• silke (7/5): Toll für Städtetrip - Super Lage zentral dennoch ruhig . Gute Ausstattung. Gute Kommunikation Fenster können Nachts nicht geöffnet werden da die Wohnung im EG liegt zur Straße raus. Da es sehr heiß war während wir dort waren ein kleiner Abzug
• Katarzyna (9/5): Bardzo udany pobyt w pięknym mieście - Bardzo dobra lokalizacji, cicho i spokojnie a jednak centrum. Apartament położony na parterze więc nie ma problemu z wnoszeniem bagażu. Mieszkanie czyste, spełniło nasze oczekiwania. Wszystko co potrzebne było. Nawet takie rzeczy jak deska do prasowania z żelazkiem czy bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Brakowało nam tylko lustra żeby zobaczyć się od stóp do głowy - wiadomo, że przed wyjściem trzeba sprawdzić outfit. Poza tym wszystko ok Nie było takich rzeczy aby nam się nie podobało.
• Florian (8/5): Sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung - Sehr gute Lage zwischen Naschmarkt und Mariahilfer Straße. Die Wohnung ist gerade groß genug für eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Die Wohnung liegt an einer kleinen Nebenstraße und ist deshalb ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral. Das Bad ist neu renoviert. Zwischentür zwischen Küche und Schlafzimmer vorhanden, aber große Durchreiche, ohne Schließmöglichkeit. Etwas dunkle Wohnung.

• F.R.C. (8/5): Primavera viennese - Self check-in: di solito non mi piace, preferirei incontrare le persone. Però questo almeno è stato facile, senza impervi percorsi informatici. Inoltre, in relazione all'orario del nostro volo, l'appartamento ci è stato reso disponibile due ore prima dell'orario standard, senza sovrapprezzi. La posizione è fantastica! la stazione dell'underground è proprio di fronte, ma al centro città si arriva a piedi in pochi miunuti con un piacevolissimo percorso attraverso un mercato colorato e invitante. L'appartamento è al pian terreno ma abbastanza luminoso e molto silenzioso, perfettamente climatizzato. Il cortile interno è un po' trascurato ma pittoresco. Piccolissimi particolari: - due piumini singoli su un letto matrimoniale, messi.... di traverso! :-D - un deposito appiccicoso sul ripiano della cucina (ma era molto probabilmente solo detersivo) - un sacchetto di plastica dimenticato alla maniglia della porta (contenente forse stracci per pulire) - l'androne di ingresso e il cortile sarebbero da risistemare ma questa è un'altra storia

• Miriam (9/5): Für mich hat es perfekt gepasst - Die Lage des Appartements war für mich super! Ich konnte vieles auch zu Fuß erreichen und die U-Bahn war nah. Das Appartement hat eine tolle Größe, um sich gut zwischendurch darin aufzuhalten. Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen

• Viktoriia (7/5): - Overall, we had a great stay. The location is excellent - only about a 10-minute walk from the city center. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and the host was always responsive and easy to reach. Unfortunately, we didn't figure out the heating system right away, so we were a bit cold during the first night. However, the next day the host sent us detailed instructions, we turned it on without any issues, and everything was perfect after that. The only downside was the bed. The mattress itself was fine, but the bed frame felt unstable - the legs were not very steady, and it felt like it could collapse at any moment. Still, aside from this small issue, everything else was very good and we enjoyed our stay.

• Zeynep (9/5): Keyifli bir konaklama, harika konum - Tesisin en güzel özelliği sanırım konumu. Her yere yürüdük. u4 ve u3 metrolarına aşırı yakın, haus des meeres ve naschmarkt’a yürüme mesafesi. Giriş kat olması bebek arabasıyla giriş çıkış kolaylığı sağlıyor. Check in saatini ücret karşılığı 13.00’e çektiler. madem ücret ödüyorum daha erken girmeyi tercih ederdim ama yine de bu imkan bile işimi kolaylaştırdı. Check in ve check out aşırı kolay, kapıda bulunan anahtar kutusundan şifreyle alıp aynı kutuya anahtarı bırakıyorsunuz. Oda gayet temizdi, çarşaflar, havlular bembeyazdı, gönül rahatlığı ile kullandık. kışın küçük çocukla gittiğimiz için ev sıcak olacak mı diye endişelerim vardı. İlk girdiğimizde kaloriferleri buz gibi görünce bir an için korktum ama vanaları açınca sıcacık oldu. Kışın sıcak mıdır üşür müyüz diye bir endişeniz olmasın. Odada temel ihtiyaçlara mahsus her şey var. Küçük bir kettle, küçük iki tencere ve iki tava, tuz karabiber gibi baharatlar, şeker, bardak tabak, çatal kaşık bıçak, bulaşık ve çamaşır makinesi için deterjan, yeni konulmuş bulaşık süngeri gibi temel şeyler mevcut. Eksik olarak görebileceğiniz ne var derseniz, tost makinesi ve kahve makinesi olabilirdi belki ama bence sorun değil. Saç kurutma makinesi de vardı yanınızda taşımayın. Giriş katı olması sebebiyle pencereler sokağa bakıyor ama inanın önünden bir kişi belki geçmiştir, biz rahatsız olmadık bilakis bebek arabası olduğundan bu durum rahat ettirdi. Yatak rahattı, hareket ettikçe gıcırdıyordu ama yine de görüntüsünün aksine konforlu uyku sundu. Tesis her soruma hızlı yanıt verdi ve sürekli iletişim halindeydi, bir sorunumuz olursa hemen iletişim kurmamızı söyledi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Tavsiye ederim sorun yaşamadık bir daha tercih edebilirim. Bence en büyük eksikliği kıyafet dolabının olmayışı. Açık bir askılık var altına eşyalar konulmuş kıyafet asacak mesafe kalmamıştı. Kıyafetleri assak bile valiz ortalıkta kalıyor. Bir dolap alıp koymak zor değil bence. Valizden giyinip çıkardık eşyaları. Mutfak masası sallanıyordu, ayakları dengesizdi, sıcak şeyleri çocuk dökecek diye endişe ettik ve duvara yasladık masayı sallanmasın diye, basit bir tamirat işi neden halledilmiyor anlamadım. Son olarak koltuk rahatsızdı yatmaya uygun değil, biz çocuğu aramızda yatırdık. Bir gün eşim ben koltukta yatayım dedi ve beli rahatsız bir şekilde yatağa geri geldi. Bence koltuk ya değişmeli ya da yatak olarak sunulmamalı. Perdeler ise kalın ışık geçirmeyen fon perdelerden, akşam için sorun yok ama gündüz perdeyi açtığınızda yoldan gözüküyorsunuz, açmasanız içerisi karanlık, tül perde konabilir. Ama bunların hiçbiri yine de konaklamamızı keyifsiz hale getirmedi. Zaten tüm gün odada değildik ve hiçbirinden rahatsız olmadık.
• Victoria (10/5): Amplio apartamento muy bien ubicado - El lugar está muy bien ubicado y con excelentes conexiones al bus que te lleva a la terminal de trenes. El lugar es muy espacioso, tiene muchas comodidades como lavarropas, lavavajillas, tender, plancha, una cocina bien equipada y una gran heladera. Muy recomendable! -
• Martin (6/5): Nicht optimal. - Die Wohnung selbst ist grundsätzlich schön und sauber. Die Lage ist großartig, wenn man ohne Auto anreist. Einen Parkplatz zu finden ist nahezu unmöglich. Zu Fuß kann man jedoch sehr viel entdecken. Die Schlüsselübergabe gestaltete sich schwierig. Ich hatte die ursprüngliche Information zum Abholort als Screenshot auf meinem Handy gespeichert. Als ich jedoch beim Schlüsseltresor ankam (dieser ist ein paar Minuten fußläufig von der Unterkunft entfernt) , befand sich kein Schlüssel darin. Erst nach dem Einloggen bei Booking sah ich, dass ich später eine weitere Nachricht mit einem geänderten Abholort (direkt bei der Unterkunft) erhalten hatte. Das Bett als auch die Schlafcouch würde ich eher als Notlösung bezeichnen – beide sind sehr unbequem. Die Gastherme schaltete sich teilweise alle 15 Minuten ein, was einen gewissen Lärm verursachte. Da es keine räumliche Trennung zum Schlafzimmer gibt, wurde ich davon häufig wach. Rauch- und CO₂-Melder, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben, konnte ich nicht finden. Dies wurde mir vom Vermieter auch bestätigt. Die Vorhänge waren teilweise nicht mehr in der Führungsschiene eingehängt und ließen sich nur schwer schließen.
• Otto Michael (5/5): Könnten uns trotzdem eine neue Anreise vorstellen! - Haben in der Küche eine Espresso- und ein Mikrowellen-Gerät vermisst. Im Wohn-/Schlafzimmer war die durchgehende Bett-Matratze für ältere, unruhigere Schläfer sehr schlecht. Leider funktionierten TV/einfache Programme nicht! Die zentrale Lage, der stiegenlose Zugang zur Wohnung sowie die hervorragende U-Bahn (U4) und Bus-Anbindung (57A) waren optimal. Auch die guten Lokale der Umgebung haben wir genossen. Leider haben die lauten Bauarbeiten im Haus ein wenig gestört.

• Silvia (8/5): Gran opción para una estancia en la ciudad - La ubicación del apartamento es fantástica, se puede ir caminando a prácticamente todo lo turístico y aun así está bien conectado con metro y la zona es muy tranquila, con comercios y buen ambiente. Las estancias son muy amplias y cómodas y está perfectamente equipado y limpio. Viajamos con un bebé de cinco meses y no tuvimos ningún problema para estar casi como en casa. Además el personal que lo gestiona es muy amable y atento, preocupados de que todo esté correcto y facilitando cualquier tipo de ayuda de forma casi inmediata. Sin duda volveríamos a repetir. Al estar situado en la planta baja del edificio y dar las ventanas a la calle, si quieres tener privacidad hay que tener las cortinas echadas siempre por lo que no entra nada de luz natural, sería un acierto si hubiera alguna cortina que dejase entrar la luz sin ser visto de la calle... Sin embargo que esté situado en la planta baja se agradece ya que el edificio no tiene ascensor por lo que se hace más fácil transportar las maletas o bultos pesados.
• Wolfgang (2/5): zur Stadtbesichtigung ist der Standort ideal, der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung nicht zu empfehlen - Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war ruhig gelegen, verkehrsgünstig - U-Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Innenstadt sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Bett und Matratze waren bequem. Eingangsbereich ist Baustelle und der Zugang ist verschmutzt. Küche, Esszimmer und Bad haben keine Fenster. Die Wohnung und die Ausstattung sind stark renovierungsbedürftig (Wände haben starke Gebrauchsspuren, sind verdreckt, Küchenmöbel sind in einem schlechten Zustand, die Spülmaschine kippt bei Öffnen der Spülmaschinen-Klappe aus dem Küchenschrank). Der Badlüfter im fensterlosen Bad funktioniert nur sporadisch. Einzige Verdunklungsmöglichkeit, die Vorhänge, gleichzeitig Sichtschutz zur Straße (EG) lösen sich beim Öffnen und Schließen von der Gardinenleiste. In der Küche / Esszimmer stehen offen die Reinigungsgeräte (Staubsauger, Wischer, ...). Ein Kleiderschrank fehlt, nur ein wackliges Garderobengestell ist vorhanden. Einer der 4 Esszimmer-Stühle sowie der Tisch sind instabil. Die Beleuchtung der Küche / Essbereich war zu dunkel im Wohn-/Schlafbereich hing nur eine Deckenlampe - viel zu hell. Gemütliche Beleuchtung z.B. über Stehlampe ist nicht vorhanden. Die Bilder aus der booking.com-Plattform suggerieren einen komplett falschen Eindruck.
• Thomason (10/5): Beautiful stay in Vienna - The apartment was in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The apartment was fully equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely come back!
• Sarah Denise (6/5): Good location, nice amenities. - The location was nice. Access to supermarkets and code shops that were close. Beautiful part of the city. FYI it takes just as long to walk to the city center as it did to take public transportation. The bed was really uncomfortable. It squeaked anytime I rolled over. Also, just because it says it has air conditioning doesn’t mean you can *control* said air conditioning. I stayed in mid September, and even with the cooler temperatures, the apartment was really hot. We had to leave the front door and the windows open to get air flow. That’s fine when I have a companion, but not something I would want to do if I was by myself.

• Theresa (7/5): Super Lage - Die Lage ist super. U3 und verschiedene Buslinien gleich um die Ecke. Naschmarkt, Haus des Meeres, Kino, Shoppingstraße,...alles zu Fuß in Kürze erreichbar. Die Straße ist recht ruhig. Wohnung ist ok für 3 Nächte und 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern. Sowohl das Bett als auch das Schlafsofa sind sehr groß. Die Küchenausstattung muss dringend aufgestockt bzw. ausgetauscht werden (Pfannen, Töpfe, Messer,...). Leider kann man schlecht lüften, da die Fenster zur Straße liegen (EG). Der Zigarettengeruch der Nachbarswohnung zieht unter der Wohnungstür durch. Ein geschlossener Kleiderschrank für die eigene Kleidung und die wohnungseigenen Putzutensilien u.a. wäre nicht schlecht.
• Lavinia (10/5): The property was everything we have expected, the owner was nice, the location was great, 2 stops fr - Nice place, nice vibe, there are shops and the market nearby and the property has a fridge and freezer we have used. Also, ubahn stop nearby. Unfortunately, when we were there, mid July, there was some renovation work being done in the building which was starting very early in the morning and waking us up before 8 am. Considering we have stayed a week, with kids, this was very annoying. I am sure it’s no longer the case, and we understand that kind of work has to be done.

• Bohuš (9/5): Good calm and clean... - Evrything was ok. I like picking up keys in keybox. We were not depend on fix time to pick up the keys. Flat was in calm area close to U bahn and supermarket. Flat was equiped clen and tidy. I will apriciate to have instruction how to pick up a keys in english. Automatic water heating in kitchen was litle bit disturbing during night. There is a "wall window" between kitchen and bedroom. (our kids loved it) But in total, very good acomodation.

• Gerald (1/5): Unbearable and it was too hot without A/C - Prompt responses from the staff. Please note there are no air-conditioning facilities available on the property. While centrally located, I don’t think the property is fit for purpose in the summer as it is too hot (even with the fans you kindly provided). We had trouble sleeping each night and on one particular night I woke up gasping for air because it was just so stuffy. The temperature in the room was unbearable and we often found ourselves having to open the windows (which was not ideal as this is a ground floor flat and people passing by could look in or, worse, climb in). I was constantly sweating in the property and there were only windows on one side of the flat, which meant that there wasn’t much airflow. The building was also fairly run-down and dilapidated with graffiti spray painted all over the main door and we had to walk past a line of bins in the corridor to get to the flat. The staff were however quick to provide us with fans on request so that is to their credit.
• Wendy (7/5): Great location! Needs a fan in summer. - The apartment is well located with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. There needs to be a fan! It was very stuffy when we arrived (August) and because the apartment is street-level it is very awkward to have the windows open for air flow. We couldn’t even close the curtains because no air could get in. Definitely add a rotating fan for summer guests!

• Matej (10/5): Exceptional - The location for the price is exceptional. Apartment was pretty clean, had everything you need. Easy check in and check out. First apartment I was in that had working netflix and youtube on the TV. The building had a nice garden you could chill in. There were few ants and the bathroom door couldn’t be locked.
• Max (6/5): Amazing location, apartment needs work - The location is amazing, almost everything Vienna has to offer is at walking distance. The market and the metro station are almost literally across the road. The beds were very uncomfortable, the shower drain was not working properly and the bathroom kept flooding and most importantly there must be an ants nest somewhere in the apartment because there were ants all over. You couldn't leave any food outside of the fridge for 20 minutes or you'd find ants on it.

Clean and quite cozy. Very inconvenient check-inn! First of all you have to take the keys from different location. Why???!!! It is still in the small key box, which could be attached anywhere, so why additional navigation to another street? Second: one of the picture is misleading and the neighbor from room 8 I believe already not wondering, when someone tries to put the keys in her doors:) No clear instructions about wifi.
