beds, amazing bathroom and kitchen. One of the best places we’ve stayed. Overall, an extremely pleasant venue from which guests can enjoy all that Vienna has to offer. It would be helpful if more detailed information was available on site regarding the functioning of the various amenities: heating, cooling, laundry, lighting, television and kitchen appliances.
• Remco (9/5): Peaceful retreat in the middle of a vibrant but at the same time laidback city centre - Very well equipped and excellently placed in the prettiest part of Vienna: the ‘Hofburg’. At the same time, a quiet retreat. We couldn’t have asked for more. We had to leave today.

That was a sort walk the underground and easy trip away. Property is as advertised. Quiet, high ceilings, nicely updated, with all amenties. Very comfotable space.

• Jin (10/5): I highly recommend it. - It is so close to the beautiful art city of Vienna Ringstrase Innere Stadt, it is easy to move anywhere, and there are so many cafes around the accommodation where you can have breakfast. In particular, the inside of the house is a beautiful house that is very clean and well-organized. For those who bring a lot of luggage, there is an elevator, so you don't have to worry at all. It is very convenient because it is two minutes away from the opera house even after 10 p.m. after watching the performance at the opera house. I highly recommend it.

The location is central in the city, making it easy to go to all highlights in Vienna from there. The appartment facilities itself were wonderful and exceeded our expectations. There was a lot of space and the bathroom and kitchen facilities were excellent. The wifi connection could be a bit better. It started to lag when there were multiple devices connected. Though, this was only a minor issue and was easily solved.

The cellphone signal is not always good, however, the apartment is provided with strong Wi-Fi connection, so at the end it does not cause big problem for us.

Parking provided for a fee, less than parking a full day on own. Very nice hosts, easy contact and responded swiftly to questions. We had a late arrival due to tragic and weather but no worries, our host waited up for us to give the keys. We have now stayed here twice, and when in Vienna we certainly will book this accommodation again! Highly recommended. Nothing, all good!

The place was located in the building next to the opera which made it very accessible to the center. The staff was very friendly as the lady welcoming us asked us if we needed anything and were always responsive to our requests within 15 minutes. The apartment was even better than shown in pictures and we will always remember this experience. Especially the kitchen that was useful for family dinners. Thank you Gürkan and Elisabetta

• Alex (9/5): Superb! - Beautiful, spacious, and clean apartment in a fantastic location on the Ringstrasse (with the Opera House on one side and the Burggarten on the other). Easily walkable to the Kunsthistorisches Museum, Hofburg Palace, the parliament building, the Rathaus and St Stephen's Cathedral (great views of the city from the North Tower) too. The apartment is on the tramline and near the underground. Public transport in Vienna is great. We bought a 72hour travel pass, which allows you to use the tram, bus, train and underground - just remember to validate your ticket in the blue boxes when you first use it!! 1516 is a great bar only 600m from the apartment and it shows live sports. Ribs of Vienna is a superb restaurant only 900m away (excellent steaks, ribs and wings). The funfair at Prater Park is 13mins away by public transport but well worth a visit. There are some nice restaurants in the park - Schweizerhaus is excellent, serving authentic Austrian food. And we highly recommend the roof top bar and restaurant "Neni Am Prater", with great views over the city and overlooking the funfair. Strandbar Herrmann is a great venue too - 2km from the apartment, it's an open-air bar with sand, deckchairs and DJ sessions.

• Susan (10/5): A superb stay that I would be happy to return to! - I had high expectations for this stay and they were exceeded in every way! The location was ideal - just adjacent to the Opera House but on a quieter street out to the fray. The apartment itself was spacious and well appointed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed (we only made breakfast and lunch) and the bathrooms (one huge full bath and a small half bath) were beautiful (with heated floors - my favorite). Enormous windows throughout the apartment that looked out onto a beautiful inner courtyard were amazing and gave the space a sunny, airy feel. Those windows also had electronic black-out curtains so you could close them and sleep the afternoon away if you wanted. We were there in the winter and the heat was responsive and kept the temperature comfortable. The hosts were incredible! They provided us with Christmas dining suggestions and were very responsive!

Good communication with host who gave a feeling that it’s our home for the period. it really felt like home. *perfect* location - a short walk to the inner city and museums, but still on the outside ring so it’s close to all the transportation.
